Dita Von Tesse, our favorite burlesque star was at Waterstones, Piccadilly to meet the fans and sign copies her latest book Dita: Stripteese yesterday (November 27) in London.

Dita is always picture perfect. I love how she pretty much resembles a China doll at all times. Do you ever wonder what she looks like when she at home, all alone? Do you think she ever looks messy? I would love to see her ‘Plain Jane’ for five minutes!

Glamour girls Gwen Stefani and Dita von Teese were fashion stars on October 22nd. The duo were part of the festivities for Fashion Group International’s 26th annual Night Of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. Stefani wore a LBD (little black dress) with a rise and fall hemline and carried a clutch purse by L.A.M.B. She suprised everyone by not wearing her trademark red lipstick opting for a shade of beige instead. Von Teese went vintage with an elegant black gown. Her satellite headpiece was by designer Stephen Jones.

Dita Von Teese was in Madrid, Spain today (October 5th) to launch her latest Wonderbra line at Hotel Palace. First of all, Dita looks stunning. I think she has an extra glow in these snaps. Not sure what it is, but I am loving it. Then there are those sexy bras on her models, the instantly make you think you have to have one! I am all for a sexy bra…every girl needs to be fully stocked up and well, I think Dita’s new line is perfect….where’s my credit card???…..

Unlike the wretched look we saw Rihanna flashing her stuff at the Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 Ready To Wear – Jean Paul Gaultier yesterday (October 3rd), Dita Von Teese and Katy Perry arrived as classic beauties. Dita looked great, her legs were amazing in that dress! Katy was absolutely glowing. I love seeing her like that! Katy is so fresh and fun. LOVES her! I mean come on, we know that Katy loves to dress in some crazy stuff, but she knows when and where to do it. Now if they could pass along some fashion tips to Rihanna, we’d be all set…..

The always sexy Dita Von Teese appeared in her usual state of undress at the Eurovision 2009 Song Competition. She performed a burlesque as part of the German Alex Swings Oscar Sings‘ number “Miss Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.” They didn’t win – that honor went to Norway’s Alexander Rybak - but in my opinion, Dita is a winner in her corset and rhinestone pasties!

Dita Von Teese, the queen of burlesque, was asked to design her own collection of seductive vintage underwear. We got a sneak peek back in August 2008, but Dita came out with brand new designs she is modeling in these pictures.
Dita is pretty happy with the end result and confessed to wear her own designs because they are so comfortable. I’m not sure how those can be comfortable, however they are absolutely sexy. The 36 year-old fulfilled an old dream: “I’ve always wanted to do something with lingerie and it was important for the finished product to be something I would wear myself.”

Dita Von Teese might be sexy vixen on stage but in her day-to-day life she still feels insecure about her body. This woman strips and shows off for a living for Petes sake!
“I’m not confident at all. I have moments of weakness like most women where I don’t feel I’m at my best. That’s how I started doing what I do,” Teese explained. “I felt very ordinary and not very glamorous so I decided one day that I was going to have to just make my own dream world.”
So does that mean the secret to be a confident woman is to turn to burlesque? I dont think so besides everyone is different! What works for Dita might not and will probably not work for you. I wouldnt advise you to start taking your clothes off just yet!
“I do things that make me feel confident, like doing my hair, putting my red lipstick on, having my nails done and just pampering myself so I’m ready to face the world,” Dita added. “I have this theory that the more you let your guard down and get lazy with your looks you will run into your ex-boyfriend or his new girlfriend. The key is taking a moment for yourself.”
Now this is a golden rule: always look better than your exs new girlfriend!! LOL If you can! Its great for your self-esteem!

Taylor Blue thinks I’m obsessed with Dita Von Teese, but I can’t help writing about her when I see pictures like these. Sometimes it’s fun to dress up a little to go out to lunch and shopping with a friend, but Dita takes it to a whole new level. I love the winter white trench coat and stilettos. But then if you were out in Los Angeles at The Grill and Yves St. Laurent, wouldn’t you want to look fabulous too?
