Christina Milian walked the red carpet for the premiere of Jumping The Broom held at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood on May 4th.

The actress opted for a short gold and green printed halter dress from Versace with gold sandals and clutch. She looked fabulous.

At the event, Milian tweeted: “At “Jumping the Broom” premier. Can’t wait to see and support my people! @MeaganGood and @lazofficial. Congrats guys!”

Milian brought her absolutely adorable daughter Violet to the Silver Rose Gala and she was just delightful posing with Mom.

Christina Milian brought her absolutely adorable baby girl Violet, to the Silver Rose Awards Gala on Sunday, April 17th and the little girl almost stole the show from Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez!

The little charmer was all smiles in a black and white gingham dress with pink trim while her mom wore a lilac fitted deep v dress for the event. Violet is the 1 year-old daughter of Milian and rapper The Dream.

Berry and Martinez made their first public appearance together on Sunday and as pretty a pair they are – it was little Violet who grabbed up a lot of the attention.

Christina Milian is the February cover girl for Latina magazine. The 29 year-old Cuban-American singer and actress had a rough, scandal-driven last year but she comes clean with the magazine about her marriage collapse to rapper The Dream, what she’s taking away from her hellish experience and her life as a new, single mom:

On her failed marriage: “No matter what, you can’t change who you are. I know that now. I tried to be someone I wasn’t because I wanted my marriage to work. But ultimately, if it’s not working, it’s not working.”

On the cheating scandal: “I didn’t know anything. But looking back, my gut was telling me something was off. But I thought I could fix it.”

On lessons learned: “I learned a lot about myself this year. I learned what I can handle. I learned how much I can take. I learned who I am and what I will accept for myself and my daughter.”

On becoming a mom: “Being a new mother definitely makes me feel so much sexier than ever before. There’s a certain responsibility that I carry being a mom that makes me feel very confident and so blessed. Being a mom is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

On what’s next: “I feel brand new. I’ve been to hell and back, but I survived. I’m stronger for it and now I’m ready for the next phase of my life.”

Christina Milian was spotted with her daughter, Violet at a birthday party in a Beverly Hills park this weekend and the ladies looked beautiful.  I’d say someone’s life is all lit up thanks to her little bundle of joy.

Christina Milian and The-Dream have already called it quits on their short marriage.  They were married in August 2009, so this one didn’t even last a year.  Shortly after that, we found out that Milian was pregnant with their baby girl, Violet.

The-Dream’s rep made this statement to Us,

“Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.”

So if they already knew that they weren’t going to work late in ’09, they pretty much knew within a couple of months of the wedding that it wasn’t going ot work.  How sad.

Christina Milian and her hubby, The-Dream are proud parents of little baby girl, Violet.  Mama Milian is showing her off on the cover of Us Weekly (on stands now) and she is gorgeous!  (Both of them!)

“She’s got a lot of personality!  She laughs a lot!”

Christina has already lost 27 of the 45 pounds she gained.

“I’ve been eating salads and fruit like crazy.”  Plus, the breast feeding will burn the fat as well!  ”I’m surprised how hungry she is.  Like, how do I keep up?”

Congrats once again!  Violet is beautiful, like her mama!

She’s almost there!  Only four weeks to go and counting! Christina Milian and her new hubby, The Dream are just about ready to welcome their first baby together.  (He has 3 kids with from last marriage.)  Milian was spotted out in Hollywood doing a little shopping, totally showing off that enormous baby bump.  Wearing very fitted clothing, Christina revealed her fabulous form.  She has got to be ready for this baby to arrive, the end drags on forever!  Hang in there girl, you’re almost there!
