The star wide receiver for the playoff bound Arizona Cardinals, Larry Fitzgerald is being accused of beating his wife.

TMZ has the scoop:

Angela Nazario claims she brought the couple’s son to visit Larry at his Phoenix home last October when the former lovers began arguing.

Nazario alleges in her legal papers filed in Arizona, Fitzgerald attempted to “diffuse the situation” by raising his fist and challenging her to a play fight. Nazario admits she responded by swinging at him and “may have hit his face.”

Fitzgerald then turned from playful to enraged, allegedly pushing Nazario down to her knees. She claims he “grabbed me by my hair with both hands on the back of my head very very hard and tossed me across the room.”

Later, when she tried to leave with her son, Nazario says Fitzgerald “grabbed the back of my neck and slammed me down on the marble floor … [I] was disoriented for awhile and could not get up, I remember he mumbled something about ‘that’s what happens when you try taking my son away from me.’” As she got in the car to leave she realized she had lost “chunks” of hair.

I am not sure what this could mean for Fitzgerald and his position with the Arizona Cardinals.� This could be very damaging to the Cardinals chances of winning their playoff game on Saturday vs. the Atlanta Falcons.� If the Arizona Cardinals organization decides to take diciiplinary action against Fitzgerald, it could spell a loss for the team as a whole and knock them out of the playoffs prematurely.

Well, they do say that you can’t choose your family.� And in Dane Cook’s case, that really sucks.

According to E!:

Cook’s brother, Darryl McCauley, is set to be arraigned Wednesday morning on larceny and forgery charges for allegedly stealing millions from his little bro between July 2007 and December 2008.

McCauley was arrested Tuesday by Massachusetts State Police after a two-week investigation, according to the Boston Herald.

The 43-year-old Wilmington resident is facing two counts of larceny of more than $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme.

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley, who would only confirm that the alleged victim was a nationally known entertainer, says McCauley transfered money from his client’s account into his own without permission, at one point forging a $3 million check.

I hope the judge throws the book at Darryl.� He deserves to rot in jail for awhile.� C’mon man, you don’t rip off family.

Kevin Federline has a thing for crazy, nutjobs.� Hence his relationship with Victoria Prince. This girl might have a “sweet” sounding name.� But, she has got herself quite a record and I can’t wait to hear more about all the skeletons in her closet.

TMZ gives us the backround on Victoria:

K-Fed’s new squeeze, Victoria Prince, has had her share of run-ins with the law. Just last year, Prince was arrested for assault and disturbing the peace. But, she pled not guilty and the case was eventually dismissed.

Back in her high school days, she allegedly waged a terror campaign against three kids at her high school. Their parents filed a temporary restraining order against her, but the judge rejected it, telling the school to deal with it.

But wait, there’s more. Vic was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on school premises (a stun gun) and possession of alcohol by a minor — The docs were destroyed so we don’t know how it all turned out.

Vic told us the stun gun was for protection, because she had to walk to her car late at night after volleyball practice — she didn’t mention the other stuff.

I am sure she didn’t mention the rest…..why would she?!?� I am sure Victoria Prince wants the world to forget her shady past and look forward to her shady future with Kevin Federline.

At the very least, OJ Simpson will spend 9 years in prison.� Perhaps he will be spend the full 33 years he was given. Without a Trace star Roselyn Sanchez and actor Eric Winter were married Saturday in Puerto Rico.

Sanchez, 35, and Winter, 32, exchanged vows in San Juan before 250 guests, including Eva Longoria Parker, the Associated Press reports.

The Puerto Rican-born Sanchez wore a princess-style dress with hand-embroidered pearls and diamonds by Venezuelan designer Angel Sanchez, while Winter wore a Calvin Klein suit, the AP reports.

The wedding was a culmination of a four-day celebration that included Puerto Rican fare, Cattleya orchids and rum-infused signature drinks.

Winter proposed to Sanchez last December while on vacation on the resort island of Vieques, east of mainland Puerto Rico. He popped the question with a 4.3-carat brilliant-cut engagement ring by Michael Barin.

Earlier this year, Sanchez revealed her secret to a drama-free union to InStyle magazine: “Always be your husband’s best friend,” she said. “Make him laugh and give him a little bit of freedom – you can’t suffocate him.”

In addition to her work on CBS’s Without a Trace, Sanchez has been ranked among the world’s sexiest women by Stuff and Maxim magazines.

Winter has appeared on Days of Our Lives and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Richard Blackwell, aka the infamous Mr. Blackwell, whose Worst Dressed list is always one of my favorite bits of January reading material, passed away in Los Angeles today. He was 86 years old.

Blackwell was a leading clothing designer in the late 1950s and 1960s and a fashion pioneer.� He was the first to present a fashion line on television, and was also the first designer to offer plus-sized clothing.� Prior to designing, he acted on stage, radio and film.

His first Worst Dressed list was published in 1960.� First to top the list was actress Anna Magnani.� Other winners (losers?) have included such diverse celebrities as Cher, Barbra Streisand, Brooke Shields, Dennis Rodman, Madonna, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Sinead O�Connor, and Camilla Parker Bowles.� Last year, Victoria Beckham took the dubious Worst Dressed honor.

Blackwell is survived by his partner of nearly 60 years, R.L. Spencer.
