David Arquette has completed his treatment at rehab and has ended his stay at the undisclosed center.

The 39 year-old began unraveling after his separation from Courtney Cox, his wife of  11 years in the fall of 2010. After the New Year’s holiday, Arquette entered a treatment facility to deal with his alcoholism and depression issues. The actor is dedicated to making his hard work stick:

“He is very committed to his sobriety and a changed person because of his experience,” a source tells Us. “He realizes now how out of control things got and doesn’t want that to happen again.”

The Scream 4 actor is planning on attending meetings daily according to the source.

Charlie Sheen is in rehab, finally.

The actor has taken action and checked himself into a treatment facility after weeks of parties, erratic off-set behavior, porn star hook-ups and alleged drug use were played out in the media for the world to see. People magazine reports:

The actor “has voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center today,” the actor’s rep says in a statement Friday. “He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern.”

Sheen’s CBS sticom Two and a Half Men is going on indefinite hiatus while the actor works on his addiction/personal issues. Executive producer Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers television released a statement saying:

“We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision.”

The 45 year-old actor was brought to the hospital earlier in the week with severe abdominal pains and released yesterday.

Aaron Carter is working out his troubles in a treatment facility.

Exactly what those problems are his manager, Johnny Wright gives a vague description of Carter’s rehab for what he calls “emotional and spiritual issues”:

“He has chosen to enter a
 facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs,” says Wright. “
Which in turn will help him on the music journey he’s about to take.”

While Wright isn’t giving up the details on his client, someone is talking and told E!Online that Carter’s rehab is “addiction issues” based and says:

The source reveals that Carter’s choice to go to rehab was his move to “finally get help” and not a court-mandated decision. “He was struggling recently and needed this,” adds a source.

The 23 year-old Carter has been trying to restart his music career but for now, he’s in a private treatment facility in Southern California where his older brother, Nick Carter, has visited while rehearsing the New Kids On The Block/Backstreet Boys tour.

Aaron has been on several TV shows including Celebrity Rehab 2, Dancing with The Stars and House of Carters.

Actor David Arquette has entered rehab over the weekend to battle alcohol addiction and depression.

Arquette and his wife, Courtney Cox, separated in October and Arquette has been fighting with these issues.

“He is in there for drinking and depression, not hard drugs. Rehab was inevitable,” the source said. “He is dealing with a broken heart. He can’t handle all the changes in his life. All his inner demons came out.”

Howard Stern has interviewed Arquette a few times since his split with his wife and the actor has admitted to heavy drinking.

Arquette said that his psychologist, whom he sees once a week, believed he was having a “nervous breakdown” (the actor later said he was joking) and confessed he’d been “drinking a lot.” “Everybody’s worried and concerned about me,” he added during the interview. “When I drink, I become a maniac.”

Arquette and Cox have a 6 year-old daughter, Coco.

It certainly isn’t easy to admit you need help and living in the public eye must make it that much more difficult. Good for David for doing what he needs to take care of himself and be a better father.

A chemical dependancy technician at the Betty Ford clinic claims actress Lindsay Lohan assaulted her on December 12th and the Palm Desert police are investigating.

Dawn Holland says the incident allegedly occurred as Lohan and two other patients were being scolded for returning from a bar past her curfew. Holland was called to administer a Breathalyzer test on the group but Lohan wasn’t having it.

According to Holland, Lohan was verbally abusive and she could smell alcohol on Lohan’s breath. Holland says she was phoning the authorities when Lohan “confronted her again and ripped the phone out of her hand, causing a severe sprain which caused Holland to go out on workers’ comp.”

Lindsay claims Holland grabbed her first and Holland denies this.

The police are investigating this as a criminal battery case.

Lohan was ordered into rehab as part of her DUI sentance and has been in treatment since September 28th.

Demi Lovato has only been in rehab for a few days, working on a rumored eating disorder and a cutting problem. While some sources say she’s already getting better, others say it’s not certain.  As to when she might leave, OK!‘s source said:

“It depends on the doctor’s advice and how well Demi progresses.”

