Kirsten Dunst has revealed she now holds dual citizenship with the U.S. and Germany.

The 29 year-old actress told the German publication B.Z. that she’s embracing her German roots.

“I’m now a real international lady,” Dunst said, “one who can film in Europe without a problem.”

“It would be the greatest joy for me to act in a German film.”

The Melancholia actress will have to brush up on her language skills to work consistently in the country’s film industry – she has only a very basic grasp of German.

Dunst says she stays in touch with and frequently visits her relatives who live near Hamburg and she is considering purchasing property in the capital.

“I would prefer to buy an apartment in Berlin,” she told the magazine. “It’s such a young city, and right now so much is happening in Berlin.”

Kirsten Dunst has scored the cover of Elle UK‘s September 2011 issue.

It’s a lovely cover shoot, with soft, muted colors and florals, contrasted with the plain black, unadorned, nearly severe (but stylish) clothing Kirsten wears.

Kirsten dishes to the magazine about her love life, past and present.

On choosing the wrong guys in the past: “We all want the bad guy who doesn’t give you what you want. I did a lot of sitting in my car, listening to sad music, crying over boys. ”

On her relationship with her current sweetie, drummer Jason Boesel: “[Jason's] not into partying and it works.  We have similar schedules: long periods of time off and periods of mad work. When I’ve finished work, I travel to be with him. It’s special.”

Here’s the video of Lars Von Trier‘s Nazi rant yesterday which Kirsten Dunst was clearly disturbed by.

I feel so bad for her and all the actors from his film, they put all that hard work into the movie and here he is ruining it’s chances. Thankfully he’s been banned from Cannes because of the incident. He was obviously speaking his true feelings, then back-petaled when he realized the reaction from the crowd. The fact that he started joking about Jews and Israel only dug a deeper hole. Even if it was just a joke to get attention, he went about it in the worst way possible.

Kirsten Dunst showed her unique sense of style at the 2011 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City on Monday, May 2nd.

The 2011 Met Gala, as it’s more commonly known, featured an exhibit, the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty retrospective, which honored the late designer’s body of work.

The Melancholia actress chose a Chanel beaded floral print calf-length dress with solid accents at the hemline and both straps and off the shoulder details at the top. She kept her hair down and loose for the fashion event.

Kirsten Dunst stepped out to the 2011 GLAAD Media Awards held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles on Sunday April 10th.

The actress wore a blue and black Proenza Schouler dress with short sleeves and a pair of very cute black heels. I can’t say I like this particular dress and the way it fits her, but I love her shoes.

Kirsten Dunst bares her body next to a very large lion in the new ad campaign for Bvglari fragrance Mon Jasmine Noir.

Famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot snapped the actress and her ferocious companion at Lake Como, Italy’s Villa Balbianello.

Dunst is draped with Bulgari jewels and a strategic sheer burgundy piece of fabric and oversize bottle of perfume for a lush looking ad.

The lion theme is ongoing for Bvlgari with Julianne Moore, modeling for their accessories ads, posing with lion cubs.

Kirsten Dunst has landed a deal to be the face of Bulgari’s new fragrance, Mon Jasmin Noir.  How exactly this scent is going to differ from the luxury brand’s existing product called Jasmin Noir is still unclear.

Kirsten’s campaign will launch this spring, but she’s already hanging out on behalf of her new employer:  she hit the Bulgari Save the Children benefit last month.   Hopefully this deal sticks better than her very short stint at Miu Miu a few years ago.   Good luck, Kiki!

The benefit took place Thursday evening (January 13th) at the Ron Burkle Green Acres estate and honored producer Simon Fuller and director Paul Haggis.

Kirsten Dunst looked like a member of the medical team at the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.  Naughty nurse?  If by “naughty” you’re referring to her fashion sense, sure.   It’s only made worse by her clearly-visible oddly strapless bra.  Seriously, this outfit is awful.

The club celebrated its grand opening on New Year’s Eve with a virtual cavalcade of celebrities (most of whom looked much better than Kirsten), including Jeremy Piven, Ellen Pompeo, Whitney Port, Lady Victoria Hervey, Emmy Rossum, Brandy, Channing Tatum, Aziz Ansari, and Lance Bass.

Marquee is the newest club by the Tao Group, and it sounds like quite the spot:

The club is 60,000 square feet and features three rooms with three different vibes and an attached dayclub with two pools (for the warmer months), several private plunge pools for VIPs and bungalows that let guests sleep just outside of the nightclub.

Excessive much?  But that’s Vegas for you, baby.  You know the stars are going to be all over this place to see and be seen!
