Miley Cyrus has a knack for finding friends that sell her out.

This time, the singer was at her 19th birthday party held at Beacher’s Madhouse in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel when she was filmed saying some seemingly incriminating things.

Cyrus was given a cake with reggae singer/weed enthusiast Bob Marley‘s image on it and the singer took the microphone to poke fun at her own infamous bong-smoking past.

Cyrus, who was caught on tape last year after friends taped her smoking salvia, joked with the crowd:

“This is amazing. You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed,” Miley said on this new tape that surfaced from her party.

Cyrus’ close pal Kelly Osbourne, who organized the bash that included dancing dwarves and a “Super Bass” performance from a Nicki Minaj impersonator, was the one who presented her with the cake.

“I thought salvia was your problem, Miley,” Osbourne quipped after Cyrus handed her the mic.

Once again, someone from Miley’s party filmed it and now it’s found it’s way online.

Osbourne defended Cyrus through twitter and told people to lighten up on her friend.

“let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!”

“the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

The E! Fashion Police host also noted Miley’s work ethic and said she works so constantly it would be just about impossible for Cyrus to be high all the time.

“u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think.”

The b-day celebration had Miley’s boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth and both her parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus in attendance as well as her friends Rumer Willis, Victoria Justice and Aly Michalka all hanging out and having a good time.

I feel for Cyrus. The whole situation sounds like she was poking fun at herself and people have taken the opportunity to show her in what too many will rush to judge as “a bad light.”

Kelly Osbourne revealed on Twitter today that an accident in Miami sent her to the hospital.

I just want 2 thank all the incredible doctors and nurses @ Mercy hospital in Miami 4 taking such good care of me u guys really are amazing!

Hospital, what?  She further explained – and gave a plug to her mom show in the process:

Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me 4 full story watch the talk tomorrow

The Talk is, of course, the CBS show co-hosted by Sharon Osbourne.  Ummm…how nice that Kelly has her own personal outlet to share her news?

Kelly was in Miami attending a model casting call for Madonna and Lourdes Leon‘s fashion line, Material Girl.  She’s the current face of the collection.

Kelly Osbourne was a fashion hit on the red carpet at the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 18th.

Osbourne chose a J Mendel gown in a deep burgundy color that was stunning against her blonde hair and pale skin. The dress had a fantastic sweetheart neckline, flared trumpet skirt and gathered bodice that highlighted her figure beautifully.

The 26 year-old was on the red carpet as part of E! News Fashion Police team commentating on the choices of everyone’s sartorial pick.

I think Kelly did great!

Kelly Osbourne is having a great time as the face of Material Girl, and it shows!  She spent Fashion’s Night Out at Macy’s State Street in Chicago, answering questions about the new collection.  She was so pretty in a floral skirt, orange top (Material Girl, of course) with her hair in a retro up-do, and I don’t think she’s ever looked better.

Kelly Tweeted her thanks to her supporters:

Amy Winehouse was laid to rest today in London’s Edgewarebury Cemetary at an emotional service attended by her friends and family.

The 27 year-old singer was found dead in her home on Saturday and her family was able to have services today, after police had finished performing an autopsy on her body.

Amy’s father, Mitch Winehouse, gave a heartfelt eulogy for his daughter and shared stories of her childhood. At the end, he said simply,

“Goodnight my angel. Sleep tight. Mummy and Daddy love you ever so much.”

Among Winehouse’s friends, Kelly Osbourne (who wore her hair in a beehive as a tribute to Amy), DJ Mark Ronson and her boyfriend Reg Traviss paid their respects to Amy today. Her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was not given compassionate leave from Armley prison where he’s serving a 32 month sentence.

At the end of the ceremony, Amy’s favorite song – Carole King’s “So Far Away” – was played and mourners were asked to sing along.

Her mother Janice, brother Alex and the rest of her family will sit Shiva for two days, beginning tonight.

Winehouse will be cremated according to her family’s tradition.

The news of Amy Winehouse‘s death is reverberating through her family, friends, fans and the music world and many have taken to twitter to express their grief.

Kelly Osbourne, a long-time friend of the troubled singer, shared her feelings of loss and heartbreak at losing her friend.

“i cant even breath right my now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy & will never forget the real you!” she tweeted.

The cause of Winehouse’s death at age 27 is still under investigation but she has struggled with addiction in the past. Kelly and Amy’s father helped checked the “Back to Black” singer into rehab back in 2008.

Winehouse has had a few more tries since then to get sober and stay but as recently as last month, it appeared that the singer’s addiction reared it’s head again. Amy was booed off stage in Serbia and had to cancel the remaining tour dates.

But twitter being what it is, someone raised the question to Kelly about helping Winehouse. Osbourne responded angrily:

“are you f****** kidding me you have NO idea what you are talking about! it would be in your best interest to shut the f*** up!”

Osbourne is leaving twitter for a little while and sent one final message to friends and fans.

“i miss my friend! im going to be off twitter for a while thank you for all your support! #pray4amy”

The whole Osbourne clan was out in full force to celebrate the premiere of  God Bless Ozzy Osbourne at the Tribeca Film Festival.  Co-produced by his son Jack Osbourne, the film traces the good and bad of Ozzy Osbourne‘s history, from his early days in Black Sabbath through years of substance abuse and addiction, to collaborating with guitarist Randy Rhoads and  touring with Mötley Crüe, to his eventual path to sobriety just last decade.

The new face of Material Girl clothing attended an official launch at Macy’s on Thursday.

Kelly Osbourne, who was chosen as the new face of the juniors apparel line replacing Taylor Momsen, celebrated the new designs at Macy’s in the Beverly Center of Los Angeles, California.

The 26 year-old wore a floral skirt with polka dot top and faded jean jacket to the fashion show and special pink themed party.

The fashion show was hosted by Project Runway competitor and designer Nick Verreos, who MC’d for the event and with Osbourne, answered fashion and style questions from the audience.

Kelly Osbourne showed off her amazing legs while she went furniture shopping for her new digs in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.

The new face of Madonna and Lourdes Leon’s Material Girl line of clothing was very fashion forward herself – fishtail braid, round sunglasses, flirty skirt and cropped jacket – as she happily entered the store with magazines for decor inspiration.

Osbourne has also been on the red carpet through the awards season as E!Online’s fashion correspondant with Giuliana Rancic.

The first ads for Material Girl featuring Kelly Osbourne have been released, and here they are for your viewing pleasure.  Could these be any more retro?  I think Kelly might actually be wearing some of Madonna‘s old clothes in these ads.  And where did they get that monstrous boom box?  Yes, kids, it’s true – we used to play music on those beasts back in the day.  Those were like our iPods.  Scary, I know.

So I’ve got to say that while I think Kelly looks cute, she’s way, way too over-Photoshopped.  And honestly, I think I prefer Taylor Momsen‘s ads better.  She’s a lot edgier, whereas Kelly seems to be trying to cover up her milk-fed, wholesome English lass vibe with some edgy-ness.  If that makes sense.   Oh, heck, let me shut up and let you look at the rest of Kelly’s ads.  Click on through and take a peek.
