Tila Tequila just dished up a big serving of in-your-face to Garry Sun for making that false report about her kidnapping his non-girlfriend, Shyla Jennings.

Tila went to the judge and got a restraining order filed against Sun, he only has to keep 10 yards away even though she wanted it to be 100 yards.

Tila Tequila has been accused of a major crime.  Kidnapping.  But this story is so out of whack, I can’t actually believe it’s true.

L.A. photographer, Garry Sun says that Tila and four men with guns, kidnapped his girlfriend, Shyla Jennings and threatened to kill him, according to TMZ.

Garry Sun filed an application for a restraining order in the L.A. County Superior Court.  In the docs, Sun claims that  on October 19, Tila and her entourage of gun slingers drove to Shyla Jennings home in Texas, kidnapped her, and flew her to L.A.  Tila allgedly threatened to kill Garry Sun if Shyla attempted to call police.

The judge has yet to make a ruling in the case and Tila is pissed, saying it’s all a lie and she’s calling her lawyer.

I’d believe that Tila is capable of just about anything, but this is a bit much.

My eyes actually popped out of my head when I saw these photos. Tila Tequila isn’t known for being honest or having integrity.  But, I don’t believe that you can fake what happened to her this time around.

Last night Tila went to a concert at the Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois.  Insane Clown Posse and Kottonmouth Kings were some of the acts at the gig.

Tila told TMZ,

“I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage.”

I don’t know what else to add to that.  I just can’t believe that there are guys sick enough to do that to anyone.

Tila Tequila is headed in the right direction.  She’s heading to rehab.  Well, I don’t know if that’s exactly what she needs.  I thinkshe needs her head examined.  But nonetheless, Tila Tequila has signed on with VH1 to do Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.  BUT, as I reported before, the show hasn’t been able to find any other celebrities to fix.  So unless they find some more, quick style, Tila will have seek more attention elsewhere.

Tila Tequila was at LAX Nightclub in the Luxor Resort Casino in Las Vegas to perform a single from her album.   One thing is for certain, Tila will never surprise us.  The girl is nuts. She’s always on display, showing us every side/personality she’s got. It’s so old at this point.

Oh. My. Word.  We are in for it now people.  Tila Tequila has found a new way to torment us.  As if her naked Ustream rants (see them here), false pregnancies, and freakish blog weren’t enough.  Tila is coming out as ‘Miss Tila‘ in an attempt to launch her music career.

Her debut single, I love My DJ will hit stores next week.   Then her debut EP, Welcome to the Darkside will drop net month.  Um, can we please make it stop, please?
