It was a hot night in Miami for the Bacardi 150th Anniversary celebration, and attendee Minka Kelly just raised temperatures even higher.   She looked incredible in a red dress with simple gold accessories.  Really, does she need anything more to be fabulous?

The liquor company was founded on February 4th, 1862 in Cuba.   Happy birthday, Bacardi!

Minka Kelly flaunts her hot body on the cover of Cosmopolitan’s October issue.

The 31 year-old is clad in a cleavage-revealing yellow tank top and low rise jeans for her sexy cover look.

The magazine promises the issue will reveal how Kelly’s “turbulent past helped launched her career” and “the real reason” behind her split with boyfriend Derek Jeter. It’s unlikely she’ll reveal anything scandalous about her breakup with the NY Yankee. Talk about over-selling.

Cosmo isn’t giving much up at all about this interview except this quote from the actress about her new show, Charlie’s Angels.

“I’m excited by the idea of three women kicking ass and taking names, ” she says.

Charlie’s Angels premieres on ABC Thursday, September 22nd at 8pm.

Minka’s issue of Cosmo is on sale Tuesday, September 13th.

Minka Kelly may be in one hot new TV show this fall, but her three year relationship with baseball pro Derek Jeter has cooled.

The couple dodged engagement rumors throughout their time together but won’t have to face that any longer.

Her rep confirmed the breakup and a source says the split wasn’t acrimonious.

“They care about each other and it was amicable,” a source told People. “They’re still friends.”

Kelly, 31, who is one of the stars on the new Charlie’s Angels TV series for fall, spent a good deal of time at the 37 year-old NY Yankees games and cheered Jeter on when he got his 3,000th hit in July.

Jeter has been a notorious playboy and has dated lots of women including Mariah Carey, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba and Vanessa Minillo.

Kelly’s former boyfriends include Chris Evans, Donald Faison and John Mayer.

Minka Kelly struts her sultry stuff at Spike TV’s 2011 Guys Choice Awards held at Sony Pictures Studios on Saturday (June 4) in Culver City, Calif.

Kelly, 30, donned a strapless chiffon draped Fendi dress in a luscious shade of true blue that was stunning on her.

The Charlie’s Angels star was on hand with her costar Annie Ilonzeh to present the Rookie of the Year award to basketball’s Blake Griffin.

The three new Charlie’s Angels actresses are in Miami, Florida, where the fictional agency will now be based, working on the pilot for ABC.

Rachel Taylor, 26, plays Abby – an expert in Krav Magra and the daughter of a notorious con-artist.

Minka Kelly, 30, is Marisa – who specializes in weapons and is a ‘neat freak.’

Annie Ilonzeh, 27, portrays Kate – a martial arts expert and a former cop.

The ladies wore heavenly white dresses and in between scenes covered up with monogrammed gray gowns.

Drew Barrymore is producing the TV show after starring in the movie version with Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu.

It would be nice to see the remaining TV Angels: Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson, Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack and Tanya Roberts make a cameo in the series.

Minka Kelly heads to her car after having lunch with a friend at Kings Road Cafe in Los Angeles Valentine’s day.

Kelly recently shared that her father, Aerosmith guitarist Rick Dufay, would not go to the premiere of her latest film, The Roommate because he did not want to see it with all the industry folks who won’t give honest feedback.

The actress told Chelsea Handler she was nervous, but her dad assured her:

“It was actually great, I was really nervous. I was like, ‘People are going to walk out, I don’t want to see this’, but it was actually great. We actually showed up to the 7pm showing and when we got there it wasn’t really packed and so my dad was like, ‘I’m sure everyone will be going to the 8pm showing, I’m sure it will be packed.’ But it ended up being sold out and even the front few rows, it was so fun and everyone was so into it and really reacted to it and at the end everyone applauded.”

Kelly just booked a part in the pilot for Charlie’s Angels that hopes to make it to the fall schedule for ABC Television. Minka will play one of the new Angels at the Charles Townsend Agency and the series is to be set in Miami instead of L.A.

The new Charlie’s Angels cast is taking shape as Minka Kelly is in negotiations to join the ABC show.

Kelly is set to play Marisa, a former Marine and weapons expert who has a neat-freak streak. Rachel Taylor may also sign on for the part of Abby, the loose canon of the group.

Annie Ilonzeh and Robert Wagner are confirmed for the updated version where the Charles Townsend Agency is now in Miami, Florida instead of Los Angeles.

Drew Barrymore, one of the producers of the TV show, was also responsible for the big screen reboot starring herself, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu.

Minka Kelly hit the special screening of her new movie The Roommate at the Soho House in West Hollywood, California.

The Friday Night Lights star chose a long-sleeve cream colored flowing wrap dress with nude peep toe pumps. The 30 year-old actress had her hair in a soft fishtail braid with loose strands pulled out, ever so artfully.

Kelly’s fashion for the evening worked as a yin/yang compliment to her co-star Leighton Meester’s long black leather halter top dress with cutouts.
