She’s got words of wisdom for all of us women who think we look less than perfect.

“If I could tell women one thing, it would be that everyone worries about their bodies and what they look like in their clothes…I’ve heard gorgeous actresses say, ‘My ears are too pointy’ or ‘My feet are horrible.’”

“But rather than complain about it, we should be laughing at our imperfections to make ourselves feel better. I’ll squeeze the jiggle on my thigh for you just to show you I’m not perfect!”

We’d have to be able to find the jiggle first, Jenna, and I just don’t see any here.  You look good, girl!

Rapper and Law & Order: SVU actor Ice-T was on The Tonight Show last night talking about his various online activities.   In addition to running a virtual gun shop on imvu.com, he has a pretty active Twitter following.  But don’t think he’s just all about collecting followers for the sake of it.   Check out the video or read this approximate transcription of Ice-T’s comments to host Conan O’Brien:

“I wanna get as few (followers as possible). I only want hardcore Twitter followers. People who follow me, we don’t even call them followers. I created the first online gang. Final Level Twitter Gang [FLTG], we got 21,000 people. I curse them out, I threaten them, I beat them down. Everyday you see people leaving and you’re like, ‘Yeah!’ And then we have roll calls, mandatory attendance things.

Then, what we can do is have Twitter drive-bys on you! If somebody says something bad, we can hit ‘em. I can have 21,000 people show up at your Twitter doorstep ’cause all my members are hardcore. If we say something and you disagree, we will kick you out!”

Final Level is Ice-T’s record company and also his Twitter handle (FINALLEVEL).  I think the idea of a Twitter gang is awesome and hilarious!  Not sure I’m hardcore enough to join FLTG though.

With Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt promoting themselves so aggressively and so frequently, it’s easy to forget that they have sisters who are sort of famous themselves.  And I do mean just “sort of.”   Anyway, it seems that Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt went out with their Hills co-star Stacie Hall the other night and just made themselves look bad.

First they were “nearly barred” from a VMA’s after party for being “too high spirited” (read:  “drunk and acting stupid”).  When they finally got into the party…

Pratt ordered champagne [and] her credit card was declined. She asked Montag to hand over her card and left with Hall. A source said Holly appeared not to want to pay for the bottle, “but the waitress wouldn’t give her card back until she signed the bill.”

Not that I ever thought these girls had an abundance of class, but it’s just wrong to stick your so-called friend with the bill.  And I bet Stephanie ordered the expensive stuff, too.

Kourtney Kardashian has a skeleton emerging from her closet, so to speak.  She was caught on camera smooching a girl in a lesbian bar, it aired on her new reality show Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, and she’s said she regrets it… but it was “fun.”

“I was single and it was an experience.  I had been in back-to-back long-term relationships for nine years, it was my first time being single and I, you know, made a new friend and she was bisexual and it just kind of happened.

Was she my type? I don’t know, I feel like for me it was totally fun, but I’m definitely into men.”

But what’s this?  It’s also not the first time she’s kissed a girl (and liked it, presumably).

“It wasn’t the first time I’d kissed a girl, I had in college before.”

Oh, of course.  Does any girl manage to get out of college these days without kissing another girl at some point?  Anyway, probably better for Kourtney to get the experimentation out of her system before her baby’s born, huh?

Tim Gunn is a busy man - mentoring aspiring designers on Project Runway, advising the fashion-challenged on Tim Gunn’s Guide To Style - but life is about to get a little busier now that he’s playing the literal fashion police in a four-issue Marvel Comics series.

“The Loaded Gunn” storyline will appear in Marvel’s revival of their 1960s comic Models Inc.  In the story, Tim helps save superhero suits from evil villains.  Marvel editor Charlie Beckerman calls it “a little `America’s Next Top Model’ — without Tyra (Banks) — and a little `Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.’”

Of starring in a comic, Tim said:

“It’s exciting and exhilarating, but bizarre. When they came to me, I said, ‘I’m about to turn 56 years old. Are they crazy?’ But it kept revealing itself in layers and next thing, I’m wearing the `Iron Man’ suit. I was dumbstruck. Most superheroes are fighting the same thing  — good vs. evil — but who’s taking on crimes against fashion? Me!”

Tim Gunn in the Iron Man suit?  I’d like to see that in real life!  Keep up the fight, Tim!