Her friend Travis Clark of We The Kings says that things aren’t even that bad. He calls her issues

“…not severe.  I speak with her frequently, so I knew [many of the rumors out there] were lies.  It’s tough for any one of us to be in the public eye at all times. If I go missing for a day, people are like, ‘He’s entered rehab and he’s gone completely off the deep end.’ It’s a classic, ‘Don’t believe everything you hear’ story. Unfortunately there are a lot of rumors and a lot of lies out there.”

So is she even IN rehab then?   One of OK!‘s other sources seems to believe that she is.

“Demi is not receiving care at one of the Hollywood-type centers.  She is at a real facility that specializes in helping adolescent and adult women with the types of issues she has battled throughout her life. Details about her care are going to remain private.”

So to sum up.  Demi may or may not be in rehab, where she may or may not be receiving treatment for issues that she may or may not have.  But if she IS in rehab and she DOES have issues, she’s at a “real” rehab center, not somewhere like Promises.    Got it?

Jeremy London’s wife, Melissa Cunningham, suffered a brain hemorrhage last week while doing Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew at the Pasadena Recovery Center.

Jeremy’s rep told People,

“Thankfully she was under the supervision of health professionals and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital where she received the medical attention she required.  Jeremy remains her strongest supporter as she pursues sobriety under the care of the Center.”

Melissa has since been released from the hospital and has returned to rehab to finish kicking her pill popping habit.  Glad she’s okay.  How freaky!

Chyna was relesed from the hospital after partying a little to hard for her birthday and landing herself in the ER.� She tells TMZ camera man that she had “a couple drinks with her new meds” and “blacked out”.� The reason she has some cuts and scratches is beacuse she fell into some “glass walls” in her closet.

I am glad she is ok.� But, maybe Chyna needs to slow down.� She seemed a little bit in denial of the seriousness of the situation and was really trying to sugar coat it all.� I just hope her cuts heal quickly and that she doesn’t become a statistic of tragedy.

What a flippin’ joke.� These two have got to stop this ‘circus’ of a wannabe marriage!� Good grief!� They talk kids one minute then won’t make their marriage legal the next.� I’m over it!

According to US Magazine:

In the end, it was their families that convinced Spencer not to follow through with the quickie courthouse ceremony. During the finale, Heidi’s mom, Darlene, told Spencer, “I know you manipulated and plotted this whole wedding. It’s too fast, too much. You know she had dreams of a bigger wedding. I can’t let you go to the courthouse and make this wedding legal.” Last month, Darlene Egelhoff told Us Weekly that she didn’t trust Spencer. “He’s manipulative and seems to have power over Heidi. I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn�t surprise me if he had her drugged.” Pratt responded on Seacrest’s radio show, “I am sure she is just hurt and reacting crazy because she wasn’t there.”

Spencer’s sister, Stephanie also had a strong opinion about the civil ceremony, telling him, “”You can’t do this. She’s going to regret this. I think this is wrong.”

Finally, in front of Deputy Commissioner, Donna Jones, Heidi proclaims, “I, Heidi, take thee Spencer to be my lawfully wedded husband for better or for worse for as long as we both shall live.” After a tense few seconds, Spencer pauses, and tells Montag, “I feel like we’re doing something sneaky and shady.” As Montag begins to cry, she says, “Of course I want my mom here.” Pratt responds, “I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years. I’ll deal with it It’s worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We’ll do it the way you want, I’m sorry, I love you so much.”

On the Hills after-show, Pratt and Montag appeared live in studio for the first time. Said Pratt: “Things are better since we didn’t legalize the wedding. Now I can live throughout 2009. They didn’t show the look of death in her [mom's] eyes on the episode!” Added Montag: “I want cakes and bridesmaids, two of them are standing right here,” referring to Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt.

So, yes peeps.� We have to continue this “neverending story” of Heidi and Spencer on their quest to a real marriage that everyone approves of.� Oh goody.

Well, well, well….It was only a matter of time I suppose.� Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center.� This is the same “club” Britney Spears was in during her major meltdown.� Let’s hope it can really help Tara.� In my opinion, these treatment “clubs” for the celebs are great and all, but, if the patient doesn’t have a good support system on the outside they are gonna spiral down even faster.� Maybe Tara needs a new circle of friends.� The wrong “friends” always drag you down…….Good luck Tara, we hope you get the help you need and that you come out feeling like a better, stronger person.
