A lawyer in Tennessee has sent a formal letter to Vivid Entertainment to try to purchase the rights to the Kim Kardashian and Ray J sex tape.

Steve Hirsch, head of Vivid told TMZ the request was from a “mystery” buyer (let’s be honest, it’s Kim or her momager Kris Jenner).

“I was approached by a private party who has asked us about looking into the possibility of acquiring all rights of the Vivid, ‘Kim Kardashian Sex Tape.’”

The lawyer adds, “The party we represent does not intend to distribute or broadcast the ‘tape,’ but hopes to completely remove it from the market.”

Hirsch says he’s willing to negotiate a possible buy back but the price isn’t cheap.

“Based on its long term value, it looks like $30 million would be a starting point for a discussion on all of the rights.”

Not only is he open to the idea of selling the tape, Hirsch said he’d deal with the reality TV star directly if she wanted.

He also said, “I have no idea who is behind this offer … but If it’s Kim, I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. She has my number and can call me any time.”

So many people become famous or infamous for ‘leaked’ nude photos or sex tapes and no one seems to feel any remorse about it but Reese Witherspoon wants women to think about what they’re doing for the sake of fame.

The actress was the recipient of MTV’s Generation Award at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards and in her acceptance speech, she took a swipe at women like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Blake Lively, all of whom have had sex tapes and/or photos released or star in a reality show.

“I get it, girls, that it’s cool to be a bad girl,” the Water For Elephants star told the crowd. “But it is possible to make it in Hollywood without doing a reality show. When I came up in this business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and you hid it under your bed.”

“And if you took naked pictures of yourself on your cell phone, you hide your face, people! Hide your face!” Witherspoon continued.

She ended with her own story and how she wants women to aspire to more than just fame – dignity.

“For all the girls out there, it’s totally possible to be a good girl,” she said. “I’m going to try to make it cool.”

Since Hilton and Kardashian have all made millions after those tapes were released and Lively’s career probably won’t take a hit, Witherspoon is swimming upstream but it’s a good battle to wage.

So you thought the Spencer Pratt tell all book was bad, huh?  Well this is way beyond crossing the line.  Spencer Pratt is shopping a sextape he made with Heidi Montag to Vivid Entertainment.

VIvid’s Steven Hirsch told TMZ,

“I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag.  We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Spencer said that Heidi in this sex tape  ”makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur.”

OMG.  Heidi must be flipping her lid.  This is not good for her at all.  Wow.  Spencer is pure evil.  Aside from that, the thought of these two doing it makes me throw up in my mouth.  Ewwwww………

More images from Kendra Wilkinson‘s naughty sex tape have been leaked by Vivid Entertainment.   How are sex tape images SFW, you ask?  Well, they’re only face shots.  (Check out NSFW pics from the tape here.)  However, they’re also probably some of the sluttiest shots of someone’s face I’ve ever seen.  Kendra was trying way too hard in this tape.  She also looks way, WAY too young to be doing anything like this.  I feel like I’ve been looking at kiddie porn.  Eeew.

For all Hank Baskett‘s embarrassment and anger over his wife’s sex tape, if he didn’t know what he was getting into when he married Kendra, he just wasn’t paying attention.  He might not like it, but he had to know it was out there.

Leighton Meester may be in the middle of a sex tape scandal (NSFW pictures here) but she’s not letting that get to her. She was seen leaving her Manhattan hotel earlier today.

More details have come out about the price of the sex tape.

Reports suggest Kevin Blatt, the broker behind Paris Hilton and Verne Troyer’s sex tapes, admits he’s surprised by the level of interest in the footage. He tells RadarOnline.com that bids for the video have exceeded $1 million (£666,600).

Blatt reveals the racy footage features a younger Meester performing a striptease for a boyfriend and then performing a number of sensual and erotic acts. He says, “It’s very playful actually. It’s not shot in high definition and looks like it has been shot using a video camera while they are both fooling around.”

