Tiger Woods’ former mistress, Rachel Uchitel has given the golf pro back a good chunk of the money he paid her to keep quiet about the details of their affair.

Uchitel, 36, is handing the cash back because of her appearance on the VH1 TV show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Although she never mentioned Woods’ name in the show, A report from TMZ says Uchitel’s lawyer, Gloria Allred advised her that she would lose if Woods decided to sue her for breaking the confidentiality clause of the contract.

While Rachel had to return her portion of the hush money, Allred allegedly worked out a deal with Woods’ lawyer, Jay Lavely, allowing the legal eagle to keep her fees if Uchitel returned her portion of the dough.

Uchitel is unhappy with the advice she received from Allred and has hired a malpractice attorney to recoup her losses.

Uchitel did not comment on the story but Allred, who no longer represents Rachel, said she always did the right thing by her and isn’t going down without a fight.

“I was not involved in any way in the allegations set forth in the TMZ story which appears today and which references me.  I have not had a conversation with or communicated with Jay Lavely about any client in more than a year.  I am reserving all of my legal rights and remedies against anyone who defames me.”

In other Uchitel news, Tiger’s ex-wife Elin Nordegren‘s new beau Jamie Dingman, has also dated Rachel. It is rumored that Rachel was living in his Miami apartment when news broke of the Woods/Uchitel mistress scandal.

Rachel Uchitel doesn’t seem to mind that the man she loves paid her $10 million to keep her trap shut.  She’d give it up to have him back.  ”Close friends” of Uchitel’s are spilling that beans that she’s not over her officially single lover.

She wants him back and would “give up everything” to get him.  Rachel allegedly said,

“I feel horrible for him. He loved her. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.  I’d give up everything to be with him again.”

That is honestly really sad.  I’d like to say that Tiger Woods would never go back to Rachel Uchitel after all that has transpired.  But, I think we all know just what kind of stupidity Tiger is capable of.

Woo hoo!  Hip hip hurray!  It’s a great day for Elin Nordegren.  She is officially divorced from Tiger Woods and she came out $100 million richer.

Tiger Woods posted the news on his site:

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us. Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.”

Elin Nordegren Can Move The Kids To Sweden

The divorce was dissolved this morning (Aug 23) in Bay County, Florida. The papers say that the divorce “is hereby dissolved because it is irretrievably broken.”  Elin had also requested to have her maiden name restored to Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren and that was granted as well.

So congrats to Elin and good luck in the future.

I guess that Tiger Woods‘ hottest mistress, Rachel Uchitel hasn’t had her fill of fame just yet.  Donald Trump has asked her to join the upcoming season of The Celebrity Apprentice.  I guess she’s his choice for eye candy on this round.  He’s always got a couple of “hotties” on each season.

Tiger’s lawyers have filed papers to have the entire case dismissed.  The paternity tests that have already been completed say that the baby daddy is someone else.  yet, Devon won’t give up.  Obviously she wants a fat paycheck, but it’s likely that the judge will throw out the case.  It seems pretty groudless.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have come to an agreement that allows her to move the kids to Sweden, TMZ has reported.  The whole thing shoud be complete in the next few days.

The whole idea that Elin Nordegren was going to get $750 million out of Tiger Woods was a bit absurd.  He isn’t even worth that.  But the fact that she is getting $100 million is reasonable and I think nothing to laugh at.

This figure is ten times what Tiger paid Rachel Uchitel to keep her mouth shut. Maybe $100 million isn’t enough?  Either way, it’s a ton of money and Elin is set for life.  She will of course be receiving child support which I am sure will be an insane amount on a monthly basis.

I just hope that this all gives Elin a bit of closure and I really hope that she finds a super hot boyfriend ASAP.
