Could it be true?  Is country singer, Kenny Chesney part of the reason for Tony Romo’s sudden ‘dumping’ of Jessica Simpson?

If these sources are correct, then it could be true….

“She was giving him all her attention, and they seemed very intimate,” an eyewitness tells Star of Jessica and Kenny’s cabana chat. “They were sitting so close, their heads were together.”

Tony “looked real jealous that she was talking to Kenny,” says a source. He angrily confronted his girlfriend, but when she wouldn’t give him the time of day, he stormed off the beach.

Hmmmm, that is interesting. But of course Kenny Chesney is angrily denying the accusations,

“Tony’s a friend, and I wouldn’t flirt with a buddy’s girlfriend,” Chesney tells PEOPLE. “More importantly, Jessica was just being sweet and there was nothing else to it. It’s not funny. There were no problems. Everybody got along great. After the party, everybody went their own way and nobody thought anything more about it. Period. End of story.”

Well, of course he’s going to deny it.  Kenny doesn’t want that on his head!  But, then again….I wouldn’t be surprised if we get word down the road of Jessica Simpson and Kenny Chesney working on some country album together…..

Jessica Simpson wanted a Ken and Barbie birthday bash.  Instead her Ken (Tony Romo) dumped her and left Barbie all alone, for her birthday.  Jerk!

Sources say that Jessica is totally heartbroken.  We know how much she loves Tony and how much she had her heart set on marrying him.  Now she’s alone again.  But, it does seem like she’s trying to stay positive…..on Twitter:

“Everyone needs to know that hope floats … grab the strings and pull it back to you.” Three hours later, she wrote, “Falling asleep with my mom and the dogs. Please lord give all of my beautiful fans, friends, enemies, and family rest. Bring all of us peace.”

That’s the best place to be, with your mom and dogs right now.  They have a wonderful way of bringing you comfort that no one else can.  Sorry, Jess.

Jessica Simpson is showing off her new body on the June 2009 cover of Vanity Fair. I’m not sure what I don’t like about it. (Besides that it’s photoshopped.) Is it just me or does her neck look funny? I have seen the pictures from the photo shoot with the magazine and I thought they were way better than this cover picture.

In the magazine she talks about her about ex-husband Nick Lachey, boyfriend Tony Romo, marriage and her faith. Here are the highlights:

On Nick and if the show Newlyweds ruined their marriage: “I have not spoken to him in years. [As for the show,] in all honesty, I believe it did not affect our marriage. Because we enjoyed watching those episodes, and that will always be a time I cherish. It made me understand what marriage is, what love is, what commitment is.”

On whether Tom has watched Newlyweds: “A couple episodes. He thought I was cute.”

On media criticism: “When it comes to media criticism, that’s just something I have had to train myself–literally train myself–to ignore…. I mean, the way people make it sound, I should have never been singing in the first place…. It comes with what I do, and I know that every day the media’s going to challenge me, is going to want to bring me down. But I feel like I’m at such a place that I own myself, and it’s authentic. I own that authentic part of myself, and none of those words are harsh enough to make me believe them…. I can’t imagine saying some of the things people have said about me about anybody else.”

On her thoughts for marriage: “It was what we all wanted. Go to college, get married, and have babies. It was my way of thinking. At 16, every boyfriend I had I was going to marry.”

On watching football games with other Cowboy wives: “It’s a nurturing place to be, around people who love their husbands, but it gives me anxiety to watch with them.”

On her faith: “I’m spiritual. I live off the faith that has been instilled in me, that has never left. I’ve never let a stumbling block actually make me fall…. We all go through trials, but not one thing has ever made me question God. I have a great relationship with God. I can talk to him, get mad at him, frustrated with him. But, ultimately, my faith is what defines me.”

Jessica Simpson has had some low times recently with people bugging her about her weight. I feel bad because I think the same way about myself. Like this picture times a million. Now, a source is blabbing  saying that Jessica can’t get enough of junk food (I don’t blame her…I love it too!).

