The Hills stars, Heidi Montag and her hubby, Spencer Pratt spent the afternoon out in Beverly Hills on Halloween.  The cute couple was on a mission to find Heidi some sexy cowgirl  boots and they hit the jackpot!   How hot are those red boots?!  I love them.  In fact, Heidi inspired me to go and buy myself some cowgirl boots!

After the sexy boot purchase the Spencer and Heidi enjoyed a nice lunch outdoors in that lovely California weather.  Next  I am guessing that they went home to feed their puppies…  How cute are they?  Seriously, they are adorable.  I love how Spencer is filming the paparazzi, hilarious!

The Hills star, Stephanie Pratt was arrested for drunk driving in Hollywood on Sunday (October 18th) and today she was formally charged with the DUI.

During her arrest, Stephanie took two breathalyzer tests, .08 and .09 showed up and so she was taken to jail and held on $5,000 bail.

If Stephanie is convicted on these charges, she could face six months in jail.  I honestly can’t imagine her in there.  I guess we will see what kind of judge she gets….hopefully not the same one that Paris Hilton got!

Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge were chit-chatting outside a restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday (October 26th), filming a scene for The Hills.  By the way….this season is HOT.  I love it!  If you aren’t watching you need to!  I just became a fan this summer.  I started watching the DVDs from season one and I am HOOKED!  The show is great.  Give it a chance….

Anyhow, back to the girls.  Well, Heidi really.  This blonde bombshell was ROCKING the ‘Pretty Woman‘ look and I think she looked amazing.  Heidi Montag can pull just about anything off and those stiletto-hooker boots and leather mini were no exception.  She does this hot look with class.  I love it!  Nice work, Princess Heidi!

The Hills ‘newcomer’, Kristen Cavallari was spotted leaving the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills yesterday (October 8th).  Kristen looks like she felt like a million bucks after getting her beauty treatments.  But, when you make this much money, you can always look like this right?  Her hair looks gorgeous, as always.  More than the hair though, I can’t stop looking at those legs!  Kristen has got a lot of leg! I do believe that she makes the perfect poster girl for California in these snaps.  The BMW, perfect blonde hair, long legs, etc.  This is where the Barbie image comes from, folks….

Do you remember The Hills‘ star,  Lauren Conrad’s ex boyfriend, Jason Wahler?  Yeah, the trouble maker.  Well, he has found himself some more trouble.

Wahler was booked on September 25th and will serve time in a Yakima County  Jail outside of Seattle, WA for assault and minor drinking.

If he behaves himself while he’s locked up, he will only have to serve 80 of the 120 days he’s been sentenced with.  I don’t know if that guy is capable of ‘good behavior’.  Wahler was busted for punching a tow truck driver in 2008 and in 2007, he served 18 days in jail for assault, later he was arrested for underage drinking and resisting arrest in North Carolina, and then again in NYC for resisting arrest and bribery.

Gee, I wonder why Lauren Conrad didn’t want to stay with him?  L-O-S-E-R!

Wow, that is a little shocking if you ask me.  The Twilight Saga producers are going a whole new direction with The Hills (former) star, Lauren Conrad.  In fact, they are buying the rights to her book, L.A. Candy and turning it into a movie.  And since Lauren’s book is only one of a three book series, this could be an L.A. Candy Saga.  Hmmmm, I guess we will have to trust these guys that it’s a good idea, they have obviously proven themselves with the Twilight series.  This should be very interesting, if nothing else.  No wonder Lauren bailed on The Hills….

Have you ever wondered just how much The Hills stars bank for ‘living their lives’ on TV?  I know I have often wondered just how much value has been put on these reality stars and now we’ve got answers.

First let’s just talk about their salaries for the show:

(Before she left the show), Lauren Conrad - $125,000 per episode
Heidi Montag - $100,000 per episode
Audrina Patridge - $100,00 per episode
“Lo” Bosworth - $100,000 per episode
Spencer Pratt - $65,000 per episode
Brody Jenner - $45,000 per episode
Kristen Cavallari - $90,000 per episode

So these numbers are for only the show.  This crew makes a whole other bundle for their appearances at different events or um, Playboy spreads.

Heidi made $375,000 for her Playboy issue. Spencer and Heidi made $30,000 each for an appearance in Las Vegas.  Generally, any of the cast members get paid a minimum of $25,000 for an given appearance.

With Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt promoting themselves so aggressively and so frequently, it’s easy to forget that they have sisters who are sort of famous themselves.  And I do mean just “sort of.”   Anyway, it seems that Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt went out with their Hills co-star Stacie Hall the other night and just made themselves look bad.

First they were “nearly barred” from a VMA’s after party for being “too high spirited” (read:  “drunk and acting stupid”).  When they finally got into the party…

Pratt ordered champagne [and] her credit card was declined. She asked Montag to hand over her card and left with Hall. A source said Holly appeared not to want to pay for the bottle, “but the waitress wouldn’t give her card back until she signed the bill.”

Not that I ever thought these girls had an abundance of class, but it’s just wrong to stick your so-called friend with the bill.  And I bet Stephanie ordered the expensive stuff, too.

Despite a cover of US Magazine professing that The Hills made her bulimic, Stephanie Pratt is now denying the allegation that it was the show’s fault. Turns out the reality starlet had been battling the disorder long before ever appearing on MTV.

” ‘The Hills’ did not make me bulimic,” she told MTV News Wednesday night. “It was my own issues with self-esteem, and if anything, my life on ‘The Hills’ has only helped me get healthy, ’cause I know how lucky I am to have this job and to have the chance to be a role model.”

Steph says she came public with her eating disorder to help other families who might have children struggling and not even know it.

“My mom and dad were very hands-on parents,” Pratt said. “They were never on vacations or anything like that, and I did everything right under their noses — I did drugs, I threw up my food — in the same house as them. And for them to never see that, my mom was just like, ‘What did I do wrong?’

“If she had known the signs of what to look for, I could have been helped a lot earlier,” she continued. “I’m so thankful I got professional help and I’m healthy now, but I just really wanted to do this to help all of those moms to see those signs in their daughters. [Bulimia is] such an ugly, ugly word. I wish I could have danced around it and said I had eating issues, but this isn’t an article for me to shine.”

I think it’s very noble of her to come out with a secret that she could easily be ashamed of, but she wants to help others so they don’t make the same mistakes (though I pray to God she’s not a role model to anyone)… Or she just wants publicity.

Either way, you look great now, Stephanie, so be proud of overcoming such an ugly disease.

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt is on the cover of Us Magazine telling all about how the show caused her to become bulimic. She says that it began after she viewed one of the first scenes she shot with co-star Lauren Conrad in 2007:

“I was horrified. I remember saying, ‘I can’t believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.’

Steph opens up about what it was like always being with “skinny girls” and the pressures she put on herself to look like them. Though she claims the producers never told any of them to lose weight, she says it was just embarrassing looking at herself next to the other girls. And with a “friend” like Audrina Patridge, I can understand why!

Another time, when filming in Hawaii in bikinis, the size 0-2 Pratt –- in a bikini and cover-up — asked costar Audrina Patridge, “What looks better, ’shirt on or off?’” Patridge said ‘On.’”

Pratt reportedly got down to 100 pounds, and on a 5′7″ frame, that’s gross. We are so glad that she is back at a healthy weight and hopefully she feels good about herself now. Though I am not really her biggest fan, she looks great and should feel great, too!
