Mitchel Musso, Miley Cyrus‘ former costar in the super successful show Hannah Montana has been popped for DUI in Burbank, California.

The actor, who is 20 years-old and under the legal drinking age, was stopped on October 16th after he was directed to slow down by an officer on the scene of an accident.

“He drove through the intersection and failed to do what the officer instructed him to do,” Burbank Sgt. Sean Kelley said.

Musso was then pulled over where police say they noticed a “strong odor of alcohol” and he failed the field sobriety test. He also blew well over the legal limit .08 in a breathalyzer test that was administered, according to TMZ.

The actor and singer was booked on the DUI charge and then released for $5,000 in bail. No word on if he will be charged for underage drinking.

Musso stars in two current Disney shows, Prank Stars and Pair of Kings. He also voices a character on Phineas and Ferb.

The sweetest little Darth Vader ever has a name.

Max Page, the 6 year-old who donned the Star Wars costume for the Volkswagon ad that aired during Super Bowl XLV is a huge hit with viewers everywhere.

Page is a child actor who has a recurring role on the daytime soap opera The Young and The Restless but this short little commercial is causing the buzz. He is so charming that even VW execs are praising him:

“He took directions so well.” said Tim Ellis, Volkswagen of America’s vice president for marketing. He knew the commercial was going to be a hit, both on the Super Bowl and via YouTube. “As we were filming it, I could see it was going to be iconic.”

The 6 year-old, who has never seen Star Wars, is quite a trooper; he was born with a congenital heart defect and has a pacemaker. His mother, Jennifer Page, says her son is “a real inspiration.”

CBS has officially made Two And A Half Men star Angus T. Jones (Jon Cryer‘s son Jacob) one ridiculously rich teenager.  He just signed a contract for $7.8 million.  That’s for like twelve more seasons, right?  No.  TWO seasons.  $300,000 big ones per episode.  That’s up $50,000 per episode from his last contract, under which he was already the highest paid child actor on TV.

Angus is a good actor.  He’s very funny and I do love his deadpan delivery style.  (He is also one of the few child actors out there who doesn’t go by three names, and I appreciate that he hasn’t fallen prey to that affectation.  He uses his middle initial instead – another affectation – but that’s one I can get behind.)  But that’s a hell of a lot of money for a few minutes of masturbation jokes per episode.

The transcript of Shannon Price‘s call to 911 for her late husband Gary Coleman is bound to haunt her for a long time. The call reveals that she was more than a little reluctant to help him following the fall that ultimately killed him.

Price told the emergency operator that she was in the kitchen when Coleman had his accident.

“He just got home, I heard this big bang, I went downstairs. Blood everywhere,” she says. “I don’t know if he’s okay. I’m not down there right now because I have a fever, if I get stressed out I’m going to faint.”

Price says, “He fell. His head is bloody. There’s blood all over the floor. I don’t know what happened.” The operator asks, “Is there any way you can go down there at all?” Price replies, “I’ll try, I don’t know, I mean…”

When the operator asks if anyone else is there who can go downstairs, Price says, “No,” and adds, “I’ve just been kind of sick. I don’t want to be traumatized right now.”

Price then is heard saying, “Gary, are you okay?” and telling him, “Stay where you are” and “Don’t move, Gary.”

The operator asks Price to tell Coleman to put pressure on his own wound. “Gary, you have to put pressure on your wound,” Price is heard saying. “He’s lethargic, I can’t really help him. I just need help quick.”

The operator says help is on the way. “I just can’t be here with the blood,” Price says. “I’m sorry, I can’t do it. I can’t. … There’s blood all over and I can’t do anything.”

Price then says, “I can’t drive” because she’s been sick with a fever. “I can’t do anything right now.”

The operator asks Price “to at least give him a towel” so Coleman can apply pressure to his wound. Price replies, “Yeah, I’m just panicked. I don’t know what to do … I just don’t want him to die. I’m freaking out.”

Next, she’s heard telling Coleman, “You have to put this on your head … Keep pressure on this, okay, hold this.” She tells Coleman, “You need to sit down. Sit down! Gary, sit down!”

She tells the operator just moments before emergency crews arrive: “I’m gagging, I got blood on myself, I can’t deal.”

She made him put pressure on his own wound.  How many of you could watch your spouse bleeding profusely and not help them?  Unless you had it in for them, of course.  Shannon was awfully quick to pull the plug on her husband.  This sounds pretty fishy.   Gary’s official cause of death is still under investigation.   Hmmm……

He’s hilarious, if extremely egotistical, about it. He says “Vick” gave him “sniper eyes” when they met at a recording studio, and it was his “obligation as a man” to hang out with her after that. Corey spills about her kissing technique, and staying at her parents’ house instead of at a hotel.

Don’t we all…�With all the press Lindsay, Paris and Britney have been getting lately, it’s nice to see that the one�child star�who had a real reason to have a public melt down is still going strong. Remember the assination attempt on then president Ronald Regan’s life, by David Hinckley, who was trying to impress Jodie Foster? Now that’s a legitimate excuse to go publicly insane.

Jodie said, “Can I just ask, where is her mother? I mean, really, where is her mother?”

“When I was their age, there were no big 18-year-old stars… Now, we want the 17-year-olds so we can bleed them for all they’re worth and squeeze as much money as we possibly can out of them – and then their career will be over in something like three years.”
