Is Justin Bieber a daddy?

One young woman has reportedly filed a lawsuit claiming the “Baby” singer is the father of her 3 month-old.

Mariah Yeater, 20, is said to have met the 17 year-old Canadian pop star backstage after a Los Angeles concert at the Staples Center in October of 2010 where the two had sex and she left with a permanent reminder of her one night with the Biebs.

“On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy,” Yeater said in court documents. “That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Yeater claims in the documents she tried to contact his reps, but has never heard back from anyone.

Justin and his representatives aren’t taking the accusation lightly, denying them and saying they will take legal action.

“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” Matthew Hiltzik, JB’s rep said. “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Bieber’s response has been through twitter:

“with this album [he released Under the Mistletoe on Tuesday] Im giving portion of the proceeds to #charity … Im trying to help #GIVEBACK..nothing will stop me from that focus. NOTHING”

He continued “so Im going to ignore the rumors…and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!”

Justin Bieber debuted his new spiky ‘do while wearing a black leather shirt on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Monday night.

The Biebs chatted about his epic Titanic-viewing Staples Center date with girlfriend Selena Gomez, working with Mariah Carey on his new Christmas album Under the Mistletoe, his new Batmobile car and Someday, his perfume.

“She’s super cool, It was cool because I got to do “All I Want To For Christmas Is You,”he said of collaborating with Carey on her biggest holiday hit.

He continued: “It was tricky. She has super high notes, and it wasn’t like she was going to change the key for me, so I had to go in and do her key. “It was really hard, but we had to make it happen.”

It’s not even Halloween yet, but Justin Bieber is all ready to celebrate Christmas with you.   He’s just released “Mistletoe,” the first single from his upcoming holiday album, Under The Mistletoe.

The album is a mix of holiday standards and original material.  The Biebs told MTV that he selected his own favorite Christmas songs as well as some classics that “everyone loves.”   You’ll hear “Silent Night,” “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” and Mariah Carey‘s signature holiday song, “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” which Mariah and Justin sing as a duet.  Ready to buy it now?  You won’t have to wait long:  Under The Mistletoe drops on November 1.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez get broody with six babies in a photo the Biebs posted online.

The “Baby” singer and his girlfriend give Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt a run for their money at a picnic with the kiddies. He captioned the Instagram pic:

“Brangelina 2.0 hahahahahaha”

Bieber, 17, recently said he wanted to be a father at a fairly young age.

“By 25 or 26, I want to see myself, like, married or start looking for a family,” he told WWD when asked about his future goals. “I want to be a young dad.”

He added, “I want to be able to have done what I wanted to do (before I start a family) — to be successful, to do a movie or whatever. But if the time is right, I definitely want to be married by 25.”

Bieber however isn’t in any real rush. He clarified his statement to WWD

“One thing, I’m not looking to get married now,” he said.

Justin Bieber and his ferrari are doing just fine after a minor car crash on Tuesday afternoon.

The 17 year-old singer and an unidentified passenger in his car, were tapped from behind by another driver in a Honda Civic in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

The LAPD arrived on the scene to find paparazzi already there, snapping photos of the teen singer.

“No one was injured and there was no damage to either vehicle,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a press release.

No police report was taken because neither auto had been damaged and no one was hurt.

Well, that title certainly says more than I hoped for…

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber had a little fun at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday night with Bieber teasing his girlfriend as she tried to interview him.

Selena was MTV’s pre-show host and guess who stopped by on the black carpet for some face time with her – yes, Justin.

The Biebs had a small snake with him named Johnson. Yes, you read that right and no, I’m not making it up.

Gomez asked what he was wearing and Justin started talking about his reptilian friend at first.

“What are you wearing,” Gomez started off, trying to ignore the snake in Bieber’s hand.

“I have my snake,” Bieber said.

“Stop! I know,” Gomez told him.

“I have red pants and cheetah shoes.”

“What’s your snake’s name?” Gomez expertly followed up.

“My snake’s name is Johnson,” Bieber responded.

Thankfully, that was as far as that joke went as Selena deftly moved Justin on to his award category and who he wanted to see perform.

Gomez, by the way, was wearing a cute Julien MacDonald black lace dress with short skirt and long train & overlay.

Bieber ended up with the Best Male Video award for his song “U Smile.”

Justin Bieber kept his cool and sported his shades while heading inside to the 2011 Do Something Awards at the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California on Sunday, August 14th.

Bieber paired his black sunglasses with a mostly black (except his khaki trousers) casual outfit.

The 17 year-old “Baby” singer was presented the Do Something Music Artist award by Olivia Munn and David Spade.

Justin also caught up with Kim Kardashian at the event and Kim tweeted a pic of the two and said she may have met the guy that JB has tried play matchmaker with for a date with Kim’s younger sister, Kendall Jenner.

“At awards w @JustinBieber! Just met his friend,wonder if that’s who he wants 2 set Kendall up w LOL,” she tweeted.

He’s the “Millionaire Matchmaker” of teenagers everywhere – well, all right, just if you’re his friend.

Justin Bieber is giving BRAVO host Patti Stanger a run for her money by using twitter to hook up his pal, Julian Swirsky with another famous teen – Kim Kardashian‘s little sister Kendall Jenner.

The 17 year-old Biebs sent Jenner a tweet proposing the date.

“Hey Kendall Jenner, you should let my boy [Swirsky] take you out on a date ; ).” Justin tweeted.

Swirsky, 16, who is credited with writing and producing with Justin, thought it was a good idea.

“Yeah, I wouldn’t mind that,” he said.

Kendall was also up for the set-up, but wanted some famous company to help break the ice.

“Only if you and @selenagomez join! #DoubleDate,” Jenner said via twitter.

This would be a photographer’s dream – catching a double date between Justin and Selena and Kendall and Julian.

Jenner, 15, is in demand. The high schooler/model/younger sister of the Kardashian clan just signed on to front Australian swimwear designer Leah Madden‘s 2012 Summer campaign for Piroutte.

Justin Bieber got a cheeky message across to the world when he stepped out in Los Angeles wearing a t-shirt with some crude lyrics.

The 17 year-old pop star popped up in a bright turquoise tee at the Armani Exchange store at the Sunset Plaza with the infamous phrase from Cee Lo Green‘s “F**k You” song.

Emblazoned in bright white on the front, the lyrics “F**k You and F**k her too!” were plastered (and censored) for waiting photogs.

Lots of people have speculated that he was sending a message to someone, perhaps Selena Gomez as the two were subject of a break up rumor recently even though he was at her concert in Florida with Sean Kingston.

I think he’s just a teenager wearing a shirt with lyrics of a popular song. And he’s no novice – he knew he’d get papped with it on. A little press never hurts…
