Gossip Girl ratings are down for the new shows. So for CW they have stepped up their campaign, they have revealed that a character on the show overdoses in the second-to-last episode.

“Things go down, there’s a lot of OMG moments,” Chace Crawford recently revealed on E!’s Daily 10. “It’s good.”

There are no hints to whether the person dies or not…you can survive and overdose. So who do you think it is?

Gossip Girl has decided to try a new campaign…SEX! They are trying to raise their ratings by selling sex!( Now, as a Mom, I would not let my daughter watch this show at all.)

I’m not usually a fan of the whole pin up girl thing…BUT, Kristen Bell, pulls it off! She is in the May 2008 issue of Vanity Fair.

Upcoming for Kristen is the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall that comes out sometime this month. She is also the voice of Gossip Girl in the WB show of the same name. How excited am I about the new episodes starting on April 21?? Very!!

There are rumors floating around that when the new season of Gossip Girl comes out on April 21, someone in the cast will be coming out too. TV Guide has given some clues to who it might be:

• This person may or may not be pictured above.
• The revelation significantly impacts the lives of at least three people.
• The aftershocks will be felt on both sides of the East River.
• Some viewers will be surprised by the twist, others not so much.
• In the Gossip Girl novels, Dan was known to be a bit of a switch hitter — which isn’t so much a clue as it is a fact. A misleading fact? Perhaps. Perhaps not.

I hope it’s not Dan because the only reason why I watch the show is because of him and Serena. Who do you think it is?
