Hilary Duff has definitely grown up and looks absolutely amazing in this new Femme For DKNY Jeans ad. Next to her are Sophie Srej and Gracie Carvalho on the streets of New York.
I can’t wait to see more from our latest Gossip Girl. Hilary is perfect for this ad campaign and I think that DKNY is going to be really happy that they chose her. 100% class all the way.

Herve Leger dresses are my favorite by far. I would love to own a million of them. There is just something I really like about them.
Hilary Duff hosted the Herve Leger by Max Azria Celebration at Live! on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles last night. I think Hilary’s dress looks hot on her. Also joining her last night? Her boyfriend, Mike Comrie.

Hilary Duff is a busy girl these days. She is working the small screen on some hit shows.
We know that Mariska Hargitay will return to Law & Order: SVU after dealing with her collapsed lung. Now miss Duff will join her for the April 28th episode, “Selfish“.
Hilary will appear on Ghost Whisperer in the “Thrilled To Death” episode with newly rebounding Jennifer Love Hewitt on April 9th.
How fun for her! It’s got to be a blast to change things up from Disney shows, and movies to “grown-up” shows. I think Hilary will do great. I have always liked her. 
In fact, she’s got a lot of upcoming movies and shows this year. Keep watching!

I love how Hilary Duff can go out for a burger and look fantastic. Hilary was spotted going to a cheap burger place in Toluka Lake in Los Angeles. Catch those cool looking boots she has on, they make me want to go ride horses again.
Hilary is also getting ready to launch her Femme collection for DKNY Jeans. This project seems more of a challenge to her instead of her old line of Stuff by Duff.
One of the hardest things is to come up with a name. But I think Femme works really well and explains the line perfectly as feminine but tough all at the same time. Its aggressive, but in a good way.
It seems everything Hilary touches turns to gold so I am sure this line of jeans will do amazing.

Hilary Duff shows her non-Disney sexy side in the January 2009 issue of Maxim magazine. Although I can’t get Lizzie McGuire out of my head, I realize that yes, she needs to grow up some time. In the interview she talks about being a tween queen, being a relationship person and if she’s engaged to boyfriend, Mike Comrie. Here is a highlight:
On the worse thing written about her: I’ve been accused by the press of giving lap dances at clubs. I mean, little ‘ol me. People love to believe it-it’s more exciting to talk about than the truth! And they’re so descriptive about these lap dances. I don’t even know how to do a lap dance.

What’s up with the young celebrities’ dads getting on the wrong side of the law lately? In a scene decidedly not out of a Disney Channel show, Hilary Duff‘s dad has been jailed for contempt, “accused of violating a court order prohibiting him from selling assets without the consent of his estranged wife.”
Bob and Susan Duff have been embroiled in a nasty divorce for two and a half years. Susan had gone to court asking for $25,000 to pay for Hilary’s 21st birthday party and gift next month.
“I know he’s a millionaire, and he’s got the funds,” Susan testified earlier. She added that Hilary was “emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father.”
Why did Susan want to spend $25K on Hilary’s birthday? It’s the same amount that was spent on sister Haylie‘s 21st birthday a few years ago. Susan’s attorney Marshall Davis Brown Jr. asked Bob “if he wanted Hilary to receive a comparable gift to Haylie for her 21st birthday.”
“Yes,” Bob replied.
“You’re not mad at Hilary, are you?” Brown asked.
Bob hesitated, and Brown withdrew the question.
Not to be left out of the ugly banter, Bob’s attorney Robert Piro “asked Susan if her “adult millionaire daughter” would be upset if she did not receive an expensive gift and party for her birthday.”
Bob was led away in handcuffs, sentenced to ten days in jail, and was ordered to pay $12,500 for the party. He was also ordered to “pay $367,537 he earned from selling stocks last month into a court repository.”
Regarding having her husband jailed, Susan said, “This isn’t what I wanted.” However, the Houston Chronicle reports that she is not satisfied with the amount of support she receives:
The $10,000 her husband pays her in interim support each month is “not even enough to pay my own bills” and certainly not enough to afford such expensive birthday treats, Susan testified. She said she has to rely on Hilary for financial help to pay her lawyers and other bills.
If she’s relying on Hilary to support her AND pay for her divorce, why doesn’t Mom have Hilary pay for her own birthday party? This looks to me like she’s just trying to punish her soon to be ex husband and using the kids to do it. $10K a month is not enough to pay the bills? Get. A. Job!

