Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have taken their onscreen hotness and turned it into an off screen romance at Disneyland.

Gosling, 30, and Mendes, 37, who costar in the upcoming The Place Beyond the Pines, checked out the Southern California Magic Kingdom over the weekend to indulge in rides, food, fun and a little PDA.

Eva was spotted kissing Ryan and the two strolled the park hand in hand.

“They were very playful,” an observer tells Us Weekly. “Eva was skipping around like a little girl…She would lean into him and she held his arm the entire time.

The new celeb couple enjoyed the 4D Toy Story Mania ride, California Screamin’ rollercoaster, Ariel’s Undersea Adventure and shared cotton candy and corn on the cob for their fun date.

Mendes relationship with producer George Gargurevich ended earlier this summer. She was rumored to have had a few dates with SNL funnyman Jason Sudekelis recently.

Gosling has been linked to Sandra Bullock, Kirsten Dunst and Rachel McAdams in the past. He was also seen at Disneyland with Blake Lively earlier this year.

Gosling and Mendes have been filming the independent film in Schenectady, NY with Bradley Cooper, Rose Byrne and Ray Liotta. The Place Beyond the Pines will hit theaters in 2013.

The fabulous Eva Mendes is featured in the UK’s Zest this month.  Zest is a health and fitness magazine for women, and that’s exactly what’s on Eva’s mind.  She shares her fitness routine and diet tips with readers.

What she eats:

‘I focus on the inside out – so it’s all about what I’m eating, how I’m feeding my body and how much water I’m drinking. I don’t eat meat, but I eat a lot of fish and brown rice. I love bread, too. People are always surprised when I eat bread in restaurants! I mostly stick to wholemeal, though. When in doubt, go dark with the food – so I stay away from white pasta, white rice and white bread and that keeps things simple for me.’

How she keeps moving:

‘I hit the gym three to four times a week to do light weights – not too many repetitions – which target my whole body, and some serious cardio – normally sprinting and interval running. The minimum I do cardio for is 35 minutes, but you can get a lot done in that time if you use it wisely. And then I spend about an hour on the weight training. I also do yoga twice a week. It’s mostly astanga, but my yoga instructor creates a programme for me based around what I need – so if my muscles are tight from running, we’ll do poses to open everything up.’

Eva Mendes made a beautiful splash at Spike TV‘s 2011 Guys Choice Awards held at Sony Pictures Studio in Hollywood, California on Saturday (June 4th) night.

The Last Night actress chose a draped lilac Roland Mouret dress with open back and black stripe down the back of the skirt.

Mendes, 37, presented the Guy of The Year Award to Mark Wahlberg, who happens to be celebrating his birthday today!

Eva Mendes shrugs off the blues at the 2011 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City on Monday, May 2nd.

The 2011 Met Gala, as it’s more commonly known, featured an exhibit, the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty retrospective, which honored the late designer’s body of work.

The actress wore a one-shouldered, accordion pleated gown from Stella McCartney in a brilliant shade of royal blue. Mendes accented the look with a bright gold metallic belt, earrings and bracelets. Beautiful!

Pantene is grabbing two hot actress to be their new celebrity brand ambassadors: Eva Mendes & Naomi Watts.

E! Online is reporting the duo has signed on to a multi-million dollar contract with the two stars for print, online and television ads ready to launch in July.

“With their undeniable beauty and confidence that women admire, Eva and Naomi are wonderful additions to the Pantene family,” said Pantene spokeswoman Julie Marchant-Houle.

Mendes will be the face of Pantene’s Breakage to Strength line and Watts has the Flat to Volume duties under control.

Eva Mendes came out to the DKMS 5th Annual Gala event at Cipriani’s in New York to help raise funds for the Leukemia charity.

The actress chose a black and white dress with sheer overlay from Prabal Gurung for the dinner and was lovely with her hair pulled back.

The 37 year-old has been in a relationship for almost 10 years with George Augusto and she said not being married is fine with her.

“It’s nothing negative when I say that [I don't believe in marriage]. I just don’t think marriage is necessary, as necessary as society makes it,” Mendes told Hollywood Life.

“And I don’t have a negative point of view on it,” she continued. “I just think it’s a very old tradition and if you look back to what marriage symbolizes in the first place … it has nothing with why we get married today.”

She turned heads at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival Premiere of Last Night on Monday and you can see why.

Eva Mendes chose a red Gucci full length flowy and rather conservative gown with long sleeves and high neckline to the BMCC Theater but couldn’t hide her sexiness, no matter how covered she was. The actress kept her hair loose and wavy with gorgeous red lips for the showing.

The 37 year-old actress costars with Keira Knightley and would like to do another film with her.

“I joined the film because I’ve always wanted to work with Keira,” Mendes said.

“In my next film with her, I’d love to do more scenes with her because she is it. I love her.”

Eva Mendes is the sexy face of European department store Peek & Cloppenburg for Spring/Summer 2011.   In a campaign called ‘Summer Styles With Eva Mendes,’ the actress takes a trip “around the world in a day,” with “stops” in Las Vegas, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, and Coney Island.

Eva Mendes and Julianne Hough attended for The Art of Elysium’s 4th Annual Black Tie “Heaven” Charity Gala 2011 at the California Science Center in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Mendes wore an ethereal rose colored gown with soft draping from Valentino for the evening affair. Hough wore a royal purple one shoulder gown with beaded waist detailing and high slit in the skirt. The evening included dinner, a Vogue fashion show and the “Spirit of Elysium” award to James Franco.
