Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner are proud parents to a newborn baby girl and have decided to name her Arabella Rose.

Ivanka’s father, 65 year-old business tycoon Donald Trump, stopped by Fox & Friends this morning for a chat and told the hosts he didn’t know her name either until shortly before he came on the show.

“I just left the hospital and the baby is beautiful,” Trump said. “Arabella Rose is the baby’s name. I just found that out by the way.”

This is the first child for Ivanka and Jared and she tweeted her family’s joy.

“Jared and I are having so much fun playing with our daughter! Arabella Rose is beyond adorable. She’s truly a blessing.”

Ivanka has modeled in the past and appears with her father on Celebrity Apprentice. Kushner is the owner of the New York Observer newspaper.

After confessing that she was “trying not to think” about labor and delivery because she was “terrified,” it appears Ivanka Trump came through it all right.  She gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday in New York City.

She announced the happy news on Twitter:

This morning @jaredkushner and I welcomed a beautiful and healthy little baby girl into the world. We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!

This is the first child for Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner.    Their daughter joins a recent Hollywood baby boom that includes Harper Seven Beckham, Aleph Portman-Millepied, and Bingham Hawn Bellamy.

Congratulations Jared and Ivanka, and welcome Baby Kuchner!

It’s all breast cancer events, all the time this month and it seems every celebrity is getting into the philanthropic mood.  Ivanka Trump attended QVC’s ‘FFANY Shoes On Sale’ event this week.

FFANY is the Fashion Footwear Association of New York.  They throw a huge, three-hour designer shoe sale once a year on QVC to support breast cancer research and education.  They’ve been doing this since 1994 and have sold over a million shoes and have raised tens of millions of dollars.  Very awesome.

Ivanka looks great – when doesn’t she? – but I’ve got to note that she appears a bit thicker than usual. Is it just the dress, or is she baking a little Kushner in her oven?
