Robin Williams Gets Married Again & Takes A Parisian Honeymoon

The third time is (hopefully) the charm for Robin Williams!

The 60 year-old comedian and actor has found love again and married graphic designer Susan Schneider on Sunday at Meadowood resort in Napa Valley, California.

Williams and Schneider have been dating since 2009, just before the Oscar winning actor went in for heart surgery.

The Fisher King‘s daughter, Zelda, 22, tweeted about her dad’s nuptials.

“Just realized my tweets have probably been misconstrued. No, it’s not my wedding, haha. Thanks for the congratulations regardless. The wedding festivities rage on but my tired feet are done. Think it’s time to lay in the tub, eat m&m’s and write.”

“I’m really happy for my father, and wish him all the best,” Zelda said. “The wedding was lovely.”

Newlyweds Robin and Susan are currently in Paris, enjoying their honeymoon and smiling ear to ear.

Very sweet – see the cute photos below. (Read the article)

Robin Williams Wants to Be Riddler in ‘Batman 3′

Robin Williams wants to play The Riddler in the upcoming Dark Knight sequel.

“I would do Batman in a second,” says Williams. “I’d play The Riddler in the next one, although it would be hard to top Heath Ledger as the villain and I’m a little hairy for tights.”

In the past, Williams was actually offered the role of The Joker and The Riddler but overlooked it.

Of course now that his career has cooled off he would want to play in a huge upcoming movie. Seriously though, I hope he’s not picked as The Riddler, he’s just too much. Christopher Nolan will probably pick a non-comedian.

Robin Williams Has Found Love Post Divorce

Robin Williams and Susan Schneider at the Walt Disney World premiere of 'Old Dogs'.

Comedian and actor Robin Williams has found love again after splitting with Marsha Garces Williams in March 2008.

Robin reportedly met graphic designer Susan Schneider shortly before his heart surgery back in March, and she took time to help care for him following his operation.

Robin truly believes it’s no coincidence that Susan came into his life right before his heart operation. He told a pal, ‘She saved me – she helped me heal.’”

Congratulations to Robin for finding love again following his divorce from Marsha.  They had been married for nineteen years.

Robin Williams Extends Tour

Comedian Robin Williams has extended his Weapons of Self Destruction Tour’s stay on Broadway after tickets sold out in less than  ten minutes!  The speedy sales prompted producers to add three more days onto Williams’ New York stay from November 23 to December 3 2009.

Robin Williams was originally scheduled to begin his 80 city tour in April 2009, but that was sidelined due to a little heart surgery issue.  At the time Williams tried to down play the issue calling his surgery a little “tune up” but he needed his aortic valve replaced!  Since the surgery he has been doing well, even traveling to France to visit his friend Lance Armstrong during the Tour de France this summer.

Good thing he’s better. He’s going to be working hard on that 80 city tour!

Robin Williams to Play Susan Boyle in Biopic

Apparently Robin Williams is supposed to play Susan Boyle in a new film about her life.

According to a new report in the Guardian, Williams has been asked to play singing sensation Susan Boyle in a movie about her life. Film executives are planning a film about her rise to stardom after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent.

It helps that Robin is already a big Susan Boyle fan, and has reportedly been practicing his impressions of her and singing “I Dreamed a Dream” to prepare for the role.

He says, “I’ve been asked if I want to play Susan in the movie. I think she’s incredible. That clip of her singing on Britain’s Got Talent was extraordinary. So inspiring. It was quite a shock when she began to sing. I saw some other clip of her singing Cry Me A River a few years ago. It was incredible. She’s got a really great voice.”

It’s not a huge stretch for Williams to play a woman, and he does look the most like her of any of the big names out there. Still very strange news, I wonder if it will come to fruition.

Robin Williams and Wife of 19 Years File for Divorce

Robin Williams and Wife

Robin Williams and his wife of 19 years, Marsha Garces Williams, filed for divorce on March 21, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. The two cited “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for divorce, as all celebrities do.

They were married in 1989. They have an 18-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son.

Marsha met Robin when she worked as a nanny for Zachary, Robin’s son with his first wife.

Marsha also produced “Mrs. Doubtfire” and “Patch Adams.

19 years is a long time for two people to be married in Hollywood! I wonder what made them decide to call it quits now?
