The inimitable Fergie, aka Stacy Ferguson, lent a certain sparkle to her New Year’s Eve hosting duties at 1 OAK at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. She rocked a gold mirrored mini dress as she walked the red carpet. Perfect for a festive evening!
Hubby Josh Duhamel joined her for the evening as well.

Stacy Ferguson brought out the stars for the Teen Choice Awards 2011 held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on August 7th.
The Black Eyed Peas singer opted for the celebrity print of the season – Dolce & Gabbana‘s star pattern – this time it was in black and yellow. Fergie wore the curve hugging mini with three-quarter length sleeves and Louboutin shoes.
Fergie’s bandmate, will.i.am, was the Choice DJ for the night and the Peas had a couple of nominations in the music categories but did not take home a surfboard.

Fergie goes to Milk Studios in Los Angeles for her photo session with Norman Jean Roy and gets the cover of July’s Allure magazine.
The Black Eyed Peas singer gives us the details on aging gracefully, her weight struggles and how she and band mate will.i.am can be at odds:
On her age: “I’m definitely young at heart, and I always will be, I’m just trying to age gracefully.”
On her body: “I think people think that I’m pregnant sometimes because my weight fluctuates. My problem is my discipline. I see a Jack in the Box or a DelTaco, and I will impulsively want it. I’m a work in progress in that area. I gain and lose weight everywhere from the thighs up.”
On her relationship with Will.i.Am: “There is conflict, he’s very protective, and it drives me nuts because I do a lot of my best work, writing-wise, when I’m completely alone.”
On working so hard: “I took a break to have a wedding. I’ve definitely committed some time this year to the Peas, but not as [much as] I have in previous years. I need balance in my life, and the guys understand that … I don’t think Will ever wants a break. We’re very different in that way.”
On her looks: “I’ve learned to love my nose because it’s unique. It’s interesting, and it just makes me a little different.”
Fergie’s issue is on newsstand on July 21st.

Fergie sported a sexy dominatrix vibe on the white carpet at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas on Sunday May 22nd.
The Black Eyed Peas singer chose a Herve Leger dress by Max Azria with leather panels on the skirt, cutouts at the waist and gold hardware on the harness. The blonde-r do and kohl rimmed eyes are a fab choice for the songstress.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel stand together at the 2011 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City on Monday, May 2nd.
The 2011 Met Gala, as it’s more commonly known, featured an exhibit, the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty retrospective, which honored the late designer’s body of work.
The Black Eyed Peas singer was decked out in a Marchesa column gown with beaded embellishments and flared skirt and train for the red carpet. Duhamel was kitted in Calvin Klein for the evening.

Celebrities lit up the red carpet at the Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica for the local American Red Cross’ Red Tie Affair gala last weekend. The annual event raises funds to support the organization’s Santa Monica chapter’s disaster relief work.
Josh Duhamel, on hand with his wife Fergie, received a Crystal Cross Award for organizing a run to raise funds for Japan earthquake and tsunami relief.
Also in attendance: Pete Wentz, Bridget Marquardt and Paris Hilton (whose graphic print maxi dress I totally love). More pictures of all these folks sporting red for the Red Cross after the jump.

Josh Duhamel organized a charity run to raise money for Japan earthquake and tsunami relief efforts and it was a rousing success.
Duhamel and his wife, Fergie, (who’s birthday was Sunday) hit the Santa Monica beach with 4,000 people to take part in the Tokidoki Youth Run 4 Japan to benefit The American Red Cross Japan Relief Fund.
Among the runners were I Am Number Four costars Dianna Agron and Teresa Palmer and socialite sisters Paris and Nicky Hilton.
The run earned $130,000 and tokidoki shirt sales were $90,000.
Duhamel said on twitter: “We did it! 4,000+ people pack the beach! The youth of LA mobilized & should be proud. All of u that donated should be proud. Much love..JD”

Sultry Fergie held her 36th birthday bash in Las Vegas at The Bank nightclub in the Bellagio Hotel Resort and Casino on Friday night and the songstress partied it up all night long.
The “I Got A Feelin’” singer chose a very snug peach dress and ample cleavage for the night.
Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel, started the night at restaurant Yellowtail before moving on to The Bank. There she was presented with a unicorn birthday cake and spent the night dancing and singing with friends.
