Kelly Osbourne had the red carpet tonight with fashion coverage on E! for the 2011 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Osbourne chose a sweetly spring-is-in-the-air lilac chiffon one shoulder dress with lavender sash from Tadashi Shoji’s Presentation collection. The 26 year-old So Undercover actress kept her hair down and straight and looked great.

Taylor Momsen is out. Kelly Osbourne is in.

Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes Leon, have chosen a new face for Material Girl, their line of junior clothing at Macy’s. The 26 year-old Osbourne takes over from 17 year-old Momsen who was the previous advertising face of the line.

No word yet on when Osbourne starts shooting ads for the line.

Rachel Bilson and Kelly Osbourne came out for The Art of Elysium’s 4th Annual Black Tie “Heaven” Charity Gala 2011 at the California Science Center in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Bilson wore a lovely coral colored Zac Posen gown for the evening and Osbourne chose a Devon dress for the event that included dinner, a Vogue Fashion show and the Spirit of Elysium award to James Franco.

Kelly Osbourne gets cuddly on the cover of Cosmopolitan UK for the February 2011 issue.

Osbourne, who recently got into a nasty one-sided twitter fight with ex Luke Worrall, gives up the details about her and Worrall (this interview was done before her twitter rant,) and her battle with weight:

On working it out with Luke: “We still have a lot to learn about life. A lot of mistakes were made, a lot of bad things were said. I think we need to spend time working on ourselves but it doesn’t erase the fact that I’m head over heels in love with him… I haven’t been with anyone since Luke.”

On her weight gain and loss: “When I got out of rehab and stopped using drugs, I replaced drugs with food. I was emotionally eating and hated the way I looked but I couldn’t mask my self-loathing with pills any more.”

The interview was given to Cosmo in November and the public blow-out happened Christmas Day but wow – what a change a few weeks makes in attitude. Hopefully Kelly comes out stronger and happier in the long run.

Kelly Osbourne unleashed on her ex-fiance Luke Worrall on Monday night, in a foul mouthed Twitter flame fest.    Apparently she saw, or intended to see, her former sweetie over the holidays in London, where she was visiting her parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.  But judging by this string of Tweets, things went south quickly.

Just found something out that has hurt my feelings so bad…and christmas was going so well…

What do you do when someone lies in the darkest way and you try to tell the person that was lied 2 but they don’t believe you?

I think the best part of this situation is that I have been painted out 2 be the crazy 1 when all I did was tell the honest to gods truth

@Luke_worrall is the biggest piece of sh*t he has been trying to get back w/ me I only came home for Xmas to see him mean while he has been

F**king 100’s of girls as we as men behind my back all he did was use me all girls beware of @Luke_worral he is a using C**t!

He used me for my money and a free ride he is lucky I am not spilling the hole truth about what he did!

He is the worst thing that ever happened to me I don’t give a f**k what happens to him anymore

Oh Luke, what did you do?!  Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!  Luke and Kelly called off their engagement this past summer and it definitely sounds like it was for the better.  And everyone, please take note – you might not want to piss off Kelly Osbourne.  Yikes!

Mother and daughter duo, Kelly Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne showed up at US Weekly’s Hot Hollywood Event held at The Colony in Hollywood and they looked fabulous.

I love them.  How gorgeous is Kelly?  Sharon is fantastic.  I adore and respect both of these women so much.  They are two of the most REAL people in Hollywood that you’ll ever meet.  Kelly’s dress is freaking awesome.

I don’t know why, but this photo struck me as odd.  I didn’t know that Kelly Osbourne took vocal classes.  How many celebrities and singers still go to vocal coaching?  I know that Miley was just there too.  But, I guess I assumed that when you cut an album, you’ve made it and no longer need formal training.  Not the case I guess!

Oh, I am so ordering some of those slouching Uggs.  Too cute!

Kelly Osbourne looks absolutely fantastic on the cover of Shape magazine’s December 2010 issue. The Dancing With The Stars whirlwind radiates a happiness and confidence that she never has before. Osbourne had some butterflies before posing for the cover saying:

“I’ve never worn a bikini in my whole life,” she says, holding a red one up to her newly slim body. “Am I really about to bare all to the entire world? I’m so nervous!”

As it turns out, she had nothing to worry about. Osbourne’s new found bliss shows and she looks amazing.

Kelly does say she carried a lot of guilt and anger over being criticized so harshly for her weight all those years:

As the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy, Kelly was frequently taunted and criticized in the tabloids, not so much for her wild-child ways—or even her drug addiction—but for her weight. “I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life,” says the 26-year-old. “I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”

Kelly has been able to get control of her emotions and channel them into something that makes her feel positive about her self:

“Ultimately, I’m really glad I lost the weight the way I did,” says Kelly. “I never thought in a million years I’d be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. After being called ‘cherubic and chubby,’ I’m rocking a bikini! I feel silly, but I think I’m going to cry. Being on the cover of SHAPE is the biggest victory I could ever hope for.”

I love that Kelly feels victorious over something that has plagued her through her childhood and into her adult life. That is the biggest win she could ever ask for.

What is it about Kelly Osbourne‘s get-up for Spike TV’s Scream 2010 Awards that just isn’t working?  Her outfit is pretty cute… her handbag is nice if a little too big… her shoes are boring but OK…  OH! I know – silly me.  It’s her hideous hair.  What in the world is that?  A wig?  Extensions?  Whatever it is, it’s awful and I hope she never does it again.

Kelly Osbourne has acquired herself one bangin’ body and now she wants her skin to “match.”  How so?  By removing most of her unwanted, mistake tattoos.

Kelly shared her plans for removal with her fans,

“I met with my dermatologist and I’ll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time.  I was miserable.  And I just went and got all these tattoos and I don’t know why. One of them is a keyboard and I don’t even know how to play a piano!  It will take several months, and while I’m not looking forward to the pain, I’ve heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo. I hope so!”

I have no problem with good tattoos, in the right places on your body.  But Kelly is going to be perfection without the tacky ones she’s taking off.  Good for her and good luck with the pain!  It will be worth it girl!
