Chris Brown Under Investigation For Alleged Theft Of Fan’s Cell Phone

Chris Brown may have more legal troubles soon.

The “Turn Up The Music” singer is currently being investigated in Florida for the alleged theft of a fan’s cell phone.

Early Sunday morning, 24 year-old Christal Spann reported to police that she and her friends were outside the Miami nightclub Cameo when Brown and rapper Tyga were leaving through the back door.

Spann and friends followed the two to their cars and pulled out her iPhone to snap a photo of Brown as he sat in his Bentley.

According to the report she filed, Brown was in no mood for photos, grabbing her cell and leaving with it in his possession.

“Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” the singer reportedly told Spann, taking the phone as he rolled up his car window and left.

E!Online reports that the Miami Beach Police confirmed the “Florida State Attorney’s Office is preparing a warrant for Brown’s arrest on suspicion of ‘robbery by sudden snatching.’”

Brown is possibly facing jail time if the accusation has merit. He is currently on probation for the felony assault of singer Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy Awards in 2009. His probation could be revoked and it’s possible he could face up to four years in prison.

Chris Brown Loses His Temper At GMA

Chris Brown let his temper get the best of him again on the set of Good Morning America today.

The singer sat down with Robin Roberts for an interview after he performed a song from his new album and things went south immediately following some questions Brown did not like.

Roberts asked Brown if he had come in contact with Rihanna at any functions now that the restraining order had been lifted but Brown wanted to keep the focus on his album and redirected the interview with his answer.

He was then asked what his album initials F.A.M.E. stood for and when he brought up the subject of “haters” and “naysayers” she thanked him for going back and mentioned how many people had tweeted about it.

After the interview Brown stormed off the set, headed to the dressing room and was yelling and screaming.

TMZ reports: “We’re told Brown was out of control, and one source present tells us he smashed a window in his dressing room, and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway.  ABC security tells TMZ … the window was shattered with a chair.

We’re told by the time security rushed the area, Brown had ripped off his shirt and left the building, blowing off another performance he was supposed to do for the ABC website.

And sources say … on his way out of the building, Brown confronted a segment producer, got in his face and stared him down.   People from the show got in between Chris and the producer to diffuse the situation.”

Brown tweeted “I’m so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t.”

It was removed and replaced by the following: “All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I’m so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!!”

Chris Brown Won’t Apologize Anymore For ‘Mishap’ Of Beating Rihanna

Chris Brown doesn’t need to open his mouth for us to know he’s a douche with a capital D, but he’s gone and done so anyway.  In an interview with Page Six Magazine (on newsstands this week), he proclaims himself ready to move on from the incident two years ago where he sent his then-girlfriend Rihanna to the hospital after beating her.    Most important, Chris says he’s done saying he’s sorry.

‘People are always gonna talk. But I’m in a positive place. I consider myself a grown-ass man.  At the end of the day, if I walk around apologizing to everybody, I’m gonna look like a damn fool.’

Actually, Chris, what makes you look like a damn fool is referring to yourself as a grown-ass man when you’re all of 21 years old.

But let us not get distracted from the rest of his interview.  He also said he doesn’t blame those who distanced themselves from him in the wake of his…. wait, what?

‘They don’t want to get involved with it because they don’t want their name attached to anything negative. Unknowingly, they kind of show their true colors when they do that…You can’t blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don’t want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap.”

Oh, is that what the kids are calling it these days – a “mishap.”   Sorry, Chris, but grown-ass men know how to use the dictionary, and they also take responsibility for their destructive actions instead of downplaying them to the level of, I dunno, locking your keys in the car?

But it’s all good, because he’s not mad at anyone.

‘The way I look at it is, you can’t walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you’re an angry person.’

Because walking around mad is the hallmark of being an angry person – not hitting someone in the face.  Got it.   So in sum, Chris Brown is a douche.  The end.

Chris Brown Rants On Twitter And Then Apologizes

Chris Brown has a habit of being apologetic after the fact and once again shot himself in the foot.

The singer lost his cool when Raz-B of B2K took a tweet-shot at Brown and Eric Benet. Raz-B posted:

Im just sittin here Thinking how can n****s like @ebenet & @ChrisBrown disrespect women as Intelligent as @HalleBerry11 @Rihanna

Brown’s response was well, terrible to put it mildly:

“N—a you want attention! Grow up n—a!!! Di– in da booty ass lil boy.”

Brown was alluding to sexual molestation allegations that Raz (whose real name is DeMario Thornton) has made (and retracted and made again) against former manager Chris Stokes and band member Marques Houston (get that entire sordid story here.)

The two twitter-volleyed back and forth for a while and both sides were ugly and indeed aggressive, to say the least.

Brown seemed surprised when he started receiving lots of twitter venom spewing his way after the remark which many felt was homophobic.

“I was minding my damn business and Peter pan decides to pop off!!!” Brown wrote. “I’m not mad though!!! I’m just not silent nor am i one of these scary R&B cats!!” In light of the harsh statements, Brown followed up by writing, “I’m not homophobic! He’s just disrespectful!!!”

Then came the apology which he sent to TMZ after website owner Harvey Levin called him out over his behavior. Chris told the site:

“Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention.  Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter.”

Brown goes on, “I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone.  Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly; and for my comments I apologize — from the bottom of my heart.”

Brown wants everyone to believe he has changed but the simple fact is he is unable to manage his anger. To respond to Raz-B (who may or may not have been looking for attention) in such a derogatory way shows that Brown’s temper still gets the best of him.

Chris Brown Is Good At Something

Probation!  Chris Brown is making good progress.  At least that’s what the judge thought at his progress report hearing,

“No one has ever done a better or more consistent job than you have.”

Brown has seven domestic violence sessions left and has now completed 581 hours of community service.  He still has 9819 hours left to serve.  I personally think he still needs like 819 days behind bars.

Chris Brown Was A FAKE At The BETs During MJ Tribute

The internet was all a buzz after Chris Brown’s performance (watch it here) at the 2010 BETs on Sunday night.  Everyone was so touched by how he broke down crying while singing Man in the Mirror.  Well, it looks like that was his plan.

2010 BET Awards Winners

An Us insider reports that before Brown took the stage for the song, one of his bodyguards gave him tear inducing eye drops to force the whole scene to unfold on stage.  Of course his reps are denying it, but why should we believe someone like Chris Brown?

I am certain that he took advantage of the moment, an emotional one remembering Michael Jackson to try and shine a sympathetic light on himself.  Yep, Chris Brown is still a dog.