A source says, “She just can’t resist junk food. She literally needs to be watched all the time. Jessica has a problem with binge eating, which is usually triggered by stress. Jessica’s most recent violation was indulging in the terrible trio of chicken wings, nachos, and alcohol at the Great Dane Pub in Madison, Wisconsin.”

It’s funny how “sources” are so ready to throw her under the bus. It’s obvious that her boyfriend, Tony Romo, loves her. People need to do what makes them happy, if this makes Jessica happy then she should be able to do it.

No.  Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo have not run off into the sunset together, yet.  But, Jessica is getting the honor of being in the 2008 Cowboys Family Cookbook.  Apparently they are just using whomever the Cowboys’ players are living with at the time for the family affair.  Tony and Jessica contributed two recipes to the book.  Don’t get too excited, we know Jessica can’t cook and these recipes are not going to change that fact.

In the biographical section Simpson lists her occupation as a “hairdresser” and Romo says he’s a “fence builder”.  Tony also confesses that U2, Coldplay, and ACDC” are what he listens to on his iPod.  I guess he’s not a fan of Jessica’s singing?  What?  You mean that Romo doesn’t pump up the volume of Jessica in his ear to get him prepared before a game?!  OR, maybe he made that mistake before he blew this season in a major loss to the Eagles (44-6).  It wouldn’t be the first time Tony Romo was “distracted” by his current girlfriend.   Perhaps Tony should focus on his ‘philosophy’, “Every passing moment is a chance to turn it all around!” in the off season………

We all know that Jessica Simpson would yell it from the mountain tops that she’s engaged so for her to deny it we have to know she is telling the truth.

“Tony and I have not gone to Neiman Marcus,” Jessica [says]. “I couldn’t drag Tony in to Neiman Marcus if I tried.”

She says she’s in a happy place with her boyfriend, Tony Romo.

“I’m spending a lot of time in Dallas and wearing my #9 jersey proud,” she reveals. “Life feels really good right now. I don’t really know how much better it could possibly get… I’m beyond the moon and stars.”

I bet she hopes that soon she can say she is engaged and I know we would all know about it right away.

Brand new self-proclaimed country singer, Jessica Simpson, wants to start a family and now that she is about to become an aunt to her younger sister’s baby to be born next month, her own biological clock is ticking. The need to procreate is natural what isn’t natural or healthy is how desperate Jessica is to trap Tony Romo.

According to a friend, she calls Tony her FBD — future baby’s daddy — whenever she talks to her pals.

“She knows he’s not ready to get that serious, so she’s playing it cool,” says the friend. “Tony doesn’t know, of course.”

Jessica Simpson’s biological clock is ticking and she and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo, are desperately trying to get pregnant. So when Jessica made a home pregnancy test and it came back positive, the couple was more than happy to share it with the Tony’s family.

Romo’s family is none too pleased, say sources. “There was a huge fight on July 18 at the Romo home,” a source close to the family told The Enquirer. “Jessica and Tony thought she was pregnant and happily announced it to the family.

“The news resulted in dead silence. Then Tony’s dad Ramiro said, ‘You’re not married. this is crazy!’ Tony’s mom Joan joined in, demanding, ‘How can you do this to us?’”

Jessica, 28, said her home pregnancy test showed a positive result and that she was heading for a doctor to find out for her.

A spokesperson for Jessica says she is not pregnant, but pals say it’s not for lack of trying.

“Her friends know she’s feverishly trying to conceive,” confided an insider.

Jessica can’t even pass a home pregnancy test! She just had to follow the instructions and actually read what exactly corresponds to a positive and a negative. I can’t blame Tony’s family… who would want the Simpson’s genes for their grandkids?!?

It must be really difficult for Jessica to be the older sister, who is still single and unmarried with no real future prospects. I don’t really see any future for Jessica and Tony! They definitely don’t look like they are madly in love.

If they are really trying to get pregnant, why aren’t they thinking about marriage already? Maybe Jessica is trying to follow her sister’s steps: first get knocked up and then make the baby’s daddy marry her in a shotgun wedding. That is the oldest trick in the book…
