Kim Kardashian highlighted her famous curves in a LBD at the Noon By Noor fashion launch at Sunset Towers in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Kim’s dress was a strapless, textured mini from the Noor line that she offset with a statement necklace in turquoise from her own jewelry line Belle Noel.

Kardashian and her fiance, Kris Humphries, hit the event with celebs like Demi Lovato and AnnaLynne McCord.

The 30 year-old reality TV personality has filed a lawsuit this week against Old Navy and it’s parent company The Gap, Inc. for using look-alike Melissa Molinaro in the ads and “misappropriating” her image.

Kim Kardashian was practically born with a silver spoon in her mouth, but evidently one is not enough. She and fiance Kris Humphries haven’t even set a wedding date yet, but they made haste to registered their wedding wish list.  And in true Kardashian style, their registry at Gearys of Beverly Hills is well over the top.

Some examples of their extravagant taste:

Baccarat Vega champagne flutes – 24 – $130 each
Baccarat Vega goblets – 24 – $125
Baccarat Cosmos vase – $7,850
Torchon five-piece silverware set – 24 – $1,600 each
Silver vegetable server – $1,250
Havana crystal ashtray – $840

And the list goes on and on and on.

To be completely frank, I think this is shameful.  Neither of them is wanting for money and could easily buy any of these things for themselves.  But instead, they’re asking their as-rich or richer friends to pick up the tab.   I’m sure they’ll get everything on their list and then some, and I hope they enjoy every bit of it as quickly as they can, because this marriage is not fated to last.

Khloe Kardashian is giving everyone a peek into the engagement party of her sister Kim Kardashian to basketball player Kris Humphries that took place recently.

Khloe blogged about how the couple announced the engagement to the family.

“The entire family got together at my mom’s house for a “family dinner” — none of us thought it would be any different from our usual family get-togethers,” Khloe said.

“Kim walked in late (OF COURSE) and nonchalantly flashed that rock of hers and we all started screaming! Well… It took us a few minutes to notice, but once we did, everyone started freaking out LOL,” she continued.

“My mom obviously went all out with ponies covered in glitter and a magnificent princess cake. Would you expect any less of her??” Khloe said of their mom, Kris Jenner.

Khloe posts photos of Kim proudly showing off her crazy big 20.5 carat engagement ring and the couple posing with the ponies, which are decked out with celebratory garlands around their necks.

When Kris asked her step-dad Bruce Jenner for permission to marry her and how he popped the question to Kim are all featured in the upcoming season of Keeping Up with The Kardashians, premiering June 12th on E!.
