Deanna Pappas won all our hearts when she was dumped by Brad Womack on The Bachelor. Then she became The Bachelorette and had tons of guys falling all over her. In the end it came down to single dad (and current Bachelor) Jason Mesnick and free spirit snowboarder Jesse Csincsak. She chose Jesse and had a legit relationship for a while, but after rumors of wedding detail issues, the pair broke up. Now she reveals what happened and why she did what she did:

“I believe that we all make mistakes in life and we learn from them… it came down to two totally different people. Jason [Mesnick], who has it all together has everything a woman would want. And then there’s Jesse, who kind of was like a wild card,” Pappas told Extra in an interview that will air on tonight’s broadcast. “For me, I felt like the wild card was going to work out. Someone to keep me on my toes.”

“Eventually, it wasn’t what I was attracted to anymore,” she added.

Ouch. And what about that reunion with Jason Mesnick in New Zealand that we are all DYING to see next week?

“I believe that it’s going to resolve some issues for myself and possibly some viewers,” she said.

JASON MESNICK IS STILL A DOG MONTHS LATER!

We have all seen the teasers for Deanna Pappas showing up at Jason Mesnick’s bachelor pad and telling him she made a mistake. She recently revealed a few tidbits about her appearance that was taped last fall…

“Unfortunately everyone will just have to watch and see what I am doing there. It will be worth the wait,” Pappas told People in an interview published Monday. “The women were not that happy to see me, I can tell you that,” she added.

Pappas also brushed off People’s attempt to confirm that (as ABC’s teaser for Mesnick’s The Bachelor edition implied) her visit featured her telling Mesnick that she felt she “made a mistake” by not picking him at the conclusion of her The Bachelorette edition. “I have no idea what you are talking about,” she said.

Deanna also revealed that the on-air reunion wasn’t the first time the two had talked since she dumped him in mid-proposal on The Bachelorette.

“I was very happy for Jason [when he became the next The Bachelor star]. We talked a lot before we went on,” Pappas told People. “I told him it would be one of the best experiences of his life and that he would form many wonderful friendships and fall in love. I warned him that it is wonderful and hard at the same time.”

As for all the mean-spirited remarks by the media and those around her after she broke up with fiance Jesse Csincsak, here’s what she had to say.

“Hopefully one day people will be sorry for the false accusations and mean things that they have said, often on the Internet. Although I did choose to put myself out there on national TV, there are things I believe should be kept private and out of respect for me and Jesse,” she told People. “We realized that we were two totally different people who wanted totally different things and we lived our lives in totally different ways and it was never gonna work. I loved him sincerely, but it would not have worked in the long run.

She added that there was “no chance” that she and Csincsak would ever be reuniting, but also maintained that she has not lost faith in finding true love.

Whatever, Deanna. I have nothing nice to say, so I will keep it to myself!

Eat your heart out, Deanna Pappas! The guy she left on one knee in The Bachelorette season finale has found true love and is engaged after completing taping of his season of The Bachelor.

“I’m engaged!” Mesnick says. “I found exactly what I was hoping for, what I was looking for. I’m completely in love.”

In regards to doing the show again and what he was looking for, he had this to say:

“I don’t want to be by myself,” Jason Mesnick says. “I’m ready for a relationship and family. I was not looking for a mom, but I was looking for a partner for me and a mentor and a friend to Ty.”

I feel like he is the most down-to-earth, mature, real man The Bachelor series has ever seen, and I do hope that he and the woman he is in love with make it down the aisle and share their lives together. Best wishes to them, and I can’t wait til the season begins January 5! To Deanna, I sure hope those Hollywood dreams you dumped Jesse Csincsak for pan out, or you’re the biggest idiot on the planet.

Apparently being on a reality tv, finding love, then dumping your man to be a wanna-be Hollywood star makes you fit to host a wedding show. Well, Deanna Pappas sure thinks so.

The second season of Get Married premieres January 5. DeAnna Pappas announced her new gig on the show’s blog, writing: “I am so happy to be co-hosting the new season of Get Married! Every weekday morning I will be bringing you the latest in wedding planning tips and trends, and weekly I will be blogging here at bloggerbrides.com.”

“Many of you may know me from seeing me on television looking for love … The second show, many of you watched as I got down to one man … he got down on one knee and proposed to me … unfortunately we have since gone our separate ways but still remain very good friends. From my personal love experiences and sharing the ups and downs of love with my friends, I have become a go-to girl among my girlfriends who have become beautiful brides themselves.”

Get Married CEO Stacie Francombe, who hired Pappas after watching her on The Bachelorette’s fourth season, says DeAnna is right for the job.

Since she dumped Jesse for Hollywood, I guess this is what she’s considering her big break. I don’t feel sorry for her, and starting to plan a wedding that never will happen does not make you an expert in the field. Sorry, sister.

Jesse Csincsak- the guy America and Bachelorette Deanna Pappas-fell in love with is speaking out about their very public break-up.

Why go on YouTube.com to present your side? Why not just issue a joint press release?

Jesse: We were going to do that, but some people found out [before we wanted]. The easiest thing seemed to be to hop on the webcam and put it on YouTube.com. I did it because I wanted to tell the fans what happened. [DeAnna and I] have gone our separate ways. I love her and I wish her nothing but the best. I felt that that’s what I portrayed on YouTube and I hope that’s the way it was taken.

Did going on-camera allow you to express more how you truly felt?

Jesse: Yeah. I figured there’s no better way to tell someone how you feel than to get out there and look right into the screen and say this is what’s going on. I spoke to the fans about how I was really feeling. I didn’t discuss anything about what had gone on [privately]. The answer I got [from DeAnna] was that she loved me, but “wasn’t in love with me.” That’s what she told me.

