Kim Kardashian Dons Kris Jenner Wig For L’Uomo Vogue Photo Shoot

Kim Kardashian has channeled Elizabeth Taylor in the past for a fashion photo shoot but this time she’s working with an inspiration closer to home: her mother.

Kim donned a cropped wig and looked a lot like her momager Kris Jenner for the Italian menswear magazine L’Uomo Vogue.

“Amazing shoot today for Vogue Italia! Thank you @Rushka_Bergman & @akafrancesco for your creative genius!!!” she tweeted.

Although she mistakenly thanked Vogue Italia, it was later clarified by the editor in chief that her shoot is for L’Uomo Vogue in the July/August issue.

The 31 year-old was rumored to have been banned from Vogue and the Met Costume Gala by US editor Anna Wintour, it seems she’s OK for Italian men.

Kim and her family return to TV on Sunday night with a new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Beyoncé Takes People Magazine’s ‘Most Beautiful Woman’ Title

Motherhood and Beyoncé make a beautiful mix!

The 30 year-old songstress has been named People magazine’s 2012 World’s Most Beautiful Woman for their annual double issue and is the first black woman to hold the title since Halle Berry in 2003.

Bey, who gave birth in January to her and husband Jay-Z‘s first child, the adorable Blue Ivy Carter, credits her daughter for making her feel more gorgeous than ever.

“I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth,” says Beyoncé. “I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth.”

But like most working Hollywood moms, she’s working hard to have her body back before her first post-baby concerts in Atlantic City, NJ on Memorial Day weekend.

“I’m proud that my waist came back so fast. … I had to get my tone back. I’m definitely softer,” she said. “But I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I’m seeing it come back. You just have to work at it.”

Among the other women named in this year’s issue: Julia Roberts, Adele, Nicole Kidman, Charlize Theron, Mad Men‘s Christina Hendricks and Jessica Pare, Lily Collins, Miranda Lambert, Kate Middleton and Paula Patton.

The issue is on sale Friday.

Mariah Carey Shows Off Sexy, Shapely Figure For Shape Magazine

Showing off her new svelte figure in a bikini and cropped top on the cover of Shape magazine, Mariah Carey is proud of her weight loss and how hard she worked to achieve it.

The 42 year-old diva delivered twins Moroccan and Monroe last year but found herself with extra weight she wanted to shed.

“I put on 70 lbs. but if you look at me in pictures you’d think it was more like 9,000 lbs. I have a lot of empathy with people who have to lose a lot of weight.”

Carey, who is now a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, told the magazine she had to take a different approach to getting healthy.

“I used to be able to slim down just by exercising more, but that’s changed. Since having the babies, I realise that 90 percent of losing weight is my diet.”

Carey also opened up about how challenging pregnancy was for her.

“Pregnancy was probably the best and the hardest thing I’ll ever go through. I know for a lot of women, it can be wonderful and relatively easy. But for me, it was like ‘Okay, honey, do you have to do everything the hard way?’”

Check out Mariah’s issue on sale April 23rd.

Justin Bieber Just Wants To Make Selena Gomez Happy

Justin Bieber shares the May 2012 Seventeen magazine cover duty with Chloe Moretz (see her cover here.)

The 18 year-old singer spoke about what scares him the most, his role model and how he keeps his girlfriend, Selena Gomez happy.

On his role model:
“Usher is who I look to for guidance. From the beginning, he told me to put family first and you’ll always succeed, because your family will never leave you. He told me to always stay humble and never forget where I came from.”

On growing up with his fans:
“A lot of times, when artists grow older, they lose their younger fans because they’re just trying to get older fans. But if you try to make good music, then you’ll just appease everybody. I just want to make music that’s good for everybody.”

On his romantic dates with girlfriend Selena Gomez:
“I’m just trying to make her happy, that’s all. I think it’s important to make all women feel like they’re princesses, because every girl is a princess. I’m serious.”

On what scares him the most:
“Losing a family member is my biggest fear. I’ve never lost anyone, so I don’t know what the feeling would be. It would just be scary.”

Chloe Moretz Covers Seventeen; Gets Serious About Shoes With Blake Lively

Chloe Moretz takes one of the May covers for Seventeen magazine.

The 15 year-old is in demand after her break-out performances in Kick-Ass and Hugo and although she has a great professional life, she’s not dating yet, thanks to her older brothers.

“Because of my four older brothers, it just doesn’t go down,” she told the magazine. “I had a lot of friends and guys that I think are cute and stuff, but it doesn’t really work out with the family and all. My family’s a bit too big and a bit too abrasive.”

While she isn’t diving into the dating pool just yet, she has turned into a young fashionista and got an amazing (an enviable) glimpse into Blake Lively‘s (her costar in the film Hick) amazing shoe stash.

