Vanessa Paradis is tired of the speculation that she and longtime partner Johnny Depp have ended their relationship.   People claimed last week that the two were “all but officially over,” and earlier this month Radar Online had Depp consulting an attorney to figure out how to deal with custody issues surrounding the couple’s children, Lily Rose (12) and Jack (9).

Paradis appeared on Le Grand Journal on Tuesday to promote her new movie Cafe De Flore, and took the opportunity to address the gossip.  She told host Ariane Massenet that while she’s accustomed to gossip about her relationship, the break-up buzz simply goes too far.

“People say we are buying houses in the middle of nowhere, or that we have fifty-two houses in France. And that is along with saying we split up every winter and get married every summer, and that I’m on my twelfth pregnancy.

All that is not too serious, but this latest one is a rumor, which could cause a lot of harm to my family and my children.”

Host Michel Denisot directly asked her:

“Why don’t you respond to the rumor and put an end to it? Is the rumor false?”

Paradis then firmly stated: “Yes it’s false.  Of course it’s false.”

Vanessa Paradis lands the July cover for Vogue UK‘s “Ageless Style Issue” wearing a lot of gold sparkly Chanel for the front photo.

What you don’t see on the cover (which by the way, makes the beautiful Vanessa look incredibly aged – it’s awful!) but you do inside is a a blinding gorgeous ring the magazine says is an engagement ring from longtime love Johnny Depp.

The layout, shot by famed photographer Mario Testino, shows Paradis with the vintage inspired design on her all important ring finger. “The issue features Paradis — sporting her diamond engagement ring,” the magazine blurb reads.

The couple have been together for 12 years and have two children; daughter Lily-Rose, 12, and John Christopher, 9.

Depp has said he was happy as things were, but if Vanessa wanted to get married he would make it happen.

“I never found myself needing that piece of paper,” Depp confessed. “Marriage is really from soul to soul, heart to heart. You don’t need somebody to say, okay you’re married… If Vanessa wanted to get hitched, why not… But the thing is, I’d be so scared of ruining her last name. She’s got such a good last name.”

Vanessa Paradis is known mostly in the US for her long-term relationship with actor Johnny Depp. She is a talented model, actress and singer who has had many hits in France, her birthplace and through out Europe. She gives few interviews but the French beauty opened up to Marie Claire UK for it’s August print edition and gave everyone a peek at her life with Depp and her latest movie:

Intimidated by his talent:  “Frankly, the thought of filming with him would scare me to death. It’s not that I don’t want to, but I would be frightened that I wouldn’t be up to his standard because he’s so talented. And I don’t know if I would be able to lie in front of him.”

How we keep it together:  “The fact that we’re not together every day plays a big part in keeping our relationship stable. And then we also have a lot of respect and admiration for each other. We understand that, if we want our relationship to continue, we must give each other space, allow each other to go off on our own, and trust each other. Not everyone is lucky enough to be given space and trust.”

On her new movie Heartbreaker and it’s success:  “I had no idea that it would be such a success. But I think everyone wants to see a movie like Heartbreaker once in a while. I like the script. It’s very charming, fresh and really well-edited, the latter being so important.”

Twelve years later, Depp and Paradis are still madly in love with each other and their family time (with kids Lily-Rose and Jack) together.

Heartbreaker has played at a few US film festivals this year.

When you put Vanessa Paradis and Karl Lagerfeld together, you’re always going to get amazing results.  Lagerfeld photographed Vanessa in this series of ads for Coco Cocoon (say that three times fast), Chanel’s new collection of handbags and accessories.   The line includes wallets, toiletries cases, wheeled bags, backpacks, and totes – some of which are reversible – and all featuring a quilted, puffy motif.  Vanessa replaces Lily Allen, the original face of the line.

Vanessa Paradis covered Vogue Paris back in 2008 and she’s back for the May 2010 issue in a gorgeous feature photospread.  In “Paradis En Chine,”  Johnny Depp‘s baby mama is ultra glamorous in the military garb of the moment mixed with stockings and garters.  It’s hooooot!  And so very chic!  Not to mention so very French!

First off: Who even knew that Marie Claire had a Russian edition? Well, now you do! And gorgeous Vanessa Paradis is their gorgeous cover girl for the February 2010 issue.  Johnny Depp‘s partner and mom to Lily Rose and Jack seems to have a different look every time I see her, but it’s always a good one.  Lucky Johnny!  (Not to mention lucky Vanessa… but that’s a given.  Sigh….)

Johnny Depp is a handsome man, we all know that, and really he could have any woman he wants. He chose his girlfriend, Vanessa Pardis, who he has two children, Lily-Rose and Jack. Johnny says he’s happy he waited to have a family with Vanessa instead of his first wife.

“I think when you are young you are hoping that this person will be the right one, the one you are going to be in love with forever but sometimes you want that so much you create something that isn’t really there.I went through a number of relationships when I was younger. I was very young when I married Lori Anne and probably it was because I was trying to create a situation. We married in 1983 but it didn’t last very long and that was probably because I wasn’t ready to handle such a commitment. I then got engaged to Jennifer Grey, Winona Ryder and Kate Moss but it wasn’t until I met Vanessa that life started to be real.”

Johnny is good looking and romantic. I know that Johnny and Vanessa make a great couple and their kids are so beautiful. And besides I’m a bit jealous of his private island. Vanessa is a very lucky girl.

Vanessa Paradis is the November 2008 cover girl for French Vogue. She looks really different and I’m not sure I would even know it was her unless I was told.

Recently Vanessa said in an interview that she had a hand in taming boyfriend, Johnny Depp, here is what she said…

“Tamed. What’s that? Like a lion? Noooo, no, we did it to each other. Maybe I’m a good girlfriend because I’m his girlfriend. I’m not sure I’d be a good girlfriend to anyone else; the same for him. It’s difficult to explain, but it’s something that’s natural, obvious and beautiful.”

Seriously, is that denying or confirming it?

It was announced in May that Vanessa Paradis would be the new face of Miu Miu. I’m not really sure how this change is a good one. I don’t like this ad at all! Kirsten Dunst had more emotion in her pictures for sure! I wouldn’t be buying this bag at all! Who do you think is better for Miu Mui? Vanessa or Kirsten?

Apparently Miu Miu doesn’t want to have an addict, albeit a recovered one, for a brand ambassador.  Women’s Wear Daily reports that the clothing line has replaced Kirsten Dunst with Johnny Depp‘s fiance Vanessa Paradis.

This is too bad.  I thought that Kirsten’s Miu Miu ads earlier this year were some of the most creative I’ve seen.  She looked stunning!  Vanessa is pretty but she’s not nearly as good looking as Kirsten.  The folks at Prada really don’t like drunk, though – my favorite addict, Lindsay Lohan, used to be their girl too, once upon a time….
