Miley Cyrus has a knack for finding friends that sell her out.

This time, the singer was at her 19th birthday party held at Beacher’s Madhouse in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel when she was filmed saying some seemingly incriminating things.

Cyrus was given a cake with reggae singer/weed enthusiast Bob Marley‘s image on it and the singer took the microphone to poke fun at her own infamous bong-smoking past.

Cyrus, who was caught on tape last year after friends taped her smoking salvia, joked with the crowd:

“This is amazing. You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed,” Miley said on this new tape that surfaced from her party.

Cyrus’ close pal Kelly Osbourne, who organized the bash that included dancing dwarves and a “Super Bass” performance from a Nicki Minaj impersonator, was the one who presented her with the cake.

“I thought salvia was your problem, Miley,” Osbourne quipped after Cyrus handed her the mic.

Once again, someone from Miley’s party filmed it and now it’s found it’s way online.

Osbourne defended Cyrus through twitter and told people to lighten up on her friend.

“let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!”

“the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

The E! Fashion Police host also noted Miley’s work ethic and said she works so constantly it would be just about impossible for Cyrus to be high all the time.

“u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think.”

The b-day celebration had Miley’s boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth and both her parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus in attendance as well as her friends Rumer Willis, Victoria Justice and Aly Michalka all hanging out and having a good time.

I feel for Cyrus. The whole situation sounds like she was poking fun at herself and people have taken the opportunity to show her in what too many will rush to judge as “a bad light.”

A Bob Dylan tribute album is reportedly in the works to benefit Amnesty International and a slew of singers will cover the legendary musical poet’s tunes.

Among the celebrities giving Dylan’s songs a go are Sting, Adele, Ke$ha, Patti Smith, The Dave Matthews Band and Miley Cyrus.

Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International is set for release in early 2012.

Adele’s track is “Make You Feel My Love” which is also featured on her latest album, 19. Ke$ha is taking on “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right.”

The specific track Cyrus will be covering has not been announced.

So what tune do you think Cyrus should try?

“Blowin’ in the Wind,” “Just Like a Woman,” “Like a Rolling Stone” or maybe “Mr. Tambourine Man.” Any suggestions?

Miley Cyrus rocks a sexy new haircut for the cover of Prestige magazine.

The 18 year-old singer told the publication she doesn’t miss working on Disney’s Hannah Montana.

“No [laughs]. I miss the family vibe, but I don’t miss the routine at all,” Cyrus shared. “I was so bored doing the same thing every day.”

“It’s a lot easier not being on a show, to live my life a little bit and do some of the others thing that I want to do, I don’t have to be back at a certain time. You’re not worrying about a cast schedule or what the producers are going to think.”

Miley also said she’s trying to convince younger sister, Noah Cyrus, that acting and being in the public eye so young isn’t all that it may seem.

“I’m so grateful that I was able to be on that show, but even my little sister, who’s 11, wants to go into acting,” Cyrus said.

“I just say, “Just wait, dude.” Because the way you’re going to be when you’re my age and the way you are right now are so different. Don’t put yourself in a situation where people are going to think of you as only one thing.”

Miley Cyrus was spotted at the 2011 MTV VMAs in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre LA Live on Sunday, August 28th.

The 18 year-old singer stepped out in a sexy, curve hugging, backless multi- atterned dress from Roberto Cavalli.

Cyrus pulled her hair back for a soft up do which helped give her a sophisticated look. She over-accessorized with too much jewelry – a choker from Lorraine Schwartz, drop earrings and a large statement ring.

Cyrus teamed up with Shaun White to present The Foo Fighters with Best Rock Video.

Is Miley Cyrus about to become an aunt?

Her older brother, musician Trace Cyrus and his girlfriend Brenda Song reportedly are expecting a baby.

No confirmation has been given although Trace and his sister Miley have not denied it via twitter (which both use to deny rumors frequently.)

Trace, 22, and Brenda, 23, have been dating for over a year, managing to have kept their relationship fairly low key and out of the spotlight.

Song starred in Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and was in last fall’s Oscar nominated The Social Network.

Trace had a previous relationship with Demi Lovato and was formerly in the band Metro Station. He has played with his father Billy Ray Cyrus‘ band Brother Clyde.

Miley Cyrus took a break from the Australian leg of her ‘Gypsy Heart’ tour to get in a little shopping with her honey, Liam Hemsworth.  Actually, Miley shopped and Liam waited:  the plight of men all over the world.  Miley scooped up some pillows and cushions at Ganapati, a store specializing in Tibetan and Nepalese goods.

The store owner, Sarala Manandhar, said that seeing Miley walk into her shop was the “shock of her life,” and that her daughters would be “so gutted” that they were at school when the pop star visited.

Miley Cyrus is cavorting in some sexy lingerie as part of her upcoming movie So Undercover.

The 18 year-old pop star will don her acting hat again for this action/thriller flick where she is a private investigator hired by the Feds to protect the daughter of a mobster attending college.

For the role, the once Hannah Montana star found herself in need of weapons and fight training.

“I’ve been doing fighting, like learning how to box…mostly like street fighting, so knowing how to, like, if someone comes up from behind you, being able to defend yourself,” Cryus revealed.

“I have a trainer and I have bruises everywhere from, like, kicking the bags… And I’ve learned how to use guns, which was really scary.”

She has a killer bod – no denying it.

So Undercover, costarring Jeremy Piven, Mike O’Malley and Kelly Osbourne will be released in October of this year.

Arnold Schwazenegger and Maria Shriver’s son Patrick, has stepped out into the public eye and right into a photo shoot with Details magazine.

The 17 year-old is already a clothing designer (Project360 sells tees, hoodies and bracelets with 10 percent going to charity) and might be the next face you see in fashion magazines as he has just hooked up with a modelling agency.

He just signed on with L.A. Models, which has plans to push him for the Ralph Lauren and Armani campaigns. He’s doing it to “inject some capital” into Project360 and to “get comfortable in front of the camera.” But modeling “isn’t going to be my permanent job. There’s a lot of other things I want to do.”

Patrick is also set on adding another  famous face to his list of famous friends.

“I just saw Tallulah over winter break,” he says, referring to the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. “I was at their house in Sun Valley.” Although he just reunited with an ex, Patrick cockily refers to his tweet-mates Kendall Jenner and Selena Gomez as “girls for the future.”"My eye, though,” he adds, “is set on Miley.”

This kid has serious pedigree and will probably be able to do whatever he wants. Let’s hope he keeps his eye on the ball and doesn’t end up like so many other Hollywood offspring – confused and aimless. He seems to have a good start.

Miley Cyrus showed off her latest tattoo on Twitter this weekend.  She posted:

Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time http://t.co/DB7WozV

In reality, this is actually a picture of Miley’s underarm dreamcatcher tattoo disguised as a picture of her pigtails.

And unless that was a total nonsequitur, how cute that she thinks it’s summer!  It snowed in parts of the Midwest this weekend, but at least it was summer in Miley’s brain.

Miley Cyrus sashayed down the orange carpet for Nickelodeon’s 2011 Kids Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 2nd.

Cyrus chose a long floral Dolce & Gabana maxi with muted orange and yellow floral print dress for the super casual kids trophy ceremony.

The 18 year-old singer took home a blimp for Favorite Movie Actress and thanked her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth in her acceptance speech. She told the audience Hemworth helped her “make some movie magic.”
