Jessica Szohr and Taylor Momsen are not returning to Gossip Girl as series regulars next season.

Szohr’s Vanessa and Momsen’s Jenny have had little to do this season and TVLine is reporting both actresses will not return except in possible guest starring episodes.

Blake Lively, Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford and Penn Badgely are returning and new addition Kaylee DeFer (Serena’s cousin Charlie) will be a regular for season 5.

Momsen is currently touring and promoting with her band The Pretty Reckless and has said repeatedly she is happier with her music career than acting.

Szohr has several big screen projects coming up including the September comedy I Don’t Know How She Does It with Sarah Jessica Parker, Pierce Brosnan and Olivia Munn.

Taylor Momsen and The Pretty Reckless made an appearance at the Looney Tunes store in West Babylon, NY. The group signed CD and gave a free acoustic show for the fans.

Taylor told MTV’s Hollywood Crush that it might be sometime before you see her back on Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey.

Well, what I will say, the show is being very, very supportive of the band, and you physically can’t do both at the same time,” Taylor explained. “I can’t be on set and then in France touring or wherever. So they’re writing me out of story lines and allowing me to tour, and I really have to thank them for that, so you won’t see me for a while.”

Ho hum. Another weekend, another photo of Taylor Momsen performing with her band, The Pretty Reckless, whilst wearing some slutty, torn up clothes, garters and stockings.  What is her deal?  Is it her mission to make grown people feel like pedophiles in her presence?  Does she even HAVE parents?

For this performance  at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Taylor recycled half an outfit that she already wore once back in October.  Of course, half an outfit is just about all we ever see her in, anyway.  But THIS outfit is notable for the mere fact that the last time she wore it, she exposed her young bosoms during her show.  Oh yes she did.

Taylor Momsen is out. Kelly Osbourne is in.

Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes Leon, have chosen a new face for Material Girl, their line of junior clothing at Macy’s. The 26 year-old Osbourne takes over from 17 year-old Momsen who was the previous advertising face of the line.

No word yet on when Osbourne starts shooting ads for the line.

Juliet, Jenny and Vanessa were quite the team as they went to knock Serena’s crown off her perfectly coiffed hair in “The Witches Of Bushwick.” Gossip Girl is off until November 29th when episode 4.10 “Gaslit” returns to make quite a splash.

Chuck (Ed Westwick), Serena (Blake Lively), Blair (Leighton Meester), Dan (Penn Badgley), Jenny (Taylor Momsen) and Eric (Connor Paolo) find themselves faced with a crisis when a member of one of their families is hospitalized.  Meanwhile, Nate (Chace Crawford) attempts to help his parents, The Captain (guest star Sam Robards) and Anne (guest star Francie Swift), put their complicated past behind them and reconcile.  Katie Cassidy guest stars as Juliet.  Jessica Szohr, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star.  Tate Donovan directed the episode.

Taylor Momsen was at the 2010 MTV EMAs last night and she was flashing the cameras again.  This time she left the pasties at home and flashed her sheer, black lace bra.  My goodness, the classiness of this 17-year-old astounds me.  Really?  Where are her parents?  Could someone ground her already?

Taylor Momsen and her band The Pretty Reckless performed as Paper magazine and Express celebrated their Spring collection at Don Hill’s in New York City.  As usual, Momsen looked all wrong.  Yeah, I know that this is her look.  It’s really popular too.  I just can’t stand it.  And what I can’t stand more is that she’s so young and dresses like this.

Taylor Momsen is one of my least favorite celebrities and this latest “stunt” is just another example of why.  Momsen is posing on the cover of Revolver magazine in lingerie while clutching a gun over her shoulder.  Taylor Momsen is a young star that is now promoting guns.  Just what the kids of today need.
