Mila Kunis Attends North Carolina Marine Corps Ball

Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis said she would do it, and she did.  On Friday night, she attended the Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, North Carolina.

Kunis went to the ball as the date of Sergeant Scott Moore, who issued the invitation to the actress on YouTube.

Captain Scott Sasser, a spokesman for the Marine Corps, said the event was a success.

“Everything went well. It was a great experience for everybody.”

Last week, Kunis’ Friends With Benefits costar, Justin Timberlake, attended the Marine Corps Ball in Richmond, VA, with Corporal Kelsey De Santis.  Cpl. De Santis broadcast her invitation to Timberlake after hearing about Sgt. Moore’s success in asking Kunis.

Justin Timberlake Attends Marine Corps Ball: Was ‘Moved By The Whole Experience’

Justin Timberlake headed to Richmond, VA this weekend to keep his word and attend The Instructor Battalion Marine Corps Birthday Ball with Corporal Kelsey DeSantis.

The 30 year-old In Time actor “had such a blast” he wrote on his blog it “turned out to be one of the most moving evenings I’ve ever had…”

“I knew I would have an evening that I wouldn’t forget… Something I could tell my friends about. What I didn’t know was how moved I would be by the whole experience.

I’ve always been very vocal about my support of our Armed Forces. I’ve always felt like they offered us the opportunity to live our lives freely without the fear that so many other nations have to endure still to this day. And, they do it without asking for anything in return. I had this very feeling walking into this dinner. So, to say I was stoked to be there would be more than accurate.”

Timberlake went on to praise Cpl De Santis and her friends.

“The evening wound down for me as, I had to catch a plane. But, I have to say that I had so much fun with Kelsey and her crew of friends. They were just really nice people… Classy Marines but, not without a great sense of humor. Real individuals but, not without a sense of community.

I said my goodbyes to them but, not before I got a chance to tell them how much the evening had meant to me. They made me feel so welcome to be there and I’ll never forget it.”

Justin finished his heartfelt post by thanking the Marines and De Santis for “being his hero.”

He seemed to truly have a great time and appreciate the sacrifices made by everyone who serves in the military.

Jessica Biel Says She Won’t ‘Kiss And Tell’ On Her Relationship With Justin Timberlake

Jessica Biel landed the December 2011 cover of Elle magazine in a figure-hugging Donna Karan white tank dress with black bra peeking out at the neckline and lots of bling.

Biel talked about the film role that got away (The Notebook,) would she consider leaving acting and the possibility of kids and a family in her future. What she won’t talk about though is her relationship with Justin Timberlake.

Here’s a bit of what she had to say:

On whether she would consider leaving show business: “Absolutely. I’d love to write. I wrote a lot of short stories and poetry when I was a kid. That was my creative outlet. I’ve written a short film, and I write poetry.”

On a role that got away:The Notebook. That’s one that I wanted so badly. I was in the middle of shooting Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and I auditioned with Ryan Gosling in my trailer—covered in blood. [Director] Nick Cassavetes put me through the wringer in an interesting, excitingly creative way. But there’s a million that get away. We’re gluttons for punishment. It’s just rejection.”

On whether she plans to have children someday: “Sure, of course. And, yeah, I think probably at some point it would be something I’m interested in. But I don’t feel pressured. I was never one of those girls who dreamt of my wedding and my Prince Charming. To piss off my mom, I used to say, ‘I’m never having kids, and I’m going to be a fabulously rich old maid living in a house with cute butlers and dogs.’”

On her status with Justin Timberlake: “A girl doesn’t kiss and tell.”

Biel’s next film is New Year’s Eve, costarring Zac Efron, Michelle Pfieffer, Lea Michele, Josh Duhamel, Jon Bon Jovi and Sofia Vergara. It opens December 9th.

Justin Timberlake Channels His Fears & Fantasies For ‘In Time’

Justin Timberlake brought his sexy self to the premiere on In Time at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles last night.

The 30 year-old actor came to the event wearing a color mix of camel suit, chocolate brown shirt and navy blue tie for the red carpet.

Timberlake spoke about how personal this movie was and how he got into the character’s head.

“[...]And you take a movie like this, and even though you’re in another world, it’s your job to be as grounded and real as possible, and a lot of the scenes in this movie for me were personal,” JT told PopSugar.

“I found myself accessing a lot of my own personal demons . . . fears, but also fantasies.”

In Time costars Amanda Seyfried, Olivia Wilde, Johnny Galecki and Matt Bomer. It opens next weekend, starting October 28th.

Justin Timberlake Ignites ‘Esquire’ For October

Justin Timberlake lights up the cover of Esquire for October. The 30 year-old actor is standing in front of the burning fire for the photo shoot with no special effects!