TVGuide.com: Can true love be found on a reality show?

Jesse: Originally, I thought it was the dumbest idea on the planet. “Go on TV and fall in love?” The fact that I actually did fall in love proves that you can fall in love on those shows.

TVGuide.com: I interviewed Deanna just before the show premiered. Contractually, she couldn’t say if she was in love, but she couldn’t exactly hide it either.

Jesse: We were definitely both super happy [at one point]. We couldn’t have been happier. We went from calling the producers every day [to find out] when we could be together to being together 24/7. We never get to fit into a daily schedule.

TVGuide.com: Have you and DeAnna stayed in touch?

Jesse: We’re doing a little bit of text messaging here and there. Mostly, we’re giving each other some much needed space. I think we will definitely be friends [someday]. I love her very much and I hope she’s happy.

TVGuide.com: Would you do another show, say, maybe The Bachelor?

Jesse: If they offered it to me and I had the opportunity to fall in love again, I think I’d definitely consider it.

As I reported yesterday, The Bachelorette Deanna Pappas has left her fiancee Jesse Csincsak heartbroken and alone. More details have now been released. She dumped him in an airport while he was grabbing her luggage. Nice. She seems to have her eyes on Hollywood and fame rather than love and commitment.

“I love that woman. She is an amazing person. I am willing to work through it. I love her,” Csincsak told Extra.  “I love the way she made me feel. She made me feel like no other.”

According to Csincsak, Pappas — in what would appear to be the most awkward The Bachelor or The Bachelorette break-up since second-season The Bachelor star Aaron Buerge dumped Helene Eksterowicz at a Starbucks shop — broke up with him while he was retrieving her luggage at a Colorado airport.

“We took time apart… She came back to Colorado and told me, ‘I love you, but I’m not in love with you,’” he told Extra.  “I picked her up from the airport and she told me while I was getting her bags.” Csincsak claims Pappas wanted to move to Los Angeles and was not willing to attend couples counseling. “DeAnna said, ‘I’m not willing to try anymore.’ She had a different idea. I can’t argue with her feelings,” he told Extra.  “She’s the only one who knows how she feels.”

Since Pappas was clearly no longer interested, Csincsak said he decided that fighting for their relationship isn’t worth it. “I don’t want to fight for a lost cause,” he told Extra.  “I just want her to be happy whether it’s with or without me.”  Now Csincsak said he wonders if Pappas really loved him or was just enamored with her The Bachelorette publicity. “The only time she was touchy feely with me was around the cameras,” he told Extra.

I am so disappointed in her. She’s just like all The Bachelor losers. Ugh.

After publicly declaring that they want to wed in the Bahamas where they first fell in love, DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak may now be having second thoughts on the venue for the big day.

“At first we said the Bahamas and now we’re kind of torn between a few different places,” DeAnna Pappas told People on Thursday.

They do know, however, what they’ll be wearing.

“I’ll wear a white dress, and we are going with some brown bridesmaid dresses, that’s all I care about,” said Pappas, 26.

As for the snowboarding pro and his fellas? “We’re not going to wear tuxes,” said Jesse Csincsak, also 26. “We’re going to get custom-made suits. I might wear some Nike 6.0’s instead of uncomfortable dress shoes.”

The couple, now in full wedding planning mode, is said to be planning an all-out celebration for their scaled-down May 9, 2009 nuptials.

“We want to do like a four-day weekend where you do a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday,” said Jessie Csincsak.

“My family and her family can get together and do fun stuff.” Pappas added, “They get along very, very well. They love each other.”

Former Bachelor Andy Baldwin will officiating the nuptials. Sweet, huh? I think these two might actually make it!

I am really hoping that DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak actually make it down the aisle. They seem like a really down to earth couple who are truly in love.

The Bachelorette’s engaged DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak are dreaming big when it comes to life and love. But small when it comes to weddings.

“I think we want to enjoy ourselves and our day versus having to talk to a bunch of people all day long. So, we’re dwindling it down,” said the bride.

That’s a surprisingly grounded view from a reality TV star. Similarly, with a wedding date of May 9, the couple says they haven’t done much planning.

“I don’t know how people plan a wedding,” DeAnna Pappas said.

“I know what color I want my dresses to be, and bridesmaids’ dresses. He wants a cheesecake. And that’s about as far as we’ve gotten.”

“Our relationship obviously is our main focus right now, and then we have the wedding on top of that,” Jesse Csincsak added.

“It’s not this huge thing everyday. We’re both so busy. We don’t have time right now to plan a wedding, and we’re planning a wedding, which is crazy.”

As for The Bachelor stars on the wedding invitee list, you can count ex-Bachelorette Trista Rehn and host Chris Harrison among them.

“I’m friends with a lot of the guys from the same season I was on, Jason Mesnick being one of them,” said Csincsak, referring to his former Bachelorette cast-mate, and the future star of The Bachelor, in an interview with People.

“[Chris] Harrison is a great guy. Trista and Ryan [Sutter] have been super-influential to us. We’re psyched to have all of them there.”

It seems that former Bachelor Andy Baldwin and reigning Bachelorette Deanna Pappas met on Myspace and have become close pals. Baldwin is a certified minister, and has been asked to officiate the nuptials of Deanna and Jesse Csincsak.

“I’m really so happy for DeAnna and Jesse. I am really honored that they’ve asked me and I can’t wait to be a part of their big day,” said Baldwin..

Baldwin chose to give his final rose to Tessa Horst, but later broke up with her. DeAnna Pappas was dumped by moron Brad Womack during that season’s finale.
