Squeezing in a morning sweat session, Ellen Pompeo hits her stride as she heads to her gym in Studio City, California on Tuesday, March 1st.

The 41 year-old actress is fit and fabulous in her casual workout wear on the sunny streets of Los Angeles.

Her Grey’s Anatomy costar Rachel Taylor, just landed the pilot for the latest incarnation of Charlie’s Angels and Taylor said she received great advice from Pompeo:

“‘You gotta sleep, you gotta eat well, you gotta work out, you gotta be grateful,’” Taylor says, mimicking Pompeo’s American accent. “I feel like they were very good lessons if the show should go on to be a success.”

So true!

Are people tired of whiny, emotionally retarded Meredith Grey? Grey’s Anatomy‘s Ellen Pompeo thinks so, and wants to put Meredith out of her misery. She has suggested pretty strongly that while she’s not ready to leave the show yet, she’s not going to be around forever, either. Ellen said:

“I haven’t said I’m moving on. I said that when my contract is up after Season 8 [in two years], I would probably not renew. I think the world has had a lot of Meredith Grey.”

Huh. So without Meredith Grey, there’s really no point to the show. But two more seasons? I think by the time Season 8 is up, we’re all going to be begging Shonda Rhimes to stop making the show.

It’s  a girl!!  Congratulations to Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery (who is allegedly cheating on Ellen)!  The Grey’s Anatomy star gave birth to Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery on September 15th in Los Angeles.

Grey’s Anatomy star, Ellen Pompeo has been glowing with pregnancy and her ever growing baby bump.  Unfortunately, if these reports are true, Ellen will be losing some of that glow.

Back in May, Ellen husband,  Chris Ivery began a steamy affair  with a restaurant hostess, Rachel Artz in his hometown of Boston.

“Yes, I had sexual relations with Chris,” Rachel acknowledged when she spoke with Star. “We were intimate several times.”

Ellen’s reps are denying it all.  But, I don’t know that that means much.  They always deny it until all the evidence stacks up….

Over the course of 3 months,  Chris and Rachel ‘hooked up’ on several occasions.  Some of their hot spots to meet up were in Boston, Miami, and Martha’s Vineyard.

“Chris promised Rachel that he’d make her a star — that’s his lure,” says an insider.

“Chris often took calls from Ellen in front of Rachel and talked about their baby-to-be.” Otherwise, the insider adds, “He didn’t seem to like Ellen much when he talked about her. He made her seem like a diva.”

Wow, I hope this is all B.S. beacuse if it’s at all true, Chris Avery is a total dog and I hope Ellen kicks him to the curb!  Poor thing…

Grey’s Anatomy star, Ellen Pompeo is beautifully knocked up.  Ellen is one of those girls who makes the ‘bump’ look really good.  She’s gonna keep it looking good too since she’s going to the gym and keeping in tip top shape.  She definitely makes the spandex look fabulous.

Ellen will be turning 40 in November.  I hope I look this hot when I am 40.

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, who recently revealed she is expecting her first child, and her music producer husband Chris Ivery were spotted leaving the Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles, California on Friday (May 8). The lovebirds then headed to My House nightclub to enjoy the rest of the night. Ellen’s growing baby bump was hidden by loose-fitting clothes.
