Miranda Kerr has posted a photo of herself with her latest man, son Flynn. Kerr posted on her blog that she and husband, Orlando Bloom had a 10 pound bundle of joy without the use of medical intervention or drugs.

“I gave birth to him naturally; without any pain medication and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him,” she said about giving birth.

“We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family,” she continued. “He is our little ray of sunshine. Thank you everyone for your beautiful well wishes and your lovely thoughts. … I haven’t had a lot of time to read many comments or to respond, but please know I will when I get a chance.”

Today could be the birthday of Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom’s first child.

According to relatives of the Australian model, the family received a text message that said Kerr is in the hospital ready to push.

A family member told an Australian newspaper: “We did get a text on Boxing Day saying she had gone into labour but it was false alarm but I can confirm she did go into labour early this morning.”

Bloom, 33, and Kerr, 27, who married in July of 2010, did not want to know if they were having a boy or a girl beforehand.

Sounds like the wait is almost over.

Waiting for a baby to arrive can feel like the longest of days to expecting parents.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom have hunkered down in Los Angeles to await the littlest Bloom making his/her appearance. Kerr’s parents have flown in from Australia to be with their daughter and son-in-law as Kerr’s due date is only a few weeks away.

Kerr’s pre-pregnancy figure is gracing a few January 2011 covers either in anticipation of how fast celebrities lose their pregnancy/baby weight or just because magazine editor recycle more often than not.

Miranda Kerr gets the honor of being the first pregnant model to land the cover of Australia’s Vogue. The January 2011 issue (what? already!) goes on sale December 1st and is due to give birth to her first child with husband Orlando Bloom at the beginning of 2011. The 27 year-old said she considered getting a cast done of her belly while pregnant:

“One thing I was tempted to order online is a thing you can put on your tummy to make a mould of your tummy in bronze and you can keep that forever. That way you can always have that memory. You do this mould and then when the baby comes out you can put the baby in a blanket in the mould so it feels like it’s still in your tummy,” said Kerr.

Kerr said she is truly enjoying being pregnant and taking it one day at a time.

Pregnancy brings some drastic changes to a woman’s body, some irritating and unwanted, but others – very, very welcome.  Case in point:  Miranda Kerr.  She posed nude in all her pregnant loveliness for W‘s Family Issue.  We’ve seen her ta-tas a few times before, but pregnancy has enhanced them a bit, if you feel me.

Miranda said that she and husband Orlando Bloom were eager to add a baby to their life:

“For me, family is life.  The decision to start one wasn’t complex at all.”

As to when we can expect to see her back on the runway:

“My career has been wonderful, but it’s not my life. I don’t feel pressure to get back to work.”

I hope she doesn’t stay away too long, but I can totally understand wanting to focus on family for a bit.

Orlando Bloom and his still blushing bride, Miranda Kerr are expecting their first baby together!  A friend of Kerr’s blabbed the baby news,

WEDDING NEWS – Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom Are On Their Honeymoon!

“She’s definitely pregnant… Miranda’s thrilled.  She’s telling all her friends, mostly other models, about it.  She poses inlingerie.  It will be obvious soon enough.”

I know these rumors have been swirling about and now we know why!  I am very happy for the newlyweds.  Talk about BEAUTIFUL genes!

This happy couple didn’t want to waste any time or let the media frenzy hamper their special day.  Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were engaged only about a month ago and now they are celebrating their new life together on their honeymoon!

They had a private, intimate ceremony that no one knew about!  (I love it!)

Kerr released a statement regarding her work with David Jones,

I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment in my life.”
