Gwyneth Paltrow In Sexy Sheer Dress At 2011 Primetime Emmys

Gwyneth Paltrow made a very fashionable turn on the red carpet the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 18th.

The Country Strong actress wore a sheer and belly-baring Pucci dress. The crop top and long skirt flaunted her toned tummy for the event.

The 38 year-old actress was a presenter and handed out the Outstanding Comedy Series to the Modern Family cast. Paltrow received an Emmy for her guest star on Glee at the Creative Emmy Awards last weekend.

Gwyneth Paltrow ‘I Made Such A Good Choice’ In Hubby Chris Martin

The September Fall Fashion issues are gathering steam and Elle magazine gives it’s cover to Gwyneth Paltrow.

The 38 year-old actress shares her thoughts about writing and giving tips on her lifestyle site GOOP and the criticism she takes for it and spends a few minutes discussing her marriage to Coldplay fron tman Chris Martin and the privacy they try to keep while living their professional lives in the public eye.

On sharing her workouts: “It’s so much easier to sit home and not exercise and criticize other people. What I love is inspiring people. People come up to me and say, ‘I want to have two kids and wear a bathing suit and not feel terrible about myself. I see how hard you work and it makes me feel like I can do that too.’”

On rumors she and Chris broke up: “Sometimes it’s hard being with someone for a long time. We go through periods that aren’t all rosy. I always say, life is long and you never know what’s going to happen. If, God forbid, we were ever not to be together, I respect him so much as the father of my children. Like, I made such a good choice. He’s such a good dad. You can never be relaxed or smug and think, ‘I’ve got this thing.’ That’s also part of it: keeping yourself on your toes. I’m not going to take this for granted.”

On keeping her marriage private: “He makes music for his fans, and he doesn’t want people to conjure a lame famous couple when they’re getting into his music. I get it.”

The Gwyneth issue is on sale August 16th.

Gwyneth Paltrow: Topless And Fishnets For Vanity Fair

Emma Stone isn’t the only one heating up the pages of Vanity FairGwyneth Paltrow sheds her shirt and most of her other clothes to appear in the publication’s August 2011 issue.  Appearing in a special supplement called “On Jewelry,” Gwynnie models several sparkly pieces by Louis Vuitton while clad in nothing but a pair of fishnet stockings.

Many will say this is sexy, and I suppose objectively I can say she looks nice.  If you’re into chicks who are way too skinny, that is.   There’s also something about this photo that screams “BARELY LEGAL” and that’s problematic not just for the usual reasons, but also because Gwynnie is 38 years old.    Too old, in my opinion, to be trying to play the ingénue.

Anyway.  I could go on all day about how much I dislike Mrs. GOOP, and while that might be amusing for awhile, I just don’t see the point.  So what do you think of Gwyneth’s Vanity Fair look?  Comment and tell us!

Gwyneth Fatigue! Paltrow Covers Bon Appetit Magazine

The endless parade of Gwyneth Paltrow media is reaching it’s limits (please?!) and the actress/author/singer/lifestyle blogger has landed the June cover of Bon Appetit magazine (and the editor is taking some major heat for putting a celeb on the cover!)

The 38 year-old, who authored the cookbook My Father’s Daughter, filled with family stories and recipes, has dedicated it to her father, the late Bruce Paltrow, who she says inspired her love of cooking.

She shares with the magazine how she approaches cooking.

“It’s how I think as a cook,” Paltrow says. “I wouldn’t say I’m a very original thinker, but if I have a good experience with something, I’ll want to take it further or adapt it in some way. I’m not going to be doing molecular gastronomy; I’m a wife and a mom and a home cook.”

The Country Strong star squashes rumors about her own cooking magazine.

“Don’t know how that rumor got into the papers,” she says. “It could not be further from the truth. I literally do not have time to bathe let alone start a magazine.”

All right, I officially call a Gwyneth moratorium – at least for a couple of months.

