Another model joins the feature film world with a role in a big budget movie – this time it’s Marisa Miller.

The 33 year-old stunner takes on Jeff Bridges (literally) in the film R.I.P.D. Miller will play the corporeal embodiment of Bridges’ character – a ghostly detective with the Rest In Peace department. Now that’s some body to inhabit!

Ryan Reynolds is playing a murdered cop who is recruited to join the force on the other side.

Mary-Louise Parker, Kevin Bacon and Mike O’Malley are also on board.

Miller has had some small screen roles on Entourage and How I Met Your Mother but this is the first movie for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and Victoria’s Secret model.

She’s joining Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Brooklyn Decker who’ve made the jump to big screen jobs this year.

Thus far my Kentucky Derby commentary has been rather on the critical side, but now we come to two fine ladies for whom I have nothing bad to say, only good.  Marisa Miller looked incredibly cute in a beige dress and matching cloche.  Extra points to her for finding a nice hat that flattered her, rather than buying the most outlandish thing she could get her hands on.  And Vanessa Minnillo, who attended the Derby with hubby Nick Lachey, appeared to be the perfect lady in a black mini dress and a jaunty hat trimmed with tulle and feathers.

Marisa Miller’s killer body always gets her noticed but how does she keep it that way? The Victoria’s Secret model who once had the high school nick name of “bubble butt” loves her curves now and wants them to stay. Miller tells Shape magazine for the February issue:

“I love my butt and want to make sure it stays where it is. I was just talking to that same friend [from high school] and we were laughing because now all we want to do is lots of squats to keep our rear ends curvy and feeling strong.”

Miller tells the mag she likes high intensity workouts and doesn’t want to think about how she looks when exercising:

“I go to a down-and-dirty boxing gym,” says Miller. “I don’t want to worry about how I look or whether I’m wearing the perfect outfit. For me, it’s about focusing. I’ve tried Pilates and yoga, but they’re a little too meditative for me. I need to really go for it, and do it hard!” Marisa said. “For me, it’s about focusing for an hour and a half on my work out.”

Will Miller make this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue? Most likely with that attitude.

Could Harley-Davidson have picked a hotter female for their ad campaigns than Marisa Miller?   Here’s the Victoria’s Secret Angel in the motorcycle maker’s Spring 2010 ads.  I like this a lot better than her previous work for them.  There’s something more natural and all-American about this series.  Marisa apparently actually rides Harleys, which I am sure just makes her more sexy to certain readers.  I’m thinking she doesn’t usually ride wearing a tiny body suit with her boobs hanging out, but what the hell.  Work it if you got it!  Sell those motorcycles!

Marisa Miller is taking over as top Angel for Victoria’s Secret. Marisa is getting the honor of wearing the ‘fantasy bra’ in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

If  you haven’t seen a fantasy bra before you’re missing out.  This one is worth $3 million!  Created by Damiani with a magical touch, this bra is amazing.

Marisa described it People,

“It is an enormous honor to wear the Fantasy bra,” says Marisa. “It’s one of the main features in the Fashion Show every year and I’m so excited to walk the runway in it.”

“The diamonds are in a harlequin pattern and contain white, champagne and cognac colored diamonds. There is also a 16-carat heart shaped champagne diamond pendant dangling in the middle.  It is surprisingly comfortable,” she says, “because the Damiani diamonds are embroidered onto the VS Very Sexy Convertible bra — which is actually one of my favorites.”

I love that bra too, just haven’t tried on one loaded with diamonds!  I would be so excited and SO nervous.  A $3 million bra!  Wow!  I would be afraid of breaking it, knocking off some diamonds or something! Ha!

The buig show is set to air on Decemeber 1st on CBS at 10pm.  This is going to be one sexy show, studded with diamonds and an appearance by The Black Eyed Peas.  Can’t wait!
