As if there was any doubt, Jersey Shore was renewed for season 4. The real question is what unsuspecting community would get the cast of guidos and guidettes thrust on them.

MTV has determined Italy shall be plagued by the GTL crew and hopefully the U.S. government can put it’s time to good use and find a way to invalidate their passports so they can’t return.

Here is the official statement:

“The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by,” said Chris Linn, Executive Vice President of Programming and Head of Production for MTV in a statement. “We can’t wait to see what erupts as a result.”

Do Snooki, JWoww, The Situation, Pauly D and the rest speak the language? Unlikely.

Worst. Tourists. Ever.

Since when did being a Guido or Guidette become a qualification for becoming an author?  The latest Jersey Shore cast member to “write” a book is Jenni “JWOWW” Farley.  HarperCollins is about to publish Farley’s The Rules According To JWOWW: Shore-Tested Secrets on Landing a Mint Guy, Staying Fresh to Death, and Kicking the Competition to the Curb.

Whew!  Did you get all that?  That’s some title.  Is it meant to distract from the lack of content in the actual book itself?  I mean, check out this quote:

“I am like a praying mantis.  After I have sex with a guy, I will rip their heads off.”

Which is such a great thing to advise in a book that claims to “have you with a man ready to wife-up in no time,” don’t you think?

Jenni will start her book tour in – where else? – New Jersey, the same day her book hits stores on February 8th.  Will she sell more copies than her co-stars?  It’s too early to say how Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi‘s book will ultimately do, but apparently Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino‘s only sold 4,000 copies and is currently #4,368 in sales on Amazon.  Ouch!

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi really did “write” a book and here she is hocking it at Borders Books at Columbus Circle in New York.    So here she is, and there the book is – look, you can see it in the picture – but where did her neck go?  Honestly, I never realized it was so stumpy.  I’m thinking that her signature hair pouf added some length to her whole head and neck area, and without it, it appears that she really is proportioned like a troll.

Snooki’s book tour began last week in Los Angeles with fans starting to wait in line over 24 hours in advance of her appearance.  Huh.   She then headed for the East Coast, and will be in New York and New Jersey through this week.  Check out all of her scheduled appearances to date at this link.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi made herself famous by binge drinking on Jersey Shore.  And it looks like she’s been perfecting that parlor game for awhile.   RadarOnline.com got ahold of some photos of Snooki already boozing it up when she was just 18 years old.

“She’s always tried to get as drunk as possible before she left for the clubs because she was underage and knew when she got there she couldn’t drink.   Snooki would just chug beer as fast as she could by putting 2 or 3 beers in a funnel and then going out for the night.

“She was always fall down drunk. She would tilt her head back with her eyes half closed and latch on to random people to hold herself up because she was about to fall over.”

Working out pays off big time for Jersey Shore star Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley.

The reality TV starlet is spokesperson for Ab Cuts supplements (photos of her December signing are here,) has a bodybuilder boyfriend to help her maintain her figure and is working out 5 times a week. She has earned a seriously sexy body is showing it off.

UsMagazine nabbed JWoww for a photo shoot in a racy school girl uniform and she isn’t holding back.

The sexy school girl uniform got the Glee girls, Lea Michele and Dianna Agron in trouble in the fall (see the photos here) Do you think the same will happen to Jenni?

Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley left the Jersey Shore and headed in to the city for a promotional appearance and signing. JWoww was at Manhattan’s GNC for the Ab Cuts Natural Body Supplement by Revolution GNC on Wednesday December 15th. The reality TV star has a work out book coming in February but for now, she signs photos at these events.

Barbara Walters annual special The 10 Most Fascinating People aired Thursday night on ABC and overall, what a snooze fest but BWalt did her best to give us 10 personalities that we couldn’t stop talking about. So here is the list:

Betty White. Now Betty is all sorts of fabulous, but what’s more interesting is that in a culture so obsessed with youth (Bieber, Cyrus, The Twilight crew,) the octogenarian is still relevant. Is this a trend?

Mark Zuckerberg. Rehashed clips of the Facebook creator and inspiration for the movie The Social Network. I yawned twice while typing that. And this could have been something solid – he is quirky and challenging and even if he wouldn’t agree to a sit down, this segment was dull.

Justin Bieber. I have nothing against Bieber but this felt like Walters trying to get tweens and teens to watch the show. I am fascinated by the reaction his fans will have when he changes his hair. And I’m also very scared of it.

Jersey Shore Cast. I understand that I am in the minority here – but I really don’t get the fascination. Gym. Tan. Laundry. Barbara?

Sandra Bullock. Sympathetic absolutely. More than that – well,

Nicole ‘Snooki‘ Polizzi celebrated her birthday with a party at Pacha sponsored by Lifestyles Condoms in New York City.  And all I can say is nothing says class like LifeStyles condoms.

Her parents were there, so I guess the “shame” wasn’t too intense.

And so much so that he really wanted to perform for the Jersey Shore star’s birthday party.  The party was held at Pacha in New York City where Sean Kingston was there to serenade Snooki at the stroke of midnight.

I’d like to think that’s sweet, but it makes me question Sean’s sanity.
