Yesterday afternoon (November 1st) Zac Efron was spotted getting off his flight at LAX in Los Angeles coming home from Vancover.  This super busy boy was rocking some super skinny jeans, sexy shades, and a clean haircut.  He looks so much younger with shorter hair!  Zac even took a minute to sign autographs for a bunch of dudes who ‘coincidentally’ had a bunch of blown up,  topless pictures of Zac ready to be autographed.  Zac is too kind, I would have been creeped out if  those dudes were all over me like that! They don’t exactly look like Zac Efron fans!

Vanessa Hudgens‘ man, Zac Efron was spotted filming his latest flick this weekend, The Death and Life of Charlie St Cloud.  The weather looks awfully nice. SO nice in fact that Zac went topless.  Well, maybe that was part of the script…. Put away the Wildcats pom poms, whispers that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are engaged are false.

Earlier today (August 16) , News Of the World,wrote that Vanessa told them that she and Zac were engaged, but still keeping the plans to themselves.

“We haven’t set a date and if we did we’d keep it secret for as long as possible,” said Vanessa, 20. “Why? What if one of us was offered a major film part? Then we’d have to postpone our marriage and people would say we’d split up. And we don’t want that.”

Sounds like a good plan if you ask me.  It would make more sense for a celebrity couple to keep things under wraps than to announce all the details.

But don’t you believe it!  A rep for Efron has stated that the engagement rumor is “not true.”

That’s too bad, you know the whole thing would have been choreographed with a great soundtrack.

Miley Cirus and Zac Efron are in talks to star in the new Gidget remake.

We have another remake on our hands! This one will reportedly star three huge young stars! According to Moviehole, producers have approached Zac Efron and Brittany Snow to star alongside Miley Cyrus in a remake of the Gidget film series.

This classic flick will have Cyrus taking over the title role, as a girl who discovers her love for surfing, along with other things (wink wink). Most people remember Gidget as Sally Fields in the short- lived television series that launched her career. Miley definitely has some big shoes to fill for this role!

They seem like the perfect choices for a movie remake like this. But I think we all know a remake of the Gidget movies could never be like the original. It’s all about sensationalizing young stars, not quality filmmaking. The youngsters are going to eat this one up.

Many girls may be obsessed with the way he looks, as well as some guys trying to look like him, but Zac Efron says he really does not try that hard to look the way he does.

“On a normal day, I’m usually out of the shower and ready to go in a couple of minutes. I’m not a naturally groomed guy. I like to look good, but I don’t get obsessed about it.”

Zac goes on to talk about being a little confused about other men wanting his hairstyle. He explains that this, too, is simply just from being lazy, not  meticulous.

“Someone said to me that guys are trying to copy my hairstyle, but to be honest, this hairstyle is derived from laziness. I wake up and go - that’s it. There’s no product in it, nothing.

“If you really want your hair to look good, just don’t wash it for a day. That’s my secret.”

That’s true and women have known this forever. Hair usually does look better, and styles easier after a day of not washing it. I guess it was only a matter of time before a guy shared this secret with others.

Zac Efron won the award for the Best Male Performance for his awesome role in High School Musical 3 at last night’s 2009 MTV Movie Awards. I have to admit that that was the best one of the three. I watched it five times on Saturday. I guess all that watching helped.

I think that Zac has a great career ahead of him. I’m sad that he won’t be in Footloose but I guess I’ll just have to learn to like Chace Crawford’s dancing.

Vanessa Hudgens has been dating Zac Efron forever, it has even been rumored that they were engaged.  But now Zac is saying he doesn’t want to get married until he is 40 and according to a source it’s made her very angry. So to retaliate she wants to see other people.

“When Vanessa heard about Zac’s plan to stay single for the next couple of decades she was shocked and shattered. She’d secretly hoped for an engagement ring within the next year or two! Zac’s totally upset - he doesn’t want Vanessa dating anyone else,” the spy adds. “Even though he’s not ready to commit himself to settling down at this stage of his young life, the thought of Vanessa in another man’s arms drives him crazy.”

I couldn’t imagine how anyone would ever want to date anyone else other than Zac. I would be holding on to him as long as I could.

Zac Efron was spotted looking wiped out at Heathrow Airport in London, England yesterday while he was boarding a flight to Los Angeles.

Zac was recently named by Time magazine one of the most influential people in the world. I can agree with them there. There is something about Zac that says success. Claire Danes who was in the movie, Me and Orson Welles, with Zac has a reason why he made the list.

“I suppose we all know that Zac, 21, is a song-and-dance man. What is less known — and what I had the privilege of learning firsthand — is that he is a performer of great subtlety and vulnerability… It seems Zac is not only an entertainer but also an artist. Zac Efron like he was enjoying the fans screaming at the German premiere of 17 Again at CineStar movie theatre in Berlin tonight (April 26). I know that it must be a hard job listening to all those girls screaming at you.

The movie, 17 Again, has been doing amazing at the box office. I know that I have heard that girls have went to see the movie over and over again. I’m not sure how people can afford that. I know I would never go see a movie more than once in the theatre.

Is it just me or is the 17 Again star, Zac Efron’s hair getting a wee bit obnoxious?  Don’t get me wrong, Zac is still a super hottie.  He’s always hot great hair but it looks like he could use a trim.  His locks are starting to take over his face and well, it’s making him greasy.

It’s not a big surprise.  Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana: The Movie has done really well bringing in over $56 million in just 10 days.  And so her reign at the box office is over as Zac Efron swoops in with 17 Again at over $24 million for it’s opening weekend.

Congrats on great success to Miley and Zac.  Both movies are being well recieved by fans everywhere.  I cannot wait to see 17 Again, it looks great!

Super hottie Zac Efron answered a bunch of questions from all you fans out there and People has got the answers for you here:

• I read somewhere that you recently bought your first home. Has anything surprised you about homeownership?
REBECCA WOODS, Chicago, Ill.

Efron: My sprinkler broke the other day, and I spent all day trying to fix it. I just made things worse and now my whole back yard is flooded. And keeping the house clean. It’s like a bigger version of the disaster formerly known as my room.

• What is your workout routine and diet?
JOSH BRIMMEIER, Ames, Iowa.

Efron: I like backpacking, hiking, surfing, swimming, playing tennis – things that get you active and are also fun. If I do go to the gym I usually do circuit training. If you’re skinny, you should never stop eating. The problem is a lot of people mistake that for permission to eat junk food. I try not to eat anything that’s packaged. Of course, I never succeed.

• First of all, I think you are insanely hot. My question is: Did you ever cause trouble when you were 17?
NICOLETTE FAVARATO, East Longmeadow, Mass.

Efron: Sure! I think I put my parents through some grief. When I was 17, I was too demanding of freedom; I wanted an unnecessarily long leash. Don’t push it too hard, because you’re going to need your parents in college when you’re broke!

• What did you want to be when you grew up?

Efron: When I was a kid, I wanted to be a professional baseball player, or an astronaut, or be in the X Games. I thought Tony Hawk was the coolest guy alive.
