Here’s a brand new trailer for the upcoming drama Brothers from 6 time Oscar nominated director Jim Sheridan.
This movie really looks like it’s going to be good, Tobey Maguire really looks insane in this trailer. I spent a day on the set of this film and I can tell you, Sheridan is going for gold here.

Here’s some great news, Anthony Hopkins is set to star in the upcoming Marvel film Thor!
Hopkins will play Odin, the father of Thor and Loki. Chris Hemsworth is playing Thor, and Tom Hiddleston plays Loki. Kenneth Branagh will direct.
Natalie Portman is also set to play Thor’s love interest, Jane Foster.
Scripted by Mark Protosevich and Zack Stentz, pic tracks partly disabled med student Dr. Donald Blake’s discovery of his Norse god alter ego, the hammer-swinging Thor.
This movie is looking very promising, I really love Anthony Hopkins and Natalie Portman. Having an actor like Hopkins added to the cast instantly gives the movie a whole new level of credibility. The fact that it’s about a superhero with a giant hammer seems less and less of a concern.

There are two new faces cast in the upcoming film Thor, Jaimie Alexander and Colm Feore.
Jaimie Alexander and Colm Feore are coming aboard the Marvel Studios adaptation of its comic book featuring the Norse god of thunder. Kenneth Branagh is directing.
Alexander and Feore join Chris Hemsworth, already cast as Thor; Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki, the god of mischief who serves as the movie’s villain; and Natalie Portman is Thor’s human love, Jane Foster.
In Marvel’s epic fantasy, Alexander is playing Sif, a skilled Asgardian warrior who can hold her own against any man. She also is one of Thor’s loves.
Feore’s character is shrouded in mystery — the studio isn’t even sending the actors the script — though it is known to be a villain.
The movie’s story centers on Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions re-ignite an ancient war. As punishment, Thor is cast down to Earth and forced to live among humans. Once here, he learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends dark forces of Asgard to invade Earth.
No word on what Colm Feore is playing, but it’s nice to see the cast getting closer to completion. This is going to be a hard movie to pull off, I’m very curious to see how it turns out.

Natalie Portman is one of my favorite actresses and she just revealed another reason why I love her so much. Â When asked what her obsession is….
“Really, really obscene hip-hop. I love it so much. Â It makes me laugh and then it makes me want to dance. Those are like my two favorite things, so combined…”
One of my all time favorite SNL skits/moments is the Digital Short Natalie does. Â I have watched it a million times and I never stop laughing. Â SHe is the tiniest thing and she is like the potty mouthed little hard @ss! Â It’s too funny! Â If you haven’t seen it, watch below and well if you have…..watch it again!!

Natalie Portman has signed on to play Jane Foster in the upcoming comic book movie Thor.
Portman will play an updated version of the Jane Foster character, a nurse who becomes Thor’s first love.
In the pic, the actions of Thor, an arrogant Norse warrior, reignites an ancient war, and as a result, he’s cast down to Earth, where he is forced to live among humans as punishment. Once there, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.
Getting Portman in this film brings up it’s credibility points a lot. But I still just can’t see the giant hammer being something easily communicable to the big screen.

This looks like a pretty good movie, we live in a time of new young veterans and their struggles. Hopefully the story is brought to the screen in a meaningful way.

Natalie Portman is set to star in Black Swan, the new film from Darren Aronofsky.Â
Black Swan centers on a veteran ballerina (Portman) who finds herself locked in a competitive situation with a rival dancer, with the stakes and twists increasing as the dancers approach a big performance. But it’s unclear whether the rival is a supernatural apparition or if the protagonist is simply having delusions.
With the vision of Darren Aronofsky this is sure to be a dark and compelling film. And with a star like Portman we know it will have depth and quality.Â

Natalie Portman is set to star in the upcoming film Your Highness alongside Danny McBride and James Franco.
Natalie Portman will star with Danny McBride and James Franco in “Your Highness,” a Universal Pictures comedy that begins production in July in Ireland. David Gordon Green (”Pineapple Express”) is directing.
Scott Stuber is producing through his U-based banner.
McBride, who wrote the script with Ben Best, plays an arrogant lazy prince who with his brother (Franco) must complete a quest to save the kingdom and his brother’s fiance. Portman will play a warrior princess that the lazy prince falls in love with.
Natalie Portman definitely has the chops to play royalty (Queen Amidala from Star Wars) so this should come pretty easily for her. The three of these actors together could prove to be pretty funny too.Â

