Both Heather Locklear (who is 46) and Denise Richards (who is 37) are at the beach in Hawaii this week. But who is the hotter of the two? I think for sure it’s Heather. I can only hope I look like that when I am at that age!

Marital bliss is a long ago memory for these two. Charlie Sheen and his ex, Denise Richards are on opposite sides of a legal dispute involving their children again. Richards will go to a judge and ask that their kids be able to appear in a reality television program with her. Shockingly, Sheen does not feel it’s appropriate. Either that or he’s getting back at his ex, and vice versa. Who can tell?
TMZ.com reports: We’re told the ground rules in the ongoing custody dispute are that either parent must get permission if the kids are goin’ on camera. We’re told Charlie feels it’s exploitive and will draw a clear line in the sand, objecting to any appearance by three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

Charlie Sheen’s Two and a Half Men co-star Taylor Holland says Sheen misses his daughters like crazy.The actors have become close friends since the show began in 2003, but his custody battle with ex-wife Denise Richards is taking it’s toll.
“He feels it’s unfair that he doesn’t have them 50 percent of the time, as he should,” she said of the actor’s two daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2. “He has to use Denise’s nanny. There has to be a personal court-appointed official there when he’s there with his children. It’s years later. This is a ridiculous court ruling.”
Holland says that while Sheen and his current fiance, Brooke Mueller try to stay positive, it’s very difficult on the actor who has become a very private man.

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards (the older versions of Kevin Federline and Britney Spears,) are sparring again regarding visitation rights of the couple’s two daughters, Sam, 3 and Lola, 2.
Denise’s lawyers released this statement:
“She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children,” says lawyer Neal Raymond Hersh. “This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise’s shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children.”
Charlie countered with this:
Sheen angrily responded, saying that Richards “behaves as though she owns our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching.”
Interesting to see if it parallels K-fed and Brit Brit.

Divorces can get nasty and Denise Richards is doing all she can to nastify her divorce from Charlie Sheen. She is jealous of Sheen’s new wife-to-be and only wants Charlie seeing his kids if he is supervised.

Sheen’s team allege that Richards is going out of her way to get in the spotlight by inviting Brooke out and even claiming to have sent Brooke congratulatory flowers, when in fact, “Brooke never got the flowers.”