It’s so funny to read the part about it being in high definition because that’s what everyone does when they are filming a sex tape, they stop and make sure that they are shooting in high definition. I have a feeling that if it’s really her on the sex tape that it won’t hurt her career at all. I don’t think any less of her.

After reporting the other day that there was a Adnan Ghalib/Britney Spears sex tape, it seems that Adnan is denying the whole thing….

“There is no sex tape,” Adnan [says], “and I’ve never claimed there is one.”

He is willing to start legal action against the company that first alleged there was a two-hour x-rated tape of him and Britney in Mexico. And besides, if he hasn’t noticed, denying there is a sex tape after saying there was one automatically makes you to instantly famous..just ask Josh Hartnett.

“I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from,” says Adnan. “What I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false. I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action… This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me.”

“There is no sex tape,” he continues. “That is the end of the matter.”

That is so funny that it has caused distress to his family. He is the one that has always started it and said there was a sex tape. I just bet Britney’s camp got to him and told him to shut up. I know that’s what I would do.

I can’t believe Adnan Ghalib won’t go away! Just when you think you’ve heard the last of him he comes back. And now he is saying he has a sex tape of Britney Spears. (Who didn’t see that coming?) And he’s willing to sell if the price is really really high!

�There is such a tape,� Adnan [says]. �But I won�t discuss prices for hypothetical inquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further. I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.�

And of course the details of the 2-hour x-rated tryst have been revealed. It’s Britney naked in Mexico with her pink wig. (They went to Mexico together in January.)

Now, why would Adnan do this to her? Well besides wanting to make money off of Britney. She is finally getting back on the right track. I can’t get over how different she looks in the picture above. I would almost think that was a different person. Adnan needs to be shipped away somewhere cold and where he can never bother any of us again!

Rumors last week said that Josh Harnett had a sex tape of him ding the nasty with someone in a hotel library…now don’t be sad girls…but he is claiming it isn’t true.

Josh is suing The Daily Mail for making up the story…

“It’s incredible the stories they the come out with. In the States at least they have to make a call to a representative and try to make a reality out of the situation. Over here they just make things up.”

Wait, The Daily Mail make up their stories, no way! I thought that everything that was written there was the truth? Josh really shouldn’t be suing them because we all know he will get more publicity this way. I think he was just about off of everyone’s radar until now. He should be thanking them and not suing!

After Paris Hilton turned sex tapes into successful publicity stunts, everyone wants their share on fame too. If it weren�t for the possible sex tapes about to come out, Josh Harnett and Jeremy Jackson wouldn�t have a chance� no matter how cute or not they might be since, let�s say it out loud, talent isn�t high on these guys resumes.

Apparently Josh Harnett is one sexy beast and everywhere is a good place to get his freak on. This time it was at a library in a London�s hotel with some unknown bimbo he picked on the streets.

�After stumbling in quite late, they legged it to the library and immediately closed all the curtains so that no one could see in. Unfortunately the hotel has security cameras all over the place – the library included. This means their every spit and cough was recorded, and cringing hotel workers saw all of Josh�s X-rated moves. No one quite knew where to look and there was a very awkward silence.�

While our favorite Baywatch kid (there was no other kids on the show, right?), Jeremy Jackson decided to record a tape with a porn star (classy!) that wasn�t supposed to get public (yeah, right!). Now Jeremy is miserable cause no one wants to buy it!

Statement from Jeremy: “Listen, this video was made by my best friend. Between me and a casual sex partner who just so happened to be a former porn star. I was later physically threatened if I didn’t turn the DVD over to some drug addicted thugs.

“They said, ‘Sky wanted it back and didn’t want to ever be seen as a porn star, that she had turned to God and was changing her life.’ So I gave it up for HER and so they would not beat me up and ‘make my life hell’ as they had threatened. I was blackmailed. This private recording becoming public kinda sucks. But I thought people out there should know the truth and how far some people will go to make a quick buck.”

YAWN! Josh and Jeremy�s sex tapes? No, thanks but I�m not interested! I�d rather watch Mini Me�s sex tape and that is not a pretty sight!!
