Sandra Bullock was granted a permanent restraining order this morning against a man she claims has been terrorizing her for years, according to reports from TMZ.

Thomas Weldon (41) was arrested for stalking Bullock in 2003 and was put in a mental ward for his illness.

So this protective order will last for three years and covers baby Louis and Jesse James‘ three kids, as well as Sandra.

I’d like to know what the heck took so long for the order to be put in place?!  Oh yeah, our super justice system at it’s best.

Now Sandra Bullock can really move on with her life WITHOUT Jesse James.  They both signed the final papers last week and they have been filed with the clerk’s office in Travis County down in Texas.

When Sandy filed for divorce docs on April 23, her reason was “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”

That was nice of her.  I think she could have put a lot more.  But, she’s a class act all the way.  Now she’s free and clear to complete single parent adoption for her baby boy, Louis.

Jesse James wants the world to know his side of the sordid tale of his multiple mistresses with whom he cheated on soon to be ex-wife Sandra Bullock.  He will appear on Nightline this coming Tuesday, May 25th and is expected to talk about “his past, his time in rehab and why he cheated on Bullock.”

Well, this ought to be good.  What in the world can Jesse possibly say to redeem himself?  He will be interviewed by Vicki Mabrey, and I hope she makes him just as uncomfortable as he deserves to feel.

The Jesse James – Sandra Bullock divorce story gets weirder with every passing day.   Now one of Jesse’s mistresses, stripper Melissa Smith, has apologized to Sandra Bullock via fax.

Sandra’s agent evidently received the fax, which said Melissa was “deeply sorry,” offered to meet with Sandy, and continued:

“My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable.  Nothing I can say will take back the hurt I caused. From the bottom of my heart I hope you accept my apology.”

So you really can’t fault a person for apologizing, but what made her even imagine that Sandra cares what she has to say?  And why on earth would she want to meet with her?  Sandra’s too busy now anyway with her new baby Louis!

I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children, and the mate Sandy deserves, and realize that this is an incredible mountain to climb. Those are true statements about Sandra.  She is the best.  As far as beating his “addiction,”  good luck with that.

This is the best Hollywood news I have heard in ages!  Sandra Bullock is divorcing Jesse James and starting a new life with a baby!!  She and Jesse started the adoption process four years ago and she’s finally got her little angel.  His name is Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy and he’s just what her broken heart needed.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way.  It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”

They have had Luis home since JAnuary, but kept him a sweet secret with plans to announce his “arrival” after the Oscars.  Then we all know what broke loose and now Sandra is in the process of finalizing the adoption process as a single parent.

Congratulations Sandra!  You deserve all the happiness in the world and Louis is so blessed to have such a loving, giving mommy like you.
