Here’s Nicky Hilton at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Beverly Hills, still looking every bit like a scarecrow.  And evidently just drinking some caffeinated beverage instead of eating.  Actually, she has gained some weight since this time last year, which is good for her.  At least her knees no longer look like they are going to actually rupture her skin, but still. Nicky, hon.  See the sign on the door that says “sandwiches, salads, pasta”?   Those items are called “food.”  You ingest food to sustain your body and stay alive and stuff.  Try it some time.   It’s OK.  Honestly.

Nicky Hilton was reportedly involved in a minor altercation with a homeless man in West Hollywood on Sunday.   The man “allegedly pushed her to the ground outside an IHOP.”

Not about to stand for that, Nicky went all badass on the dude:

Law enforcement sources say after being pushed down, Nicky got right back up and made a citizen’s arrest, actually holding the assailant at bay until the cops showed up. When police did arrive, the bum allegedly told them he was Hilton’s best friend.

This homeless guy must have been either seriously drunk or a teeny tiny midget, because how else could Nicky have restrained him?  She doesn’t have enough strength in those noodly arms to hold a butterfly at bay.

And wait - what’s Nicky Hilton doing hanging out at IHOP - even one in West Hollywood?!?

Hollywood’s hottest IT girl is back! Paris Hilton is partying again maybe trying to forget the breakup with Benji Madden or just enjoying what she really loves (that’s par-tay!!).

Paris visited a nail salon yesterday in order to get ready for Crystal Rock’s Sweet 16 birthday party, which will air on MTV’s “Sweet 16” show, held by her father Christian Audigier at Kress nightclub. Paris was accompanied by her sister Nicky Hilton and they really seemed to be having lots of fun! No alcohol involved since it was a Sweet 16 party… we hope!

Nicky Hilton celebrated her 25th birthday with family and friends at Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace this Saturday night.

Paris Hilton and her still too skinny sister, Nicky Hilton, haven’t been seen together for a long time. Last Friday night, Paris and Nicky attended the grand opening celebration for Yellowtail Sushi restaurant and bar inside the Bellagio Resort and Casino together and they looked fabulous as always. We all know that Nicky Hilton has been shrinking over the last few months, to the point where she’s looking skeletal and unhealthy.    Many have speculated that she’s anorexic, but now we know why she’s lost so much weight.

‘She kicked her Coke habit,” reveals her friend.  “Nicky gave up drinking eight cans of Coca-Cola a day, and when she stopped, weight literally peeled off her.”  By eliminating regular soda from her diet - there’s nearly 10 teaspoons of sugar in one can - the 24-year-old’s daily calorie intake dropped by 1,120 calories.

Good job cutting out the soda, Nicky - but you’re still supposed to eat some actual food!  Freakin’ eat a sandwich or two!