“Blake wears the most amazing clothes every day of her life,” Moretz relayed. “I went into her closet one night when she was trying things on for an event, and and she was getting dressed, and I was helping her choose what dress to wear. She had brought probably a hundred pairs of Louboutins, and she was like ‘Try these on, try those on.’ We basically had a shoe party!”

Chloe has signed on for a role in the upcoming Beach Boys bio-pic and is reportedly up for the role of Carrie in a remake in the works.

Moretz’s latest film is Dark Shadows, the Tim Burton directed update of the 60s vampire soap opera. She costars with Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer and Helena Bonham Carter, that hits May 11th.

Rihanna Talks About Reconnecting With Chris Brown For Elle Magazine

Rihanna takes the May cover of Elle magazine wearing a studded Versace lambskin jacket and skirt with her (older) blonde hair.

The 24 year-old, who has already changed hairstyles since the photos were taken, opens up and talks about how she felt after her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown assaulted her:

“It gave me guns,” Rihanna says, referring to the media scrutiny following the photos of the bruised singer hit the net. “I was like, well, f***. They know more about me than I want them to know. It’s embarrassing. But that was my opening. That was my liberation, my moment of bring it. I wanted people to know who I am. Whatever they take that to be, good or bad, I just want them to know the truth.”

“I have more freedom the more people know about me,” she tells Elle. “It’s like, one less skeleton in the closet, one less burden, one less secret; now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don’t have anything to hide.”

Rihanna also says she isn’t going to worry about people who think that her recent collaboration with Brown was ill-advised:

“The bottom line is that everyone thinks differently,” the Birthday Cake singer says. “It’s very hard for me to accept, but I get it. People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that’s all right. I don’t hate them for it.”

Rihanna’s issue hits newsstands on April 17th.

Justin Bieber Is A Bloody Mess For ‘Complex’ April/May 2012

Justin Bieber

Don’t worry, ladies, it’s just makeup!

Pop star Justin Bieber helps Marc Ecko‘s Complex celebrate its birthday this month.  He’s beat up and bloodied – artistically, of course – on the cover of the men’s magazine’s 10th anniversary issue.   In a feature titled, “Second Round KO,” The Biebs is styled as a playboy getting a serious beat down in the boxing ring.

Not so much in real life, though.  His interview with editor Joe LaPuma makes it very clear that while there’s a price to pay for celebrity, it’s #1 or bust for Bieber, and he’s not pulling punches.    Read on for highlights, the flip side cover image and a behind the scenes video from the photoshoot.

Heidi Klum Talks With ‘Elle’ About Her Divorce – Sort Of

 Heidi Klum

Jessica Simpson isn’t the only girl on the cover of April 2012 Elle.  A sophisticated and elegant Heidi Klum appears on an alternate cover for this month’s issue.   Alongside photos by Thomas Whiteside, Klum talks about her kids, her early style (“It was horrible,” she says) and opens up about her recent split from husband Seal.

Admitting that celebrity life feels like being “in the eye of the tornado,”  she shares:

“I don’t want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had. Every couple goes through things. Unfortunately, we’re in the public, so the highs are out there. But I don’t think it’s necessary—especially for our children—to have the lows being printed in magazines and talked about.”

Pregnant Jessica Simpson Poses Nude For Elle Magazine

Jessica Simpson lands the April 2012 cover of Elle magazine and gives up a familiar pose.

The 31 year-old Fashion Star mentor and business woman revealed she’s having a girl and is worried she’ll be sports-minded instead of a shopaholic…

“I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” she told the magazine.

“Eric is so athletic – we’re gonna have this athletic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping, ’cause all she’s gonna want is sports bras and Nikes!”

The same I’m-pregnant-and-naked-but strategically-covering-my-boobs-pose was unique in 1991 when Annie Leibovitz shot Demi Moore for the cover of Vanity Fair but now it’s been done too often.

It’s most famous reenactments have been Britney Spears for Harper’s Bazaar in 2006 and Marie Claire’s cover with Christina Aguillera in 2008, as well as supermodels Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer.

I wish Elle magazine had tried to do something unique. But the shopping quote kills me. Seriously Jessica?

Mila Kunis: Guys Just Don’t Ask Her Out

She’s one of the most beautiful women in the world but Mila Kunis says she just isn’t getting date offers.

The 28 year-old Black Swan actress covers the April edition of Harper’s Bazaar and told the magazine about her (lack of a) love life:

“I don’t get asked out,” she revealed. “This past year, I haven’t been home, so who’s going to ask me?”

Kunis does admit she’s not unhappy being single even though she recently ended her eight-year relationship with Home Alone star Macaulay Calkin.

“It [her relationship] was fantastic,” she said. “I mean, I honestly think being single’s great. Being in a relationship is great. It’s all about the timing. I loved it.”

Guys who might want to ask her out, take note: she’s not into the party scene.

“I don’t go out very often. I prefer to stay home and have a nice little beverage and watch television,” Kunis said.

“I can make anything out of leftovers. I want to be a judge on Top Chef. My glass of wine and I are besties.”