Natalie Portman and Sean Penn have been rumored to be dating. Natalie denies it. So why is she moving into Sean’s neighborhood?  My guess is that they really very romantically involved but they are trying to keep in on the down low and look classy since Sean ’s split from Robin Wright Penn is rather fresh still. I think time will tell us sooner than later.
The first clue to this being a more permanent relationship is the fact that Natalie Portman just bought a really nice house really close to Sean Penn’s home in Los Feliz, California. Her new Linwood Drive home is amazing!
The house cost a mere $3.25 million, was built in the 1930s, has 4,866 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a courtyard entry to the main foyer, wood floors
, walls and ceilings leaded sanctuary style windows, Bo trussed ceilings of gallery proportions, and leaded glass French doors leading to spectacular stone loggia. There is also 18,000 square feet of lushly landscaped grounds with a beautiful pool, and a state of the art security system.
Wow. I think it’s gorgeous. I would love to see the pics from the inside! What is your take on the relationship? Is this house purchase just coincidental? Or is Natalie really trying to be close to Sean?

Natalie Portman did this funny skit for Funny or Die. It’s a mock interview for a talk show called Between Two Ferns With Zach Galifianakis. It shows off Natalie’s dog, Whiz, no one ever knew the name until now.
The interview comes out looking awkward and funny. I have to say this one is better than Denise Richards‘ Fun Bags by a long shot.

Angelina Jolie who has children with the best looking man on the planet, Brad Pitt, is jealous. It is being reported that Angelina is jealous of Natalie Portman. She started to get jealous when Natalie asked Brad to play her older lover in a movie.
A source said: “Angelina had a massive fit and was shouting her head off. She accused Brad of flirting with Natalie. Angelina can’t help but feel threatened. Brad knows how jealous she gets but won’t stop saying how gorgeous and intelligent Natalie is. He keeps saying she is ‘cute as a button.’”
And why does she get so crazy jealous all the time?
The source added: “Angelina worries about karma. It’s eating her up and we’re sure the cause of a lot of the rows is her not quite trusting Brad.”
I wonder why she is worrying about karma so bad? She must have done something bad in the past. I have a feeling she has nothing to worry about with her sexy boyfriend. It’s obvious he only has eyes for Angelina.

My favorite dress of the 81st Academy Awards was by far Natalie Portman’s. She was also the prettiest too! Natalie wore a Grecian-inspired, orchid pink Rodarte gown. Of all the horrible and bland dresses on the red carpet this one was nice to see. Her stylist needs a raise.
Later on in the evening she presented the award for best Cinematography with Ben Stiller. Although, Ben stole the show with his his spoof of Joaquin Phoenix. Natalie did a good job reading the teleprompter and trying not to die laughing. See the clip of the spoof here>>>

I think that Natalie Portman is absolutely one of the most beautiful girls in Hollywood. She’s wildly talented and has natural beauty that looks great dressed up or dressed down. I also realize that it’s not realistic to expect celebrities to get super snazzed out every time they leave the house.
HOWEVER, Natalie took it to the extreme today when she took her precious pooch for a walk with another messy dressed friend. Natalie worked an old zip-up hoodie with blue baggy pants that can’t decide if they’re casual chinos or sweatpants.
She’s still stunning without make up on, but even I dress better than this to go walk the dog, and I promise you I do not have millions. But oh, what I would do for those cheekbones…

Deciding to leave the house looking that way is NOT ok. Natalie Portman was out in Hollywood at the Chateau Marmont wearing such an ugly outfit. What was Natalie thinking when she put this outfit together? She is such a beautiful star that can usually wear anything and look amazing. But this outfit is all wrong. The glasses, the shoes, the dress….the necklace??? It’s just a mess. I am starting to think these stars need to hire ME to get them dressed for the day. Seriously, I have better taste than that!! Sorry Nat, I love ALL of your movies, I just hate that outfit!!