Hilary Duff was spotted leaving the Il Sole restaurant in Hollywood with her boyfriend Mike Comrie and a beautiful ring in her left ring finger. Could this mean she is finally engaged?
Judging by Hilary’s happy face in these photos, I think a wedding is about to happen soon. They seem so right for each other and Mike even lets Hilary drive!! Ah! A perfect gentleman.

There can never be enough written about Hilary Duff. She seems like the ulimate role model. She had her own show on Disney and made it through without causing trouble. And now she is staring in a movie, Stay Cool, that also stars Josh Holloway and Winona Ryder. Her character is a sexy high school senior who invites an older visiting author to her prom.
It is a comedy and has a great cast..can’t wait to see it!

I never thought I’d see the day return when women were out in public wearing shiny leggings. It was a look that has no business resurfacing. I suffered through it the first time around and feel that I should not have to suffer the indignity of witnessing it again.
For the longest, I’ve been hoping that the leggings affliction was just Lindsay Lohan‘s unique problem, but this photo dashes those hope to the ground. Here is Hilary Duff out in Los Angeles wearing said offensive shiny leggings. For all we know, these are leggings from LiLo’s own line. Which is kind of a scary thought, that someone not only would actually purchase them but wear them… in public. Very scary. I think I need to go find some kind of pill to take now. Excuse me.

Hilary Duff and John Cusack make an unexpected hot pairing in the new politically charged movie War, Inc. and on the cover of LA Confidential.
John Cusack on the movie being an attack to the current administrations war policy in Iraq:
“Whats happening in reality is so far down the rabbit hole that I think maybe unless you put an absurdist lens on it, theres no way you could process it. Maybe thats true. So I think maybe its an industrial film. Maybe the movie is really about self-surgery.”
John Cusack on Hilary Duff:
“You know, when she came out to do the film, we didnt know her. We knew she wanted to do the movie, which takes a lot of courage for a young girl whos already got a huge fan base, whos a big pop star. I dont think any of us knew shed be quite as gifted, as intelligent as she is. If you think about it, if you want to hold the screen with Sir Ben Kingsley, Marisa Tomei, and Joan Cusack, youd better be good. And not only did she hold her own, I think shes every bit as charismatic and wonderful as those other three actors.”
Hilary Duff on how she got involved in the movie:
“I was writing my record, and taking time off from everything in my life to really focus on it. My agents knew that I was looking for different projects. They said, Take a look at this script. Its John Cusack, and we dont know how youre going to feel about it because you have to play a pop star. I was like, Ugh, I dont even want it, you know? I thought it was going to be the same old same old. Then I read it and I was like Oh my God and I freaked out. I want it, I want it! I called my agent, and the next thing I know, they said, John wants to talk to you on the phone. It all happened really fast, and two weeks later I was in Bulgaria filming!”
Hilary Duff on working with John Cusack and Sir Ben Kingsley:
“Im really not shy at all, and since Ive been working for such a long time, Ive learned that when its time to not be shy, I go into autopilot or something. Being there with all of them…. They didnt know what to expect of me and I didnt know what to expect of them. We became such good friends. And working with John, he gives you such creative control. There was a superfun creative energy going around.”
Hilary Duff on droping a live scorpion down her pants in the movie:
“It was so scary. I grew up in Texas, and we had plenty of scorpions, but I never had to put one down my pants before. And my pants werent that baggy, so I couldnt get any space. I did it a couple times with it going down my leg and it was terrifying. The little thing kept doing backbends because it obviously didnt want to go in my pants, you know? Everyone on the set was cheering!”
