Melanie Chisholm and her long time boyfriend Thomas Starr are expecting and planning to wed after the baby is born. The baby is due in March and the happy parents-to-be want the baby to be called Starr, how cheesy is that!?! Fabulous and tacky!

Melanie Chisholm, 34, and Thomas Starr, her partner of six years, got engaged last month. Now they are telling family and friends to prepare for a spring wedding. Invitations have already been printed.

Melanie C also confessed she will take some time off to enjoy motherhood: “I’ll need some time off to be a mum but, before you know it, we’ll be back.”

We will be back?? Another Spice Girls reunion??

Spice Girls are officially changing their name to Spice Mommas! The last Spice Girl to become a mom will be Melanie Chisholm, who just broke the happy news on her website yesterday:

“Some happy news”,  she wrote. “I can now announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy.”

The first rumors about the pregnancy started when Melanie appeared in a live show wearing the loose, extremely ugly dress you can see in the photo above. The baby’s daddy is her long time boyfriend, Thomas Starr.

Congratulations to the parents-to-be!!

Hello…

Our time is up… we’ve come to the end of the road� there are tears of both sadness and joy. Look how far we’ve come!

Who would have thought that our reunion could have turned out to be this amazing? It just shows what can grow out of an exciting thought, an idea, a hope, a dream. Yes, our reunion tour is proof that dreams do come true.

We have been lucky enough to have shared it with the most loyal fans in the world. Ten years on, you came back still wanting more� and it looks like we made some new friends along the way. You have inspired and ignited us with each show, the 47 that we performed, each time was amazing and it is thanks to you.

So we look to the future with hope and imagination and let Girl Power live on through all of you as it will continue in us and the future generations to come.

We have learnt so much through you and through each other.

“Never give up on the good times always believe in the love you find.”

We hate goodbyes but sadly the time has come to take our final bow so maybe our song says it best:

Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C are said to be fed up with the recent Spice Girls reunion tour.� Too much Posh is bad for anyone’s diet!

“Mel B wasn’t having any of it. She misses her husband and children and said she couldn’t go on. She’s also been flooded with US offers after her success on Dancing With Stars,” a source tells The Daily Mirror.

“Mel C agreed it was time to call it a day. She was the least excited about it. She also feared it might jeopardize her solo career.”

Officially, a spokesman for the girls said: “Sadly the tour needs to come to an end by the end of February due to family and personal commitments for Emma, Geri, Mel B, Melanie C and Victoria.”

These women are too big for their britches!� I still can’t figure out what was so great about them getting back together, anyway.� It’s not 1996 anymore!

The fabulous five ladies finally agreed to reunite and what did it get them? Lots of press, headaches, rehersals and so far not a lot more. The Spice Girls Tour, which while many of the dates are sold out (or almost so), doesn’t seem to be making them happy.

Each of them has their own preoccupations: Mel C, for instance, is struggling hard to simply tolerate Geri and her many lunacies – particularly her views on ‘healthy’ eating and her obsession with showing off her body.

Victoria fears she may be in the early stages of pregnancy – something which she is keeping from Fuller, who told them all not to dream of disrupting the tour in this way.

She is also suffering daily agonies because she is dancing in high heels, and her bunions are “dreadful”. And she frets that she looks the oldest of the group, paying the price for her erratic eating habits with poor skin and thinning hair.

Amid the rumours of bickering and the girls lack of stamina to do these shows, it’s no wonder they aren’t happy. The tour won’t make that much money as it’s incredibly expensive with the way they are touring and the entourages they are employing. These girls were nuts to have agreed to this.

Ginger (Old) Spice wore this gold fringed number to last night’s Victoria’s Secret show.� Britney Spears wore the same dress three years ago.� First of all, the dress looks like a combination of grandmother and Dancing with the Stars, but maybe that’s just me.� Wow, though.� That’s Britney?� Remember when she was pretty?� I miss those days….

Did anyone expect anything less? The ‘Girl Power’ group of the 90′s are hitting their reunion touring cities not on a�fabulous bus but on a rented Boeing 757 named Spice Force One. The Spice Girls super plane will have everything state-of-the-art from dining room, busines center, sleeping quarters, and make-up room, to many other things.

The jet will transport the five girls � Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell � plus their families, management, wardrobe and make-up assistants and bodyguards.

“Spice Force One will be a flying palace,” said my source.

The world reunion tour kicks off December 2nd and will hit Vancouver, NYC, London, Los Angeles, Madrid and Shanghai, among others. There will also be a Spice Force 2 and 3 Boeing plane for dancers, crew, equipment and stage hands. Check out the photo below for an artist rending of what the plane might look like. Zigga Zigga Ah…
