The cast and crew of 24 must love working with Kiefer Sutherland. After everyone from 24 wrapped up a shoot in San Pedro, CA, they stopped into The Spot, a local bar/restaurant to unwind.

According to an employee at the bar, Kiefer was throwing back scotch & Cokes and bought drinks for everybody in the joint — roughly 30 people. The total damage: $500. No food … all booze.

It gets even better.  After buying drinks for the whole place, Kiefer left a $200 tip.  Nice!

And don’t fret over whether or not Sutherland, who has a few DUIs in his record, drove home after all that fun.  He was smart and had a designated driver take him home.

Kiefer Sutherland is admitting he has an addiction to tattoos. Frankly, I don’t blame him. I have six now and I don’t think I’ll be slowing down any time soon. Kiefer has done a great job at keeping them hidden which can sometimes be sexier anyways.

I have a lot of tattoos - it’s kind of disease. You get the first one and then if it matters to you, you get more. I got my first tattoo when I was 16 and had just left home. I was really scared so a couple of friends and I got tattoos as a bonding thing. From then on, anytime I went through something in my life that mattered to me I had this desire to make a tattoo out of it.

I have a lot. There are times when it is difficult. When I work I have them covered up and sometimes see a picture of myself when I had none and think maybe I shouldn’t have had any. But most of the time it’s a nice map for myself about the journey of my life.

I love hearing about the stories behind people’s tattoos. It’s quite the journey to even get one. And it’s true what they say. Once you get one, you won’t stop.

24!  24!  24!!  Just when we thought we might die if we didn’t get a dose of Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland)……  We have got some spoilers here to quench our thirst until the 4 hour premiere coming up on Jan 11th.

The countdown is on!  Fans of the hit show ‘24′ are chomping at the bit for the long awaited return of Jack Bauer and company.  We have been missing this amazing show ever since the writer’s strike put it on hold….a very LONG hold.

One week from tonight we get to see the 2 hour event that we’ve all been waiting for.

Keifer Sutherland will be promoting the show starting tomorrow night on Jay Leno, then Friday morning he will appear on Regis & Kelly, and Friday night he will be on Conan.  You can also pick up TV Guide this week for a piece of the action.  Jack Bauer is the “cover man” for the Nov. 17th issue.

The only bad news I have for you is the fact that once we get our first taste of this new season on Sunday night, we have to wait AGAIN.  The actual Season 7 Premiere doesn’t begin until January 11th!  It will be a 2 night event, for a total of 4 hours.  We have waited this long, what’s a little more?

Kiefer Sutherland plays a tough guy in the show, 24, and I couldn’t imagine that this guy would be scared of anything. But he is, he avoids looking into mirrors at any cost…

“Come over to my house. You won’t find a mirror anywhere. I don’t like mirrors. They are frightening.”

And you know that fear explains everything! I wondered why he always looks like he’s not put together sometimes. It must be because he can’t see what he looks like! Or may be he said Bloody Mary too many times in front of a mirror?

Kiefer Sutherland may think he gets paid too much to act but I think he looks hot shirtless on the beach in Malibu. Kiefer shows he’s been spending just as much time on his career as his body and it shows. There’s nothing like seeing a shirtless guy at the beach with his dog! Keep up the good work Kiefer.

Kiefer Sutherland doesn’t take his profession as serious as some other people in the business. He actually thinks he earns too much for his work as an actor and a damn good one, we might say!

“The kind of money generated around the industry is way out of proportion. The admiration bestowed on actors is also out of perspective.

“Doctors are the stars of our society - people like my grandfather who was responsible for the health care in Canada - as well as teachers, firefighters and police officers.”

DUI arrests are the newest accessory for many celebrities in Hollywood and actor Kiefer Sutherland has been way ahead of the curve. He was arrested for the fourth time late monday night for having a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of twice the legal limit of .08 in California. He is one lucky (rich!) man when it comes to charges, probabation and jail time.

But things could have been a lot worse for Kiefer. The 1989 case had two gun charges tacked on — carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place - both of which were dismissed. The 1989 and 1993 cases both had DUI charges as well, and both were dismissed.

Possibly, Kiefer could serve lengthy jail time. He is still on 5 years probabtion for his arrest and guilty plea in 2004. His judge then? Michael Sawyer, the same who sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days for driving with a suspended license.
