Patrick Dempsey was down in Florida at the Homestead Miami Speedway ahead of the Rolex Series race which takes place on tomorrow, October 10th.

Patrick Dempsey was hot (as always) spending some time on the speedway, ‘promoting’ oil.  LOL  I love this guy and I would have loved to see him suit up and get behind the wheel.  Maybe next time.  All that time on his bike is doing him good.

After the success of his first fragrance ‘Unscripted’  by Avon, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’  actor Patrick Dempsey is back to dip into the sweetly scented well again, this time with the creatively titled perfume ‘Patrick Dempsey 2.’   Inspired by his wife, Jill Dempsey, who happens to be Avon’s Global Creative Color Director, this essence is:

“designed to embrace strength, commitment and intimacy between two people,” Avon says.

It is said to be bolder with nutmeg and mandarin as top notes and green fig, patchouli and citrus rounding out the scent. The fragrance is available thru Avon starting in November for $35.00

Being a fan of Grey’s Anatomy, I really enjoyed what College Candy came up with.  They have the Top 5 Plotlines that didn’t make it. Very clever!

1. Having a ghost friend is a great idea. It worked for Ghost Whisperer, and Jennifer Love Hewitt is nowhere near as hot as Katherine Heigl. It only makes more sense that a hot ghost with a hot star = ratings galore. I think they missed out on an even bigger opportunity: Izzy is a ghost orgy with Denny and all the patients that ever died at Seattle Grace.

2. McDreamy is just perfect in every way: he’s sexy, he’s funny, and he’s the most talented surgeon ever to grace this planet. Too good to be true, right? Exactly. We never knew anything about Derek’s life before he came to Seattle Grace…until now. Turns out Derek used to be Dayna, a talented female surgeon in New York who was getting nowhere in her career thanks to the Glass Ceiling. Dayna was sick of being picked over in favor of male surgeons, so she decided to take matters into her own hands by performing gender reassignment surgery…on herself. Yes, she’s just that good. You didn’t think a man could have hair that good, did you?

Reading these makes you wonder just how far writers are willing to go to bring in an audience and the higher ratings, doesn’t it?

Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey’s passion for big expensive flashy cars is well known. Patrick stopped by a motor shop since he was having trouble with his vintage luxury car and I can’t stop thinking just how expensive it must be to keep a car like that…

I’m sure Dr. McDreamy is loving his middle life crisis but if he thinks those cars can help him get laid, he is completely wrong. Patrick Dempsey is reportedly the new face of Versace.

“Patrick represents everything that is great about this collection,” says Donatella Versace. “He has that confidence, completely comfortable in his own skin, that is so attractive.”

Fames photog Mario Testino shot the campaign.

“It was so lovely to work with Donatella Versace, she is an iconic and inspirational woman and a wonderful person, not to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Mario Testino too, one of the world’s finest photographers,” Dempsey said in a statement.

We can’t wait to see those sexy photos!
