Actress Heather Locklear has announced that she is entering treatment for mental health issues at a facility in Arizona.

Her rep, Cece Yorke, issued this statement yesterday:

“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment.”

Stressing that the matter is “confidential,” she refused further comment.

If it’s so confidential, why issue a statement?  In all seriousness, though, I hope for the best for Heather.  Good for her for taking care of her health!

Heather Locklear is gorgeous. She has to be in her 40s by now, but she never seems to get any less hot. But, WTF is up with her face in this photo? She looks like she’s trying to get a role in Cats, or like one of those women who has had WAY too much plastic surgery. From everything I know about her, I didn’t think she’s even had any! So, is this just a hideous photo taken at just the right moment?
