A source tells PEOPLE Smirnoff is moving out of Lopez�s digs.

Lopez�s personal rep, Lisa Perkins, says, �It�s my policy to not comment on my client�s personal life.�

A source said, “They were making out by the valet with their hands all over each other, and he was whispering in her ear. It was around midnight, so there weren’t many people around.” Karina is Mario’s partner on the current season. Her rep said the story isn’t true and they have a professional relationship.

Don’t blame Britney‘s recent paunch on the Cheetos, sources say.

Allegedly, ex-friends of the most talked-about pop star in the world have gone public with the story that Ms. Spears was expecting her third child in January and tried to convince K-Fed that the child was his.

A source tells The National Enquirer, “Kevin knew Britney was with other men and at the same time having sex with him to try to win him back. He told Britney that he couldn’t forgive her.”

After she learned a reconciliation was not going to happen with Federline, a shocked Britney went home to Louisiana. While there, the Enquirer claims that she lost her child and experienced erratic behavior. It was then Spears reluctantly checked into the Promises Rehab Facility in Malibu, California.

Now, things are starting to look like an episode of The Maury Povich Show. In a question of who was this baby’s father, Saved By The Bell’s Mario Lopez, who was linked romantically to Spears, has ruled himself out. This leaves dancer Blake McGrath, model Isaac Cohen, producer J.R Rotem, and the rest of the male species as possible contenders.

According to People magazine Mario Lopez and girlfriend Karina Smirnoff, his partner on last season’s Dancing with the Stars, recently took their relationship to the next level: They’re cohabiting.

“They recently moved in together,” a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. “It was a big step to take, especially for Mario, but they both think this could be it. Things are going really well right and they’re loving being together all the time.”

The 33-year-old Lopez and the Ukrainian-born Smirnoff have always been coy about their romance since coming in second on the ABC reality hit in November, but were spotted vacationing together in Mexico later that month.

Lopez, who will co-host the Miss Universe 2007 pageant on NBC live from Mexico City on May 28, told PEOPLE at the time that he and Smirnoff had “a very special relationship” and said: “We’re great friends and very supportive of each other.”

Reps for both had no comment.