Chris Brown continued to work the media (or at least Larry King) last night in an effort to restore his image following his sentencing for beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna.    I think he thought that appearing on with his most loyal defender, his mom Joyce Hawkins, would help.  Which is a fine strategy, I suppose.

I just think his PR folks went a little too far in letting her pick his clothes.  Because really, who wants to look like Steve Urkel on purpose?

Just when you thought the television show Supernatural could not get any further from reality, it brings you Paris….Hilton, that is!

“Paris Hilton is playing a demonic creature that takes the form of… Paris Hilton,” said creator and executive producer Eric Kripke said in a statement. “It’ll be a fun, irreverent episode and we here at Supernatural are thrilled that Paris agreed to do it.”

Not really sure what target audience Kripke was striving for with this move.  Although I have no doubt it will bring in the ratings he was hoping for.

The socialite is set to guest-star in the fifth episode of Supernatural’s new season. The role won’t require too much research.

And for her sake, hopefully not too much thinking.  It will be interesting though to get a first hand portrayal of how Hilton views herself, demonic creature aside.  This is a don’t miss episode for all you Supernatural fans, set to air October 8, 2009.

As fall premieres start to get under way, I have to give tribute to one of the (in my opinion) best underrated TV shows, Psych, starring Dulé Hill and James Roday.  Unlike its close cousin, The Mentalist on CBS, Psych doesn’t provoke a lot of edge of your seat, thought-driven story lines.  It does, however, provide viewers with some clever detective work full of subtle jokes and sarcastic humor.  The season 4 opener last night even poked a little fun at its CBS rival.  Just another sly, casual jab thrown in, which wasn’t too shocking if you had a chance to catch one of this season’s promos.

Perfect for a laid back, end of the work week, cool down….catch Psych every Friday at 10pm Eastern on USA.

T.R. Knight spills to Entertainment Weekly on why he decided to scrap the role of Dr. George O’Malley on Grey’s Anatomy.

And it doesn’t put executive producer Shonda Rhimes in a very good light.  Apparently she did not agree with his decision to publicly come out following the whole Isaiah Washington gay slur incident.

This led to a “breakdown of communication” between him and Shonda.   So at the beginning of season 5, when we hardly saw George at all, “the star came to the conclusion that his character had ‘expired’” and

chose not to ask his boss what was going on with his character. Instead, he simply asked to leave. “My five-year experience proved to me that I could not trust any answer that was given [about George],” he explains. “And with respect, I’m going to leave it at that.”

So - SPOILER ALERT!! - George going to be killed off.  Knight says he is “at peace” with his choice to leave the show.

“There just comes a time when it’s so clear that moving on is the best decision.”

Knight is headed to Broadway to appear in a revival of Lend Me A Tenor, opening early next year.  On to bigger nad better things!!

What’s going on with Maura Tierney?  NBC has announced that the actress’ medical condition is delaying production on her upcoming show, Parenthood.

Production is being pushed back eight weeks

“due to medical evaluation that (Tierney) is undergoing,” NBC said. “We are unable to release further details and ask that you respect her privacy at this time.”

That’s a long time, and a very mysterious sounding statement!  I hope she’s OK.    Get well soon, Maura!

This marks the end of an era! The TV drama series Nip/Tuck has been canceled. Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Dr. Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) will put their scalpels to rest on the 100th and final episode of the series. Nip/Tuck, which dealt with America’s obsession of beauty and youth, debuted back in 2003 and broke rate records for a cable show. I truly loved this show… I guess that means no more sexy hot Kelly Carlson in various states of undress!!

Ugly Betty star Ana Ortiz is expecting a baby girl this summer - the first for her and husband Noah Lebenzon!  She chose photographer Jennifer Loomis to document her pregnancy.

The video above takes you behind the scenes of the photoshoot - here are the highlights.

Ana on being photographed by Loomis:

“She’s got a whole vision, she can see the picture as a whole it’s great,” Ana says about working with Jennifer. “I feel totally confident that she sees the whole picture and I don’t have to worry about that. I can just let it go and let her do the work, and me just sort of have fun.”

On how pregnancy’s been treating her:

“I’m having a little girl which I’m really excited about.  It’s been a really nice pregnancy so I’ve been lucky. It’s sort of nearing the end and I’m starting to feel a little bit ready, but I think that’s part of the process.”

I think Ana looks amazing, pregnant or not.  She looks like she’s having a great time, doesn’t she?
