Victoria Beckham is on the cover of Numéro’s Tokyo‘s current edition.   The international publication of art, fashion and design scored the hot mom and fashion designer for their issue #54, the Super-Lady Issue.

The magazine asked Beckham (whose photoshoot is amazing) to describe her fantasy fashion show front row, and this is what she said:

My husband. David has never been to any of my shows as I’m incredibly nervous and I need to focus and concentrate, apart from him Tilda Swinton. She’s so striking and I would love to dress her. She’s incredible looking and I love that she seems so confident in herself she doesn’t feel the need to conform.

Tilda Swinton!  Now that is an unexpected response.  Perhaps there is more depth to Posh Spice than we ever thought!

Victoria Beckham and Marc Jacobs pose together on the way inside to the British Fashion Awards at the Savoy Hotel in London on Monday, November 28th.

Beckham, 37, opted for an elegant long black sleeveless gown with pleated skirt and a draped halter neckline from her own line, Victoria Beckham RTW Fall 2011.

The designer pulled her hair back and chose a smoky eye with pale lip color for a sophisticated look.

Beckham was presented with the Brand of the Year Award by her pal and fellow fashion designer Jacobs.

Accepting the accolade, Beckham teared up and thanked her husband, soccer pro David Beckham, and her family for their support.

“I’m so sorry for crying. I’m being so rubbish,” she told the audience. “I would like to thank the British fashion industry for your support. I’d like to thank my team, you all know who you are, your focus, your creativity, I couldn’t do it without you.”

“My parents, my kids, and my husband. Without David [Beckham] I wouldn’t have had the courage to do what I am doing.”

Beckham later told the press she was “trying to keep it together” but the emotion of the night overwhelmed her.

David and Victoria Beckham have shared beautiful, candid pictures of each other with their newborn daughter, Harper Seven.

Victoria Tweeted a photo of David and Harper cuddling with the caption, “Daddy’s little girl!”

David, in turn, posted a similar image of Victoria and Harper to his Facebook page, saying, “I took this picture of my two girls sleeping.”

I really like this picture of Victoria with little make-up on.  You can see that the old Posh Spice is still in there somewhere!

These two are so totally besotted with their little girl.  I love it.  Keep sharing those pics, guys!

Victoria Beckham has spoken for the first time since giving birth to her daughter, Harper Seven, on July 10th in Los Angeles.

The tot weighed in at 7lbs, 10 oz and is the first girl for the former Spice Girl and her husband, soccer star David Beckham and Victoria expressed her happiness on twitter.

“Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!!!”

The Beckham Boys – Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz – are thrilled with a younger sister as well.

“We all feel so blessed and the boys love their baby sister so much!!! X VB” she tweeted.

The family is reportedly thinking of staying in the US although David’s contract with the LA Galaxy team ends this year and Beckham hasn’t ruled out playing for a British or European team.

However Victoria is enjoying her fashion and design career and wants her daughter to get a chance at the California lifestyle they way the Harper’s older brothers have had.

“Victoria has told David she has never felt happier and that they now have the perfect family.

“She wants Harper to grow up in a place where she can have the amazing childhood the boys have had.

“Where they live now, they can play on the beach at the weekend, swim outdoors every day and have a great lifestyle growing up in the sunshine.”

Victoria and David Beckham announced the arrival of their daughter over the weekend and now we know her name.

The soccer star posted a short note to his Facebook page:

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham.”She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx.”

Joining her older brothers Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo, Harper Seven entered the Beckham world and her middle name is thought to represent David’s jersey number from his days on the Manchester United team.

Congrats from Victoria’s former Spice Girls band mates came from Mel B (who is expecting as well) and Emma Bunton.

From Mel B: “congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!”

And from Emma: “Big kiss to @victoriabeckham can’t wait to meet your gorgeous little girl!”

Their household will have a few more girly things now as Victoria and David Beckham welcomed their first daughter into their lives.

Victoria, 37, delivered a baby girl by Caesarian section this morning. The little girl weighed 7 lbs, 10 oz and their spokesperson said the duo was thrilled.

“David and Victoria Beckham are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter. Happy and healthy she arrived at 7:55 am this morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family.”

The Beckhams have not released her name and a friend has told reporters that they have not decided on one yet.

“There is no name as yet. They are going to spend a little time getting to know her before choosing the name,” the source said.

Earlier this week, proud husband and father David, 36, took a beautiful black and white photo of a still-pregnant Victoria lying outside enjoying the sun.

Eva Longoria was rumored to be a possible godmother, however Victoria’s rep said at that time, no one had been asked.

Now we wait to find out the baby’s name.

Victoria Beckham is due to have her baby girl any day now, and if you didn’t know by the calendar, you’d certainly know by her growing baby bump.  Now, thanks to her hubby David Beckham, we know just how big that belly – usually artfully disguised under gorgeous designer maternity clothes – really is.    (Not that big, really, considering she’s 8.9999 months pregnant.)  David posted this picture on his Facebook page with the following caption:

Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!

I agree that Victoria looks amazing.  I also find it amazing that she looks that artful and amazing just hanging around at home.  All snark aside, it’s a gorgeous photo.   I can’t wait to see photos of little Miss Beckham when she’s born!

Creating a secondary line for a designer is pretty much expected these days and Victoria Beckham is not bucking that trend.

Beckham, who is set to give birth any day now (she has reportedly scheduled her Caesarian for the 4th of July) is launching the Victoria by Victoria Beckham dress line in 2012 inspired by the emo angsty teen cartoon Emily the Strange.

The very 60′s mod, color block, shift dress silhouette is very Emily-like with the exception that it’s not all black and will be priced starting at $550. Yes, VB’s dress line is priced out of reach as well.

“I’m opening these designs to women and girls of all different shapes and sizes, people who maybe want something less tight and clingy and structured,” Beckham said. “It also makes it more comfortable for during the day. You can wear them with a pair of flats or a pair of heels and they look great.”

The dresses look great and fun and very different from her main line but I do hope she does a true diffusion line with more options and a better price range for more people.

Eva Longoria gets an official invite to be a godparent from Victoria Beckham and has accepted. Eva must be thrilled to be chosen for the important role!

Longoria, 36, and Beckham, 37, have been friends since Victoria and her husband, soccer star David Beckham moved to the US when he signed on to play with the LA Galaxy and became very tight girlfriends when Eva and her then-husband Tony Parker split.

Victoria, former Spice Girl-turned-fashion-designer, is expecting a baby girl this July and the super busy mother of three reportedly has a Caesarian scheduled for July 4th in the US.

The Desperate Housewives star hosted Beckham’s fun baby shower last month. She will join the couples’ children’s other famous godparents: Sir Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley.

UPDATE: Victoria’s rep denies that Longoria has been asked saying: “Victoria has not asked Eva to be a godmother and no christening plans have been discussed at this time.”

David and Victoria Beckham are having a girl and the couple has decided to give birth to her in the U.S.

The Beckhams have reportedly scheduled Victoria’s C-section for the 4th of July to honor their love of America and to celebrate their fourth child.

A spokesperson for the couple confirms the birth will be stateside in early July, but isn’t confirming the exact date.

“It is no secret that Victoria will be having her baby in the U.S. – we will not be confirming the date although early July is correct’” she said.

The couple have three boys: Brooklyn 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6 years-old and the rumored name for their daughter is a Southern U.S. city, but that was shot that down quickly.

“David and Victoria have a shortlist of names and once they have met their daughter then they will decide – Atlanta is not on that shortlist!” the rep said.

An Independence Day baby girl for the couple would be pretty awesome.