Lea Michele & Gwyneth Paltrow At 2011 Met Gala

Gwyneth Paltrow and Lea Michele hung out together on the red carpet at the 2011 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City on Monday, May 2nd.

The 2011 Met Gala, as it’s more commonly known, featured an exhibit, the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty retrospective, which honored the late designer’s body of work.

Paltrow chose a long sleeve white column dress by her friend, Stella McCartney and Michele wore a beautiful red strapless faille silk gown from Escada.

The Glee costars were lovely in red and white at the fashion event.

Gwyneth Paltrow Is The New Brand Ambassador For Coach

Gwyneth Paltrow has landed a very nice fashion gig with Coach.

The Country Strong star will be the brand ambassador for the accessories goods business and will be in the 70th anniversary advertising running in the fall of 2011 and into early 2012.

“I grew up in New York City and I’ve always thought of Coach as the quintessential New York brand,” the star said in a statement. “I will never forget getting my first Coach bag.”

The company’s president and creative director, Reed Krakoff, said that Paltrow was “a natural choice…She embodies the spirit, energy and elegance of the Coach brand.”

These ads are slated to be in European and Asian markets only, as of now.

Paltrow is no stranger to corporate fashion schilling. She has modeled for Tod’s and Christian Dior in the past.

Gwyneth Paltrow Hocks Her Cookbook In The ‘Burbs (Photos)

Gwyneth Paltrow made an appearance to sign copies of her book at the Williams-Sonoma in the Mall At Short Hills in Short Hills, New Jersey. (Book? Yeah, she wrote a cookbook: My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness. Whew! It took me so long to read that title that I got hungry. Good thing it’s a cook book!) And while a mall in an affluent suburb was certainly the last place I would expect to find our fair Gwyneth, I’m just not so sure anymore. That Good Housekeeping cover from earlier this year still disturbs me. And in Short Hills, in her comfy sweater, jeans and no-nonsense hair, she looks ready to take on the car pool lane with aplomb – albeit in a luxury car (a hybrid, of course). This is not the way celebrities dress to greet their public! This is the way I dress to run to the dry cleaners. I think this whole suburban soccer mom thing has gone just a bit too far…

Gwyneth Paltrow Shows Off Her Toned Abs For Self Magazine

Self magazine helps Gwyneth Paltrow flaunt her sexy abs on the cover of the May 2011 issue.

The actress is promoting her cookbook, My Father’s Daughter, and shares how her trainer has helped her reach her goals.

“I never thought that I’d be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom,” Paltrow said. “But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too.”

The 38 year-old did say that sometimes she indulges and has to get back on track.

“If I’m prepping for something or I’ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks,” Gwyneth told the magazine.

She also shares recipes from her book and exercise tips in this issue. Check out more at  Self.com.

Tina Fey Covers InStyle Magazine, Sympathizes With Gwyneth Paltrow

Tina Fey lands on the cover of the April 2011 issue of InStyle.

The multi-talented Fey is not only writing and starring on TV’s 30 Rock, she has authored a book, Bossypants, out April 5th where she tackles her own life with her dead-on sense of humor.

While the actress may be in charge of somethings, Fey claims her daughter is the boss of her.

“My daughter. Kids are definitely the boss of you,” she said. “Anyone who will barge into the room while you are on the commode is the boss of you. And when you explain to them that you’re on the commode and that they should leave but they don’t? That’s a high-level boss.”

Although the 40 year-old comedienne jokes about her daughter’s ability to rule her even during a bathroom break, she isn’t all laughs about how harsh the internet critics can be.

“Any time you talk about being a working mother and you complain about it in any way, people eat your face,” she says. “I remember reading some interview where Gwyneth Paltrow said something like, ‘I missed my kids on the set one day and I was crying.’ And I thought, Yeah, I’ve totally done that.”

The 30 Rock star went on to say “But on the website where I read it there were these furious comments. ‘But you’re a movie star!’ Yes, it’s much worse for a mom serving in Afghanistan. Of course. But there’s just no forgiveness.”

For more of what Tina’s got to say, grab the issue on sale Friday.
