It should come as no big surprise that I am a huge supporter of Larry Birkhead to those of you who have read any of my previous�posts about Dannielynn‘s baby daddy.� (Larry, will you marry me?)�

I stumbled across�Larry’s website,�and realized he doesn’t need me. (pout) He�is quite cabable of defending himself to the Birkhead Bashers.

Larry defends himself on various published reports:

• Lawyer Talk:� I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit.� That accusation is totally false, the individual that started reporting this “fact” didn’t take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth.� I have not even thought that far as of yet.� Paternity first, everything else next.
• �Bills:� I have not made any comment regarding an attorney’s bill.� I have remained silent on this issue and related issues in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
• Trademarks:� I have never requested a trademark, signed or filled out any paperwork on a trademark relating to Anna Nicole Smith, and the saying “Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby.”� The form was filled out by another individual�on my behalf.� The form was not reviewed or approved by me. The media is reporting that they have seen a copy of the form, please send me one as I have asked for a copy and never have received it.� It does not have my signature or authorization, I am far too busy working on my fight for my daughter Dannielynn, to worry about things like trademarking sayings for use in movies, etc.

**In other words I will seek to have this trademark withdrawn or cancelled on the grounds it was not approved by me.**

• High Stakes Poker:� It was reported that�I was playing $1500.00 a hand at the high stakes poker table in the Bahamas.� FALSE.� I do not even know how to play poker and I wouldn’t be playing with money like that in any event.
• Save Dannielyn?:� Please do not send any donations to me for a legal defense fund.� Previously someone set up a “Save Dannielynn” defense fund for me� (again without my authorization) and some individuals sent in donations before the “fund” was discoverd by me and I demanded that person� who initiated the fund�to immediately cease any unauthorized collection on my behalf.***

Your words and encouragement and support are more than enough.�

The website was obviously posted prior to the DNA results.� No word on whether the website will be updated.

Larry Birkhead arrived earlier this afternoon in Louisville, KY with baby daughter Dannielynn.

Access Hollywood‘s Tony Potts has been along for the ride and reports the journey has been an emotional one. After putting the baby in the SUV at the airport, Birkhead �was momentarily overcome with emotion,� in front of the waiting media. He then had to compose himself before answering questions.

Ironically father and daughter will attend The Kentucky Derby this Saturday, which is reportedly where Birkhead first met Anna Nicole Smith in 2004.

Larry Birkhead reportedly cut a secret $1 million deal with NBC shortly after Anna Nicole Smith‘s funeral. According to an insider that’s why the network is getting exclusives that end up on “Today” and “Access Hollywood” and on it’s Bravo channel.

A rep for Bravo confirmed last night: “NBC Universal has an exclusive contract with Larry Birkhead and we don’t discuss the terms of our deals.”

Reportedly one more big scoop is in the works.

Of course this is playing right into the hands of the Birkhead bashers who want to claim that Larry’s primary motivation for custody was the money. Gimme a break.

Has anybody tested that baby for drugs? Howard Stern kept Anna Nicole Smith isolated and drugged up. Daniel died from a drug overdose. I’m just sayin…

Seems like�a lot of people are�jumping on the Birkhead bashwaggon the last few days�condemning him because he got paid�by OK! magazine for the father-daughter pictorial in the recent issue.

First of all, the money will go to a trust fund set up for little Dannielynn, and secondly, where do you people get off?� Are you seriously going to say you wouldn’t accept the reported 1-2 mil being paid for the pics if it were your baby?� Yeah right!
