Mark Momjian who is Kate Gosselin’s lawyer is now more of a hero than anything else.  The man knows how to do his job, really well.

Today Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced. (Yay!)  Now it is time for Jon to pay the piper.  Yes, Jon Gosselin will be paying a five figure sum in child support every month and he was charged for the $235,000 he took from their joint bank account.  Kate doesn’t have to pay any of it back, everything she withdrew was for the kids.  Woot woot!

Jon doesn’t have a job.  Jon can’t get a job because TLC has court orders that won’t allow him to make any appearances.  That is Jon’s fault, 100%.

I hope that Jon enjoyed his time in the spotlight as the ‘ladies man‘ while it lasted.  Those days are over.  To top it all off with some sweet justice, Kate Gosselin got primary custody of the kids and Jon will only have visitation.

Kate and the kids will stay in the house.  This time justice was served and I couldn’t be happier.  Now Kate can get on with her life.  I hope that the kids will be able to adjust and feel ‘normal’ again soon.

It’s official. Jon and Kate Gosselin are no longer married.   Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the final papers that finalized the ugly divorce.

It will be interesting to see how everything was divided and what they decided on custody with the kids since Jon all but gave that up completely, by choice.

Jon and Kate Gosselin are putting the finishing touches on their ugly divorce.  The arbitration was going full force yesterday (November 21) and the biggest shocker was the fact that Jon didn’t contest that Kate should get primary custody of the kids!  I totally expected that he would go for 50/50.

Neither of them is demanding spousal support, so that is one good thing.  Neither of them deserve to be supported by the other one.  As long as Jon pays his part of child support, I will be satisfied.

The judge should decide on all the money stuff within 30 days.  I am guessing it will be finalized before that though.  Everyone wants this case to close already!

Suddenly Jon Gosselin thinks he is deserving of $5 million from TLC, citing that they have pretty much ruined his reputation and his ability to find a job.

“Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and it has caused him financial losses,” his attorney Mark Heller says.

Hmmm, last time I checked, the show Jon & Kate Plus 8 was a solid job that provided from the entire family and Jon is the one who threw that away and broke the contract with TLC.  As far as his reputation, Jon ruined that all by himself.

TLC had already filed a suit against Jon for breach of contract.  This should be pretty interesting to watch play out.

And that’s exciting, right?  Seriously, Us Weekly posted this video of Jon Gosselin taking a yoga class at a hotel in Los Angeles.   They had a yoga expert assess his skill and she wasn’t impressed. However, she also said that yoga may help the reality star:

“find balance in his life…I’m sure with all that has been going on in Jon’s life, things are out of whack.  He’s got to let go of external distractions and tap into his spirituality.”

Well, yes.  I’d say that arguing with your girlfriend on national TV is a pretty good sign your life is out of whack.  No wonder Jon is trying something to help him de-stress.  Or maybe he was just hoping he’d be photographed in a tank top.

Jon Gosselin and his on again, off again girlfriend, Hailey Glassman gave an in interview together that is set to air tomorrow night (November 4th) on ET.

During the interview, the troubled couple discusses or rather argues about their future as a couple.

“We’re going to take a break and decide,” Jon, 32, says. “We’ll let Hailey decide on what she wants to do. … My life is so hectic right now I have to concentrate on my own decisions. … Maybe she wants to go get a job. Maybe she wants to date other people. Maybe she wants to experience life? Live on her own and do her own things. I don’t know. If I was 22, I would probably want a break too, because it is so much.”

Hailey claims that any time she tries to leave Jon, “he cries.”

“As hard as it is for us, he needs to go handle his stuff, be with his family and handle his divorce, and I need to go and be a 22-year-old and get my life back,” she says.

Truer words have not been spoken, girl!

Jon believes that he’s going to have to let her go “in order for her to be happy, especially if she thinks he has been “emotionally abusing her.  I cannot live with that guilt.”

So it looks like Jon and Hailey are making it an official breakup during the show,

“I don’t want to do this on national TV — this is serious,” says Hailey.

Jon doesn’t seem to be handling well at all as he says,

“I wanted to discuss this in private, but now it’s public. I’m getting frustrated, because it’s uncomfortable. This whole thing’s uncomfortable. I don’t like it. I mean, you’re telling me out there that you love me and you want to be with me, and then you…”

Hailey fires back with,

“I do love you, and you tell me you love me — we would love each other and we want to be with each other, but it’s not healthy!”

That was it for Jon,

“I’m not talking anymore.”

Hailey took it to a whole new level by bringing up the kids,

“Don’t you want them to look up to you and say, ‘My daddy’s honest?’”

That pushed Jon over the edge,

“I’m not talking about this.”

Hailey Glassman gave an interview on The Insider, calling out her boyfriend Jon Gosselin for being emotionally abusive.  So in true Jon fashion, he hopped on board and is claiming to want to make things right, with everyone.

“I am committed to making things right with Hailey as well as Kate and especially my children. I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove myself.”

Jon is even acknowledging the price Haliey has paid for him…the whole ‘guilty by association’ thing has hit her hard.

“[She] has paid a significant price to live under such a media microscope. I am grateful for her emotional support and I regret any pain that my actions have caused her as she has selflessly born the pressures I have endured under the media glare.”

I hope that Jon Gosselin is sincere.  I hope that he takes action right away in making things right.  Jon needs to prove himself to the kids and to Kate.  Hailey needs to move on or be patient.  She CAN’T be a priority right now.  Jon has much bigger messes to clean up first.

Hailey Glassman has been ‘dating’ Jon Gosselin for quite sometime now. He has cheated on her and treated her like garbage, yet she has stayed with him.

“He’ll call me and take his anger out on me. He has ‘mantrums.’ I shouldn’t have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, ‘Why are you so mean to me?’ “

“Sometimes he has trouble with the truth,” she says, “and he will dance and dance around his lies. He’s like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him.”

Hailey is claiming that she had never seen teh show and didn’t know about Jon’s public life before she met him,

“I met Jon in a bubble,” she explains. “I’d never seen the show. I had no idea.”

Jon has done nothing short of ruin Hailey’s life since they have been together,

“People judge me before they meet me. I get threats everyday,” she says. “I get called a home wrecker and a fat whore. People will stare or point. It gets worse everyday.”

Hailey knows this relationship isn’t a good thing but won’t let go of it either,

“I don’t want to leave him all alone. At the end of the day, I love him but I dislike him at times. When I love someone I would never hurt them.”

Well, then I guess that it’s obvious…you get what you ask for!  Good luck to you both, you’re going to need it!

If Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan has anything to say about it, Jon Gosselin will be joining the Celebrity Boxing Federation.

“I am in the Celebrity Boxing Federation, so I had to go out to Philadelphia to meet with the chairman of the organization.  They asked me if Jon would fight, so I went up to Pennsylvania to visit Jon.”

Jon apparently doesn’t have any desire to get the crap beat out of him in front of everyone.  So, he passed that offer up.  I suppose Nancy Grace gave him enough of a whoppin’…  But, it looks like he is still planning to be on The Divorced Dad’s Club.

Michael Lohan is delusional.  Like America thinks that divorced dad’s go through something so horrific that they need to make a show about it.  We know what Jon does.  No need to make a show about it.  Ugh.  I’d much rather watch Jon Gosselin in a boxing ring!
