Gwyneth Paltrow is everywhere these days promoting her new movie Iron Man. Here she is covering UK GQ’s June 2008 issue, wearing a sheet. (Wearing a sheet is so de rigeur these days….)
Gwynnie…. OK, OK! You’re sexy! WE GET IT! Someone please stop her before she starts dressing like a common street tart in couture! I swear I was so behind her new look for a minute there, but she keeps getting tackier as each day goes by.
There’s a reason for her new vibe. She “wanted the opportunity to turn some heads and prove that she’s not uptight.” The, 35-year-old actress said, “People think I’m aloof, or old, or that I breathe rarefied air - that’s not me.”
Not that she wants folks to get the wrong idea. She told the magazine, “I’m not going out without my knickers, and I’m not getting drunk, and I’m not on my eighth husband.” Girl just managed to implicate half of female Hollywood there in one sentence!

Gwyneth Paltrow was saying that she was having a hard time adjusting to being out again…does her clothes have anything to do with it? WTF girl??? First, she wears a see through dress and now this jumper.
If you look at the pictures the jumper doesn’t even look comfortable…it’s riding up her a$$ and all the buttons aren’t even done up. Gwyneth needs a new stylist.

First mistake was the short dresses and the high heels she wore last week. Gwyneth doesn’t know how to work those sexy heels, she looks like a duck walking! Now the revealing dress??

I’m seriously impressed. Those stilettos look no bigger around than a pencil, and they’re monster high. I’d kill myself in thsoe things! It’s almost enough to make me take back the mean things I said about her Vogue cover. ALMOST. But damn - work it, girl! I’m sure Chris loves your new look!

Here’s Gwyneth Paltrow on the cover of May 2008 Vogue. Check out her Wonder Woman bracelets and her Iron Man (she appears in the movie, releasing May 2nd) arm rest!
Gwyneth, I love you, I really do, but I can’t decide what I think of this photo. I dig the sparkly metallic dress and the blue background - and did I mention the bracelets? - but Gwynnie herself? Not doing much for me. They have her positioned at weird angles. Remember how you could sometimes bend your Barbie’s limbs just a little, but not much? Gwyneth reminds me of that here - an awkwardly posed doll. Her skin has a strange plastic (Photoshopped?) pallor to it. And even the way her hair is brushed back makes me think of a doll - if I could just part it a little, I’m sure I could see the plugs/tracks in her plastic scalp.
Hmmm, maybe I have come to a conclusion that I don’t like this cover. But I am looking forward to seeing Iron Man… what about you?

Gwyneth paid £60 for the discreet artwork, after tattooist Steve Flannery spent 20 minutes creating the design for the “nervous” actress.
He said: “At first she was thinking about having a tattoo on her arm, but then decided that this might affect her acting work.
“In the end she decided on the top of her right thigh, and joked that Chris would have fun finding it.”
Wow…I could never imagine Gwyneth getting a tattoo!

After going into the hospital in a wheelchair 2 weeks ago, actress Gwyneth Paltrow is looking healthy, tan and fashionable as ever once again at Madonna’s charity event in NYC. The event was held to raise funds for Raising Malawi, the charity Madonna founded to help orphaned and impoverished children in Malawi, the country where she is adopting David Banda.
Close Madonna pal Gwyneth Paltrow made a rare red carpet appearance, dazzling in a pink frock trimmed with an oversized bow.
Heavily pregnant Jennifer Lopez arrived with her husband Marc Antony, while Brooke Shields, Drew Barrymore, Dita Von Teese, Nelly Furtado and Rihanna added high-voltage glamour to the evening.

“She was slumped over in a wheelchair pushed by [husband] Chris Martin,” an eyewitness said. “She looked not well.”
At 6:30 p.m., a bag — labeled “Gwyneth Martin” — from NYC organic home supply store Organics Avenue was delivered.
The source said that Gwyneth and Chris spent the night.
Update: Gwyneth is home now and her rep, Stephen Huvane is saying, “Gwyneth is fine and at home - we are not commenting further.”
The reason for the hospitalization is still unknown.

Enough is enough or so says Gwyneth Paltrow. The actress says that two kids are enough for now. She already has an Apple and a Moses.
“I don’t think so. Well, definitely not right away,” the 34-year-old actress tells W magazine in its September issue, on newsstands Aug. 17.
