Tony Parker has never had a whole lot to say about his divorce from Eva Longoria, except to refute a few rumors.   Which is probably a smart move, considering the circumstances.   He’s mostly still saying nothing, but a recent interview on French radio reveals a little more about Tony’s feelings on the matter. He said:

“[Divorce] was hard, but life goes on. Like anyone else, I’ve learned that life is full of experiences, and you learn from your mistakes. And go on.

“No one’s perfect.  It’s never easy.”

I don’t know if this is just poorly translated or what, but honestly, Tony sounds like a complete ass.   Would it have killed him to say a little something nice about your ex-wife, especially since she wasn’t the one sexting other people?

The 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday January 30th with Eva Longoria hitting the red carpet for the 2011 SAG ceremony.

Longoria chose a very very deep v front dress of white pleated silk from Georges Hoebieka. The Desperate Housewives star was a presenter for the evening.

The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards took place in Beverly Hills, California at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday January 16th.

Eva Longoria stepped out for the night to be a presenter at the ceremony.

The Desperate Housewives star wore an open back, mermaid tight Zac Posen dress with a silver pin on the satin waist band/belt. She looked fabulous with her up swept hair. Her make-up completed the look: dark smoky eye and nude lip color.

Eva Longoria and the investors of Beso restaurant and Eve nightclub in Nevada have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The paperwork was turned in to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Las Vegas on Thursday, January 6th, almost 13 months after it’s initial opening in December of 2009.

Longoria, her co-investors and celebrity chef Todd English opened this secondary branch of the successful restaurant (also named Beso) launched back in 2008. The Las Vegas satellite is located inside the MGM Resorts International CityCenter development.

Longoria owns a 1/3 share of the investment and is also listed as a creditor. The Desperate Housewives star is owed $1.1 million for an unsecured loan and $375,000 for legal fees she paid on behalf of the restaurant and club.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker’s marriage is headed to divorce court as both parties have filed legal petitions in separate states: she in California and he filed in Texas. The surprise revelation came that Parker had an inappropriate texting relationship with an unidentified woman and Longoria found the messages devastating.

As the story starts to drop out of the public’s limited attention span, the woman who was thought to be the alleged reason for all the trouble, Erin Barry, has decided it’s time to come forward and issue a denial statement. Erin is the soon-to-be ex-wife of Parker’s former San Antonio team mate, Brent Barry who has also submitted divorce paperwork to end his marriage. The two couples were super close friends but with Brent’s filing on October 29th and Longoria’s paperwork submission on November 17th, the timing raised suspicions that Erin was the woman Tony was texting with.

San Antonio Spurs Tony Parker is coming forward to refute earlier published reports that claimed he was filing for divorce from his wife, actress Eva Longoria, first in Texas and that he was taken by surprise when she set it in motion, filing in California.

“Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately,” he says in a statement issued by his rep. “I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

“I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” he says. “We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.”

Parker is not commenting directly on the allegations of sexting with his former team mate’s wife Erin Barry. Longoria is letting the world know that she found “hundreds of texts” on her then husbands phone, through her longtime friend, Mario Lopez.

Longoria has not named the woman who was sexting with Parker publicly but former team mate Brent Barry and Erin were very close friends of the couple, even after Barry left the Spurs. Brent and Erin quietly set their divorce in motion at the end of October and it is speculated that Longoria and Parker’s friendship with the couple came to an abrupt end, just before Longoria filed for divorce.

What an uphappy ending for the couple.

Eva Longoria has officially filed for divorce from her husband, basketball superstar Tony Parker amid allegations of infidelity. The Desperate Housewives star’s publicist denied the rumors on Tuesday, November 16th, however Longoria submitted the legal documents one day later in Los Angeles County and made it official.

While the standard “irreconcilable differences” is cited on the paperwork, reports are swirling that Parker is just another sports player who cheats. Longoria has not commented publicly about Tony’s cheating but she did release a very brief statement via her twitter:

“It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.

The pair have been married for 3 years and in the beginning of the marriage, Parker was accused of cheating. He sued the site that published the alleged text messages information from French model Alexandra Paressant and they two went on with their lives and came across as a very happy couple.

Eva’s pal, Mario Lopez is confirming that she did find text messages on his phone from another woman.

“She is devastated, she wants us all to know that,” Lopez said. “But she’s strong.”

Unfortunately there may be a entirely unsavory part of the story still to be told.

Eva Longoria Parker was a stunning host for the Nevada Cancer Institute’s 9th annual Rock For The Cure Gala.   Joining her for the cause were master of ceremonies Larry King and headline performer Sammy Hagar.   The party was held at the Aria Resort & Casino at CityCenter in Las Vegas – a natural place for Eva to host a party, since her restaurant BESO is also located there.

All I can here is that Eva Longoria made her way over to Madrid for the 2010 MTV EMAs and I think she forget to pack her pants.  Hello legs!  Lots of leg.  We see it.  We love it.  Please don’t stop.

And as if the legs show at the arrivals wasn’t enough, Eva ripped off her dress on stage, leaving her in nothing but a corset during the show.  Yep.  Hot.  Simply HOT.

Eva Longoria Parker is producing her own VH1 reality series.  Her Hollywood restaurant Beso is the set.   Beso: Waiting to be Famous “will follow the employees that work at my restaurant. I’m not in it that much. I’m married and old now,” she told CNN.