Timberlake and the author, Chris Jones, went to Comic-Con dressed as Bert and Ernie so the superstar could stay under-the-radar but when Jones asked JT to remove his mask, Timberlake wisely said “No way, dude,” he says. “You have no idea what it’s like.”

The Social Network actor said he’s unable to get around much without being recognized.

“I can sometimes walk around New York if I dress the right way,” he says, “but that’s it.”

Justin Timberlake & Amanda Seyfried Are Red, White & Blue For W Magazine

Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried get patriotic as a perfect-on-the-outside political pair for W magazine‘s October issue.

Here is a bit of what the two shared.

Justin on what is romantic to him: “To me, romance is not just about love. I recently saw Lust, Caution, and it’s tragic and romantic. I don’t know how they shot those [sex] scenes. Those scenes looked crazy.”

Amanda on finding the romance in every role she plays: “It’s [In Time] set in the future, where money buys you time. My character falls in love with Justin’s character—she wants to give him all the time he needs so he can save the world. It’s very romantic. No matter what’s happening in my life, I can always get lost in the romances of my characters.”

Justin on “bringing sexy back”: “It does seem brash. But truthfully, I didn’t see myself in that song. I wanted people to feel as if they were saying the lyrics themselves. I imagined guys and girls, and guys and guys, and girls and girls singing it to each other in Ibiza or in a club in Manhattan or at a huge open-air festival. At the end of the day, I hope it was a song that people used. Because that was always my experience with music—I put myself in the mind and movement of the artist. I don’t think Michael Jackson really thought he was “bad,” but you felt like you were bad when you sang that song.”

Amanda on sex scenes: “Sex scenes are great. A lot of my costars have been sexy guys my age, and so, why not? I’m not going to pretend it’s not fun. Justin was great—he had come from doing Friends With Benefits, where he basically had sex every day at work—and so it was easy for both of us. We just kind of got it on, and then were like, “That was good!”

New ‘In Time’ Trailer is Much Better

Here’s the new trailer for the upcoming movie In Time starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried.

This version of the trailer definitely makes the movie look more appealing, but it’s still not exciting to me. They are playing it off like some kind of modern Robin Hood story, but Justin Timberlake just doesn’t seem like a leading man. I’m hoping this is one of those movies that is surprisingly good because of an intricate plot, but I doubt it.

WATCH: Justin Timberlake & Jimmy Fallon ‘History Of Rap, Part 2′

Justin Timberlake sat down with Jimmy Fallon last night, promoting his new movie Friends With Benefits, but JT only stayed on the chair briefly.

The two took the stage and gave the audience a ‘History of Rap’ sequel.

When Timberlake visited Jimmy’s late night talk show last year promoting The Social Network, the two teamed up with Fallon’s house band, The Roots, and gave the audience a musical medley that included references to Beastie Boys, Sugar Hill Gang, Kanye West and Eminem.

This time they brought out Nelly, Cypress Hill, Salt-N-Pepa, Public Enemy and Grandmaster Flash.

At first, Timberlake mocked resistance to trying again.

“No, no, no stop. It’s not gonna happen, we can’t do it again, we can’t top …”

However he quickly grabbed a mic and the two opened with Kurtis Blow’s “The Breaks.”

Jimmy and Justin segued through Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five’s “The Message,” N.W.A.’s “Express Yourself,” DMX‘s “Up in Here,” and Outkast‘s “Hey Ya,” among lots more before bringing it back with “The Breaks.”

Mila Kunis, Justin Timberlake & Now Betty White Asked To Marine Ball

It’s not a Hollywood premiere, but you might not be able to tell after all the celebrity invites.

First Mila Kunis got (and accepted) her viral video invitation to the Marine Corps Ball then her Friends With Benefits costar Justin Timberlake was asked (and he too said yes) to the fancy military event.

Now the ball is in Betty White‘s court as she gets a video from a Marine hoping to squire the 89 year-old comedienne.

Sgt. Ray Lewis is the latest military man to put up a YouTube vid with an invitation to the dance and he says she would be perfect to accompany him.

“She’s funny, she’s sweet, she’s mature. She’s the all-around perfect woman,” he says. “I really think we’d have a good time. I’m fun, you know. … I think I can make her laugh. I think she can make me laugh. I think we can laugh together. … So, call me!”

Both Kunis and Timberlake appeared on the Today Show and confirmed they are going.

“Marines have a lot of balls,” Kunis said.

“We want to pay honor to our country and embrace their balls,” JT quipped.

White has not responded to Lewis yet but one can only hope!
